Suzuki new suzuki vitara 2019

Dear Mr Suzuki Manager

My name is George Georgiou i'm from Cyprus Limassol. I'm interested for the new Suzuki Vitara 2019.As I asked the CEO of the Cyprus department for the fully equipped GLX SUZUKI VITARA I found out that the new model has the panoramic roof pre-installed that personally didn't want to have it .As I know am not able to make any changes . Is their a way to order one without the panoramic roof and if so what I have to do? I'm looking forward to your answer as soon as possible.

Suzuki vin plate mine motocycle damaged

I bought a motocycle Suzuki GSXR1000 (2014) with VIN plate mine a little bite damaged, when I contact Suzuki to ask if they can make me a new one they refused. By the way I had the same problem with a Kawasaki and they send me a new one. So it causing me a problem to sell it now because all customers are complaining about the issue. The Suzuki customer service told me that their policy is one VIN plate mine and they don't provide a new one if the old is damaged.

Suzuki suzuki swift 2016 japan manufacture very poor ac

Dear Sir/Madam,
I live in UAE, which is pretty hot in Summer, which make your AC cooling extremely very poor; especially when the car not moving, The AC work good only if i drive more than 60 miles/hour speed.

i am afraid to leave my family in the car or wait for me in the car, because the AC is really bad.

i went to the Local Agency in AbuDhabi many times with no hope, this is a serious issue, i spent more than 20$ to buy this car, and now it turn back bad on me and my family, your car only good in Winter, i can not walk all the summer on my feet because the Suzuki Swift AC is not well designed for gulf Region, and i do not have another 20 thousands dollar to buy new car.

I hope some one cares about Suzuki product take my message to the right people

Suzuki new sx4

Dear Friends,

I bought my car Suzuki SX4 new, in November 2017 in Ukraine, Cherkassy.
But now I'm in Russia and I have warranty cases with brake system and multimedia system. Brake system has a strange sounds during braking process. Multimedia system restarting by itself. Could you please advise how and where I can get warranty service in Russia?

Suzuki owners user manual in english for recently purchased vehicle

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this inquiry to take into your kind consideration that I didn't receive owner's user manual for my vehicle very recently purchased (21/09/2018) from the local supplier in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
He provided me the manual in Japanese but I am unable to read it through hence I am not fluent in Japanese language. Hope I can find any resolution at your end and much appreciate if you can send me over owner's guide for Suzuki Wagon R FZ 2018 with safety.

Suzuki suzuki marine propeller

i bought a 2017 suzuki 2.5 horses . the propeller of this moter is not working properly. i t is well known in the sailor world - but i was not aware of it- that Suziki design of the propeller is either viciously design to make the consumer constantly buying propeller, or, is badly design by a bunch of stupid ingeneer.
here is the problem: the bushing of the propeller is only put under pressure and soon salted water get in between and make the propeller slip. What do you think of it ? vERY BAD INGENEERING..
the propeller should either to be fixed to the bushing that goes onto the shaft, or the sqare shape should replaced a round shape, and/or the bushing should be gluded with a sea salt resistant glue. Many things could have been done better.
the ensd result is that you have to buy a propeller frequently and, of course, it is not a garanteed product.

In comparison, most other motor builders makes ther propeller mechanically fixed by counter pins for example.

The propeller should either to be permanently fix to the bushing that goes onto the shaft, or a sqare shape should replace a the actual roundone, and/or the bushing should be gluded with a sea salt resistant glue. Many things could have been done better.

The end result is that you have to buy a propeller frequently and, of course, it is not a garanteed product.

Suzuki swift 1.6 sport

Hello my name is theodor bouradananis and I currently live in greece.
The complaint is about a car a swift 1, 6 sport witch I bought from the local distributor.
The can has a problem with the abs unit, the back left wheel was left without brakes and without a warning that a problem occurs.
Suzuki new that problem but never recalled the car, or inform me to replace the unit with an other model.
I was left to drive a vehicle without brakes with my family in. I will go to the court for that reason and I claim a compensation.

Suzuki maruti vehicle

I'm complaining about a maintenance issue in cairo egypt. I've done the 50, 000 km maintenance, and now at 53000 and there's an performance issue that maintenance won't admit. I have tried contacting every person and authority and the issue isn't resolved. I persist on resolving this issue since it has to do with the safety of the driver & passengers of the vehicle. A company with a big name such as yours should consider maintenance issues as a main priority.

Suzuki car

Greetings of the day!

We have purchased our Maruti EECO (GJ 27 BL 4291) from well known Maruti Suzuki authorized dealer PUPULAR WHEELERS, ISANPUR, AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT, INDIA.

At approx. 14000 kms there was problem of short circuit in electrical wiring and in response to same service team resolve the issue by replacing harness.

But after replacing harness, a new problem born, which is jerking. For the same we immediate reported and in response to the same service team replaced spark plug and resolves the issue at approx. 19000kms. They keep my car at work for for 4 days for resolution of problem.

