suzuki swift engine fault
I bought a suzuki swift in November 2018 in Pakistan. The engine of this new car developed a fault after only 5, 000 km. Apparently the car engine had this fault to begin with. Now for the last week the car is at at suzuki workshop in Lahore, (Suzuki Master Motor Engineers) where after various quality tests and inspections it is decided that the engine of the car has to be replaced. I do not know how long this will take as the workshop people are telling me that first the engine has to go to suzuki motors and only then (after some more testing), a new engine will be shipped back to me. This will take a minimum of 10 days!
Needless to say all this is causing me great inconvenience. I am regretting making the decision to purchase a suzuki car in the first place. There is no customer support, no one at any of the the call centers listed on the website is picking up the phone. The workshop, which is suzuki owned has no information regarding this nor do they have any case number assigned to my car. I have no idea who to contact and express my frustration at this situation.
The following 24/7 call center numbers listed on suzuki Pakistan website are NOT working. I have been trying for a while now!
021-111-SUZUKI (021-111-789-854)
Call Centre: +92-21-34730333
Furthermore the number for Pakistan listed on you complaints board is also not working!
+92 213 473 0333
This is very poor level of customer support!
car equipment
I bought a brand new Suzuki Vitara GLX on 2 Jan 2019 in Pendik Istanbul Turkey. After they delivered the car, when i was driving home I noticed there was something wrong with the Multimedia device and Radar System was out of order. Issues were obvious. The next day I went to the sales office and service personnel there accepted the fault after inspection. They normally said that they would replace them in guarantee conditions. They also said Radar Sensor would come at the end of January. They replaced the faulty multimedia device in 7 or ten days but at the end of the month they did not call me to replace the faulty radar sensor. I wanted to wait one more week and today, on 7 Feb, I called them and asked why they haven't called me yet. They said to me that " Suzuki Istanbul Head Office had said that they could not tell the delivery time of the spare part for replacement because there is no sensor spare part available in Turkey and it is impossible to know when they can import" . This explanation (!) is not acceptable and it is not fair. How come they can say "we don't know when the part will be replaced" What if one year later? What if 10 years later? What does Suzuki mean by "we cannot know when"... Suzuki sells this car saying it is safe because it has a radar sensor and after the sale, says there is no spare radar sensor in Turkey and they can never know when a spare one will be available. Normally, I am not happy with Suzuki...

Because your Service is so bad in Dubai
And I believe your technicians are all not very well trained, they are late on appointment or don't show up at all. It's the last time That me or one of family will buy a Suzuki engine.
To have happy customers in the UAE you should maybe consider to spend a bit more money on the person who is organizing the technical part of marine service in Dubai.

March 2016, At Suzuki Tijuana, Mexico I acquired a Suzuki S-cross 2015 (1 year used) with extended warranty. All services are being performed in time and manner.in the first months I had to change the battery. Then the battery and master warning lights turned on. I take the car to the mechanical workshop service (Suzuki) and the only thing that was done was erase the codes. Months later the car present difficulties to accelerate, and star t o shake while driving in the freeway. I take the car to the workshop again and they told me that the transmission was defective; one month later, after change the transmission a "noise" appeared. After that they changed a turbine, then the programs (twice); and then the computer. After all of these changes my car still has the "noise" and it's immobilized over than 4 months in the workshop. At this time the problem has not been solved. I have talked to the concessionary, with the manufacturing plant in Mexico and they only say "let me check". I'm really disappointing and my patience is running out.
Thanks for your attention and following up.

motorcycle
At the beginning of August 2018 I purchased a motorcycle in 2017
Which is still under warranty a week ago, I bought new tires for the motorcycle
During the installation of the tires showed me the mechanic having a rusty part
This is a part that has a chrome coating and should not rust. I spoke to an importer's representative and sent him pictures.
From his reaction I got the impression that he was evasive, all I got from him was advice.
Clean the rust, put on oil.

