I have been gambling for a few years, enjoying slots at Windmill Casino and also visited Wild coast casino, Sibaya, Boardwalk and Grand west. Over the years it's been on and off, but that is gambling. Sometimes you win and sometimes you loose. Over the years i have been gambling, you always knew that there is a chance to win something. The last year, when playing at Windmill casino, it is just downhill. I love slots and like to get free games, but after depositing R2000 with a R2 bet and no free games? Everyone is complaining that the payouts are bad, there is none. December we were on holiday and visited Wild coast casino and it was just as bad. It does not help to complain at all. If there is no chance in getting free games or win something, what is the use of gambling? Are Sun international in some kind of trouble? Surely one can not just deposit money with no chance of winning something? About service on the floor I can not complain at all, there is none. Get your house in order, you are loosing customers.