Recently at 34000 kms we again observed the same problem of jerking & again they keep car for 2 days, but they failed to resolve the issue.

Still problem is not resolved and now POPULAR WHEELERS manager wants our vehicle for another 4 days to understanding & resolutions of the issue, but they are not sure to commit us for permanent resolution of this repeated complain. They have also done trial & error by replacing CNG ECM, Petrol ECM, spark plug, oxygen sensor etc. for so many time. But still not reach to conclusion and every time they want our vehicle for minimum 4 days for some trial and error activity & due to that we have lost our faith on service quality.

Kindly help on said matter for sure & permanent resolution of this matter.

Suzuki airbags malfunction in an accident

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to inform that I was involved in a car accident driving a Suzuki Swift 2017 RS Hybrid.

The car toppled the other side but none of the car airbags functioned. According to the official site: http://www.suzuki.co.jp/corporate/faq/car/#area2

Q. When do the side air bag / curtain air bag operate?
When the engine switch is [ON], when a car equivalent to the car collides with the side of the car (in the vicinity of the front seat occupant) at a speed of about 25 km / h or more from the side of the passenger cabin, or equivalent When receiving a shock, the side airbag on the shocked side and the curtain airbag operate in conjunction.

I have disclosed come pictures of the accident, since the car is currently offered to the company based here in Sri Lanka (AMW Suzuki)

I await your prompt response regarding this before we proceed to any sort of legal action.

Suzuki suzuki stingray 2014 chassis no mh44s

Suddenly three indicator on dash board came up(without any accident) when scanned got the following error codes C1078 /C1075/C1076/C1074, mechanic recommended to replace Steering angle sensor, but problem still exist and idle start stop function also not working. after replacing the steering angle sensor - signal is not picking (always show 0 dig) up by scan tool to calibrate it but on reverse camera trails are are turning when steering angle sensor is turned. technician said to replace the ABS module but abs warning is not indicating. I just want to know that steering angle signal is connected trough G sensor which is located in ABS module? or do i have to check the connection (wiring between sensor and module) if i replace the ABS module will this problem solved? or what is your suggestion. all these test are also done by local Suzuki agent.

Suzuki post sales service and parts mexico

Hello good day
I am writing from Mexico regarding a Post sales detail no one is able to solve.

First I bought a Suzuki Swift 2014 hoping since it is a Japanese car manufactured in Japan, would be a great car.
I took it to a 60K KM service to an agency Suzuki Gonzalitos in Monterrey Mexico.
That day when I called to find out the car's status, no one in service answered the phone.
When I asked to the receptionist, she told me people go out from 1-3 for lunch and no one answers the phones (what kind of customer service is this?)
Then I asked for some parts they told me would take 3 working days. It already passed more than a week and the person in service just keeps telling me tomorrow.
No one at the dealer answers a call, not the customer service manager (Luciano Garza) or the general manager (Rolando Martinez) they are always in a meeting that seems more important than a customer.
I just wanted to let you know how your brand is being managed in Mexico and how such a poor service will be reflected in a negative recommendation on my part to any person wanting to but a Suzuki car.

Suzuki service

My car presents overheating, I call the dealer and the send a pick up truck. After cheching the car at the dealer they said that the car was ready. Took the car back home and present the same overheating. I look at the car engine and look like they have not done anything. I stop the car and call back the dealer ship. Suzuki poor customer service

I have been requesting an estimate for repairs to be done on my 2002 gsxr 600 motorcycle that was involved in an accident.
I live in trinidad and tobago where lifestyle motors are the dealers for suzuki. They are telling me that they dont do any estimates for suzuki motorcycles. Nor when i requested to purchase a new motorcycle the answer was positive. I belong to a large motorcycle group that ride suzuki motorcycles exclusively. Please assist.

Suzuki air conditioning failure suzuki swift js2zc82s5g6301128

To whom it May concern:

I request support to resolve an air conditioning failure my Susuki SWIFT JS2ZC82S5G6301128. Since June 7 has been reviewing the Service Tlalpan Agency (Mexico City) and it has had to return the days June 15, 30, July 16 and 26 because it runs out of gas and the air conditioning no longer works. It is worth mentioning that the agency has not refused to check the failure and has even changed the condenser, parts that have been mistreated and charged gas 2 times out of the requested dates. Everything as a guarantee but it is time to resolve it (assign the right personnel, ask for advice, support or whatever is necessary) and avoid more damages and turns that make the use of the car impossible, it is a Susuki

After each service visit to repair a/a, increase a lot of noise in the instrument panel when never before had interior noise.

I look forward to receiving my mail and your support.

