Good Day
We visited the Windmill Lodge on the 1st Jan 2020, on route from Cape Town.
At which point I would like to add that the standard of your hotel has deteriorated. I have attached photo's of the carpet in room 115 that we stayed in.
Previously to that we were given room 111, which had no key for the safe and we were then moved to room 115.
Room 111 also has cracked lampshades, which is unacceptable for the rate charged.