To SUZUKI Motors,
Complaint from Goa, India
Maruti SCross ALPHA GA03Y2762
Chassis no MA3FNEB1S00171099
Engine no D13A 5541681
Nexablue Stargaze
Booked on 28 nov 2017 at NEXA Margao (authorised dealer in GOA Chowgule Industries)
Local Road Transport Authority (RTO) inspected on 20 nov 2017 at dealer yard in Goa.
Vehicle required for 7 dec 2017
Dealer informed that no vehicle in stock as on 28 nov 2017
Taken delivery on 22 jan 2018 from NEXA Margao Chowgule industries
Facing visibility problems more particularly at night time, found vehicle with stains all over reported to NEXA Margao Sahil Prabhudesai. No action.
Reported again to NEXA Margao to Strutima Kalita on 9/April 2018 who directed to report to dealer Chowgule Industries (CIL) Panaji.
Took vehicle to CIL Panaji workshop on 10/04/2018 and informed dealer's works manager Amir Volvoikar of having visibility problems due to stains on glass which do not get cleaned at customer end, mileage issue with smoking engine, wheels wobbling at higher speed. He said that the stains are hard water at customer end.
Asked him why not on my other SUZUKI vehicles maintained identically, he had no answer. I told him that these are not hard water stains but could be some chemical or paint spray in storage or transit at dealer end.
Requested him to check glass for visibility problem in night hours. Works manager informed that they do not inspect vehicle after 6.00 pm. No action.
CIL Panaji informed TSM (territory service manager) of MSIL (MarutiSuzuki India Limited) Apoorva Lal. TSM did not inspect vehicle but after a lot of correspondence directed to replace front glass as good will. Informed them again that vehicle is stained all over.
TSM Rahul Sharma inspected on 20/April and he did sample procedure, leaving the paint and front glass badly scratched. Did not make report on the findings/observations as also the procedures done. TSM also did not want to inspect the vehicle in the night. Again silence.
During 10000 km service at NEXA Porvorim informed the workshop team. They informed the TSM Akash Mahanta. TSM inspected on 20/09/2018.
At this point of inspection apart from the stains there were rust blisters seen on the bonnet. AGM - Sai Service Nara (Sai Service is the second authorised dealer in Goa) certified that these were welding spots fallen on the vehicle at customer end.
Upon closer scrutiny these so called welding spots were not seen on surrounding chrome and other components and he could not answer.
Mr Sattar representative AKZONOBEL paint was also present at inspection and he confirmed that these are rust formations under the painted surface and will show up. He has photographed the same. However his report is not conveyed and kept silent.
TSM Akash and Nara were taken for inspection at night. Fortunately it was also raining and wipers were used. Indicated to them the reduced visibility while raining. They both saw for themselves and agreed. Nara checked the wiper blades and observed that the wiper blades are hard as though very old. These blades were also damaged by the stains on the glass. This is a indicator of the thickness of the material fallen the vehicle.
TSM Akash gave a report contrary to what he saw, did not at all speak in his report about the rusting and the visibility but produced a photo of delivery time. Silence from NEXA.
Contacted RSM (Regional Service Manager MSIL) Ranveer Singh Kalra, West 1
He called for the vehicle at NEXA Porvorim workshop and straight went in for different polish procedure, found bonnet full of rust blisters.
He replaced the bonnet from a new vehicle from dealers stock inspite of telling him not to do till a final decisions taken on the vehicle. He informed that it is his order and need not take concurrence of the customer.
He was taken for inspection of vehicle and shown the scratches left by the previous procedure and the stains.
Requested him to scrap and take a sample of the stains to know whether it is hard water stains or chemical stains. He did not do.
He said that the glasses cannot be polished (as done at CIL Panaji) and ordered the glasses to be replaced. p
CIL persistently requested for the vehicle inspite of them not having all the parts in stock and therefore I believe this could be rushed up operation and therefore botched.
Shown RSM blisters on other parts of the vehicle which he said that if these blisters develop or worsen further, I am there to sort it out for you.
Cleaning procedure at Dealer Chowgule and at NEXA Porvorim completely different. Asked RSM along with CIL team. no answer.
All glasses replaced at NEXA Porvorim. Vehicle certified OK and delivered.
NEXA porvorim say that a water pressure test has been done on the cabin but there is a huge glaring leak from one of the glass that I can see. This has been shown to the ASM Nara and workshop manager Prashant and they have confirmed the leak.
This leak is what the customer can see and the customer suspects leaks from other areas which are not visible to him.
This leak is in dry season and in monsoon this vehicle will be flooded.
The leak is from the quarter glass which can be seen by the customer.
Horn not working, replaced
seat belt not functioning smooth, replaced.
Wiper blades replaced
No check done on engine.
I am user of SUZUKI cars from 1991 and this is my seventh car.
I did not expect that such would be the harassment and humiliation with protracted interaction and procedures
I feel I have made a mistake choosing this vehicle given the options available today and the pathetic after sales/interactions with NEXA.
The issues on this vehicle have been handled by four TSMs and one RSM and inspite of all these escalations the problems on the vehicle are not resolved and hence I am left with no other options but to escalate this further.
I am left to wonder whether buying this top of the line premium vehicle from NEXA, which is also the most expensive vehicle Suzuki India makes, a mistake.
I bought this vehicle because of my relation with SUZUKI along this 26 years inspite having opportunities to purchase other make vehicles.
Definitely the quality of Suzuki vehicles has dropped drastically and is not the same as it once was.
The road worthiness of this vehicle is compromised and the surgeries on it unending.
My final stand is that this vehicle cannot be fixed and has to be replaced or full money refunded.
I expect an answer from the appropriate authority soon as this has been dragging on for more than six months.