Suzuki the bad service of suzuki dealer in egypt (modern service)

I have Suzuki Alto model 2015, i already do all preventive maintenance in the dealer from day one, but I have bad communication with him.
I called him to observe the time to do PM 90, 000 km and I have troubleshooting, I need to change the wheel bearings and change the fuel filter which they postpone changed it when I did the PM 80000 km because it was not available in his stock, so I called him 3 time within 10 days (calls recorded ), they told me in each time we will arrange and we will call you back, till now no response, so my car stopped .

Suzuki user manual

Dear Sir,

I am from Pakistan and you already know that people from Pakistan prefer Japanese cars over any locally produced car. I and millions of people here use Japanese cars and the hiccup we face is the the user and service manual is in Japanese only. Since we contribute so much to your exports and your economy it is my request to please provide us with the user and service manual in ENGLISH especially of the HA36S Suzuki Alto which is the most imported car over here. Kindly provide me with the user manual or Suzuki Pakistan with one so that people dont loose trust in Japanese cars as they have started to as these cars cant be maintained without these manuals so its my request to please take this matter up the chain to the concerned authorities.

Suzuki manager of larkana, sindh service center

Dear Concered,

I have booked a car Mehran VXR in December 2017 from Larkana branch but due to less coordination of the employees in larkana branch, I am still (8th month after booking) following for vehicle from your branch.

after 5th months from booking each wednesday I am following up and still doing follow ups but the manager of you service center has different lame excuse for not delivering the car. I am so much feded up from the customer relationship of your system.

on following today I came to know due to late delivery my Tax filer is not expired and I have to again pay 10000 PKR money for updating my filer. can somebody guide me why should I have to pay however I have paid and cleared all my documents and pending payments.

I am coordinating since the day one with following of your staff who have disappointed me to extent level.

I am writting this to see that is it only fault at larkana branch for not coordinating or following up the pending bookings or it general in the [censored]ing system of suzuki.

Suzuki car warranty customer client

Hello dear Sir, Dear Madam,
I bought a « Grand Vitara 2018 » from a Suzuki dealer last December in Medellin (Colombia S.A). On April 26th I entered my car to repair to "CASAUTOS" workshop in Pereira (I work there in my two farms cultivating coffee & avocado); My car' 4WD System had gotten blocked and it displayed "4WD system failure" orange sign on the screen (or "Avería del sistema 4WD" in Spanish). Two weeks later I registered a complain at DERCO (Suzuki's representative in Bogota) by telephone because I wanted a car replacement. Also because it was taking so long to get the diagnostic or solution; CASAUTOS did not answer most of my mobile phone calls (switchboard number was no working), so I took a 1hr taxi around three times to get news personally on my own so Mr. Jorge Andrés, and Mr. José David (workshop responsibles) explained to me how much they had searched for the origin of the problem without success, eliminating probabilities such a the Transfert bottom, the transmission box, the electrical system, everything seemed working perfectly according to tests they carried out. I got the impression they got lost or were unexperienced; once, they even assured me the problem had to be the car computer, then they checked it but it wasn't ; after a while they decided to move from the front of the car to the back to check the physical parts, so they uninstall "the differential" and send it the the laboratory to check the material. The lab advised a correction of the position of the differential, once reinstalled they did the test, the car worked well they said, but after 30 minutes it got blocked again: all these procedures cause me distrust & confusion ... it seemed endless. Then, I had an accident in the farm at Dosquebradas, I felt over during a strong rain meanwhile I was going for a taxi, I got my right ankle inverted, in hospital urgencies the orthopedist gave me 15 days sick leave. I had to stay more time in the farm (10 weeks) I could not walk properly on the mountain, then I took an airplane to comeback to Medellin. Recently, CASAUTOS called me saying they had solved the problem, and explained they had just discovered the Transmission box did not worked and was not covered by the warranty. I was astonished to listen to that. They previously had assured me the transmission was checked and was working perfectly. I found that strange because the transmission was working well when I was driving (before the sign 4WD failure appeared and the car got blocked). Please help me to get a new car as soon as possible so I can come back to work normally. I trust Japanese ethical standards, you genuinely care for clients satisfaction. Suzuki fake sale

When the salesman aboard, the car sale, since the beginning i was interest by Demo Car, but he told me the benefits to buy a new car, he told me the new car contain: 6 years of warranty, plates of the state, the two services free, advance hitch in 3 months, and a nice discount, I decided for the new car instead Demo Car, because the ONLY benefit for this one it was the discount, so i trusted him in order to give all my trust, well once i sig the contract with the Financial of Suzuki Mexico that is a International Bank, i called them if the car was ready, the Salesman told me the bank had issues with the transactions, so 3 day later call again but now with the Sales Manager and told me the payment was done instead of the salesman told me not yet, 1 day later to take my car, the salesman told me I could not deliver the car due to issue process, in fact and call the Manager of Site, and we figure it out all was a lie and honestly i need to research and i hope Suzuki Motors GLOBAL take my case and issue because i You have been my worst history instead of a good pleasure to buy a new car.
