I would like to complain about the Suzuki Saudia Arabia. I purchased the car and paid for it and insured it on 3rd January, however up until this date I did not receive the car. I am 61 year old and this is not the first time I purchase a new car however this is the first time I deal with a dealer that never delivered what they promised. I am wondering if this is a normal Suzuki practice during purchasing the car, this make me wonder on the quality and way the dealer will reacts should anything happens during the maintenance period.
I therefore kindly request to be reimbursed my money full within the next 7 days, otherwise I should file a law suit against the Suzuki dear for holding my car.
This is the first time I purchase a Suzuki. I have been reading most reviews comments about the car it self and I nothing deterred me from purchasing My first Jimny, However, the way the dealer has treated me since I called and paid for my first Jimny has made me change my mind.
this is how it started. I called the main dealer and inquired about the availability of Jimny 5 Door and initially they said they have red, a white and a gray so I chose the gray. They called me back and said the gray and the red was sold and the only one that was available was the white so I said ok. the white. And they asked for the money on the 23 December and I sent them the money on 26 December. I was promised the deliver withing 4 days however as of today it has been more than one month and I did not receive my car.
The dealer requested from me to sign the receipt of the car prior to before they send it to my final location in Jizan, KSA.
I made 2 complaints with the customer service and nothing happend.
please give me my money back.