2017 suzuki swift gl navi
I have had my car for over a year now and every time I wash my car I notice more and more paint missing on my car although they look like stone chips.. I have had 3 cars before this and never had a problem with paint chipping I'll give an example :- my old car somebody open their car door onto mine and left a pretty decent dent and paint never chipped I drove behind, along side of trucks every day and even parked where trucks would go past and I never had a stone ship once! Since getting my Suzuki swift baught brand new.. I have noticed over a dozen chips of paint missing on my car! I'm not impressed as I was told that the paint it a lot better quality than most cars these days.. I honestly couldn't disagree more! I have been back and fourth from my nearest Suzuki service team which I'm looking at not going back to due to their quality of service I received was disgusting! My last service I had was the 3rd service she has had I got the service done with along with my radio being replaced due to the screen cracking! That was covered under warranty thank god! But I left the dealership with my car reving out of hand and was told by police to get my car off the road due to going to slow.. I also noticed once getting home in tears that my areal was missing! I rand Suzuki and they were closed.. I called the next morning and they told me to bring it in so they could have a look at it they drove it down the street and came back and advised me it isn't normal and that I'd have to bring back on Monday.. I work in the city at start at 8 no way I could do this! I ended up calling them Monday asking what they could do? They asked if any one could drive the car to the dealership? I advised them no as my dad is not insured to drive my vehicle and was quite busy, they said they would get someone to drive to my house and pick the car up and give me a loan car and it was promised! I advised them to call my dad when they were coming as I had to get back to work.. I ended up coming home to no car in the drive way! I rang Suzuki and asked where the loan car was? They said they advised my father that they couldn't give me a loan car as they were all hired out.. I was fuming at this stage as I was relying on the loan car being their so I could get to work the next day as I drive to the station and I struggled enough getting to the station that day as I had to get my dad to take a day off to take me! Suzuki ended up calling me saying my car is ready.. I'm at work in the city mind you and they said they would drop my car back to my house the day before.. I advised the service department that I was told that you were going to drop my car off at my address and leave the key in letter box.. they advised me they were to busy and will have to call me back..! The car ended up being returned in the end of that before this I also had a problem with my windows coming out of the sockets.. they said they would just silicone it up.. thought it was quite dodgy I honestly think I should go buy a Ford I think I would save more time on a a [censored]ty Ford than a Suzuki. I was always told Suzuki swift is a very reliable car.. I haven't been proved that as of yet and it's been a year. Lucky I'm even still paying for the thing.
Look forward hearing back from you.
bumper and left front tire
Dir/Madam:
Due to untoward road incident last September 2018, my Suzuki Celerio which was purchased in August 2018 was damaged and it has greatly affected the bumper and the left front tire of which I surrendered the car the Suzuki Branch where I bought for repair. Until now, the parts have not arrived and my car was not repaired, My complaint is on the delay in the delivery of the parts from Japan and the slow follow up of the Suzuki personnel here in their Branch office in Kalibo, Aklan.,
Besides, I am further complaining for the damages the Suzuki Corporation had brought to me. For four months of waiting, I am complaining for moral damages, exemplary and actual damages the company had brought to me now.
Anticipating the immediate response on this matter.
Respectfully,
Remegio I. Villanueva

Hi,
This is regarding the first service that I had with you guys which was such a horrible experience as a customer and has led to a huge dissatisfaction as a customer's point of view. The Job Card number for my access 125 with chassis number MB8DP11AKJ8A08158 is JC/3081. At the time of purchase the dealer's had promised me that the charges for extra fittings including the crash guard frame, mat, hand grip and number plate will be Rs 2000/- plus tax. And at the time of first service, the advisor of that particular center informed me that I'll be charged Rs 2700/- for the same to which I agreed to. However, post the service, I was surprised to see a bill of Rs 4300/- for the same accessories that they had promised me for Rs 2700/- and when I asked for an explain for the difference, the advisor shocked me by informing me that it was an calculation mistake from his part and I had to pay the entire amount for the service. This is something that is to be looked into as it is an irresponsible act from their end where I had to pay double the amount that I was supposed to pay for the same accessories. I request you to kindly check on to this as I'm completely dissatisfied with this act from your employees who did this.
bearings of front wheels of wagon r
I came to Punjab Suzuki motors in Lahore Pakistan for change of front wheel bearings of my Suzuki wagon r, model December 2016 today at 19-11-2018. My car is well in warranty which expires at [protected].
But they have refused saying that wheel bearing warranty is not of two years but of one year. This fact is not written anywhere in warranty book as well as in owners manual. Moreover nobody told this orally also.
Punjab Suzuki motors Lahore are not even showing me the policy.
Kindly help me.

question for radioactivity in the suzuki cars
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about radioactivity in the MADE IN JAPAN Suzuki Vehicles
Dear Sir,
I am sending this message from Greece (Europe). I am interested in buying an ignis new car. Before I make my order I would like you to inform me about an issue very important for me. Because of the Fukushima nuclear accident, I would like to know if your company checks the cars and the parts you produce and sell to Europe, for radioactivity? . Knowing that radioactivity can be absorded from the materials and that radioactive fallout needs centuries to be reduced, I 'm really preocuppied about this matter and considering that only seven years have passed from the accident, I would like to know oficially if your company makes any checking-controls for radioactivity before I proceed to the buying of the ignis.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
Thank you in response.
Yours faithfully,
Vula Tsormpa

bought a cultus car ags and it is faulty and suzuki motor is not fixing it
To Whom It May Concern
This is to bring in your notice that we bought a brand new car Suzuki Cultus VXL Auto Gear Shift (AGS) Engine # PK10K113476 Chasis # NF1AVK31H10013536 on 19th Dec, 2017 from Suzuki Motors I-9, Islamabad. During initial drive, the car looked faulty (faced problem in its pickup and jerk while driving) and on the first checkup at 1000 km, the issue was raised and we were told that after the inspection the issue will be resolved. Hardly 200 km later, the car started to mess again and we were facing so much problem with its pick and gear shift that it was difficult to drive and for the checkup, we had visited Suzuki showroom/workshop but the worker/engineer gave us an answer that this car will drove like as it is as this is a gear shift car, which was not a satisfactory answer.
Almost two months back, I received a call from Customer Service(CS) Department of Suzuki I-9, was a reminder call to have a service and checkup of 5000 KM (Which I have already done) so I gave them a feedback about the car. CS department noted down our complain and asked to visit on coming Sunday the 16th of Sep, 2018.
After the checkup, the team of engineers/workers agreed that there is a fault in a car, which need to be fixed and as they don't have any qualified engineer to fix it, we may take back the car and they will invite me in a day or two when the engineer is available.
Its been more than a month that I am waiting for the call but no one called, secondly as mentioned earlier, Suzuki has a very big name but manufacturing such a low quality vehicle, with a high price, at least a customer need a good customer service which we are not getting.
As the car is faulty, you should replace my car but here we are getting a zero support from our showroom/workshop. We are feeling very sad and with a heavy heart saying that we are very much disappointed.
grand vitara
I have a Grand Vitara and would like to let you know it is an inferior product the car has only 52000km on the idler pulley failed that caused the drive belt to fail and then the damaged drive belt in turn damaged the crank shaft seal and power steering pump. I am going to sell this inferior product and never in my life buy a Suzuki product again. A car with such low kilometers shouldn't have this sort of problems and every service was done on time at the Suzuki dealer. I am selling my other Suzuki as well and buying a Toyota rather what I had and which never gave any problems with 250000km on the clock.
