suzuki ignis
Hi
I am Sandeep Singh from Ludhiana, Punjab
i have Suzuki Ignis PB10GF4217 Zeta Patrol
I am totally disappointed with the air conditioner of this car. I notify about this to the salesman on the next day of purchase of this car.
Secondly, the front screen glass was replaced from the workshop which is duplicate. the adviser said it would be same as before, which is not true.
Thirdly, on dated 18/05/2018, i said to the adviser just to replace engine oil and oil filter as per service schedule, because my car is not running much. but he replaced everything without any permission. even he accepted the coupons of wheel balancing and wheel alignment till he charged me, the labor price of both.
last time the same adviser charged me the original price of the windscreen washer pipe and installed the duplicate one.
i am very disappointed with the service since i bought this car
Salesmen are making false commitment to their customers, the reality is totally opposite.
wagon r fz safety package - 2018 june - belt adjuster issue
I imported the above-said model car from a Japanese Importer on brand new condition (Odometer reading at the time of receiving was 10km). After running around 5000km and having the second service done, unusual noise came from the engine bay and when it was checked with a technician he said it is a belt adjuster issue and it is a manufacturing fault. According to him many owners of the same model facing the same issue and has to spend thousands either to replace or to repair.
Please refer to this link (similar noise comes when the engine is running) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OyvQ6aMGYzE
Since a reputed company like suzuki will not launch vehicles with manufacturing faults, still has the doubt of the service location where the service was done.in further research, it was found since there is no under guard in these 2017 & 2018 models of wagon r, and if the car is under washed with high-pressure water that there is a huge possibility to have this belt adjuster issue.
Is this true? Is it a manufacturing fault?
Is this belt adjuster can be repaired and how to repair?
If cannot be repaired what is the solution?
And this complaint is to get a clear picture of this issue and to get the necessary solution for the same.
Kindly assist to overcome this issue and hope suzuki corporation will provide necessary guidance to overcome this issue.
customer service
Hello,
I want to make a complain because the customer service attention at the suzuki store in Heredia, Costa Rica is awful.
I came asking for information about the new jimny and the person from the store told me to take a look at the car by myself because it was open and never came to help or show it. She didnt even know what the price of the car was.
I approached again to ask for the key to start the car, the woman did as if she was getting the keys so i went back to the car, 20min later she never showed up again.
When I asked if they could start the car, again, they told me "no, because is not going to be sold yet".
I make the complain to you and i hope it can get to someone that can help to fix this kind of problems because when i told the people on the store i was going to complain they acted like they didnt care, kind of telling me complains never arrive or care.
Suzuki, the way you treat a customer can be the difference between selling or not a car.
Best regards,
Diego Villalobos
suzuki maruti maintenance
Hello,
This is Mohamed, The car is Suzuki maruti 2011.
My email is mohamed.[protected]@gmail.com
I sent it for the usual maintenance to Modern Motors suzuki Egypt, and when I wemt to take the car I asked them to check for the motor oil. And they found it very few (After I asked them to check) and then they told me that the car need motor maintenance and over all maintenance which will cost you 10000 EGP. I said Ok as I was trusting them.
But after 3 weeks of maintenance I took the car and a lot of problems happened. After two days of receiving the car just stopped and can not move it. They sent the carrier to take it back and they found some mistake of them. And they fixed it after that the car stopped again and again and I took it back to them and they told me there is a problem with the battery that make the engine start very hard then I changed the battery and guess what! The car stopped and the engine didn't go back normal. Today is Friday and I chabged the battery after I changed it I had to fix it on my own because they don't work on Friday and I couldn't leave it without fixing. They wasted my money and they wasted my time alot. And the car still not at good condition. Now please tell me what can I do now because actually I am very angry from wasting time, money and their lack of experience and very bad quality. This is very inconvenient and I will warn everyone I know owns this car from this people.
daytime running lights (drls)
I have a 2019 Suzuki S Cross, the highest line car. I find that I do not have DRLs when starting or running the car, only when I turn on the headlamps, the the dash lights go dim. While at the dealership all other cars they had them working. I was told by the lead mechanic that only the top of the line car, the S Cross does not have that ability. What a crock of [censored]. My car has the DRL, but can only use them when the car has the headlamps turned on. Why would they do this to their top tier car? Getting parts is another story. Wait and wait and wait. I am pretty sure I will sell this and get something else, unless there is a solution for the DRLs. I would like Suzuki to buy my car back. I was lied to by the salesman.
suzuki cross automatic gearbox number plate fp176kb
Dead Sir/Madam.
My name is Michelino Marucci and I live Italy.
I am an invalid person because I had my left leg amputated in 2017.
I purchased a brand new Suzuki Cross 05 June 2018 from Cardillo srl dealer Benevento Italy.
A problem occured with the automatic transmission electronic gear shift and with the car still under warranty, I called for assistance . On the 25 March 2019, the car was collected by the dealer Cardillo.
Despite repeatedly asking for a courtousy car (AUTOMATIC CAR) I had no success.
After waiting for information for 2 to 3 weeks, I contacted Suzuki Italia in Turin several times to complain. All they could say was that I had to be patient.
When asking them for a courtousy car, they told me that I needed a credit card. However, I do not have a credit card. I fully paid my car with a money transfer from my bank account.
The model of my Suzuki is:-
S cross 1.6 DDIS 4WD ALL GRIP DC T6
I was very happy with it, however, considering that for such a small problem, I have been waiting more than 1 month without any information and moreover, without mobility whilst the car is still under Warranty, I feel that it is bad publicity for a serious motor corporation like Suzuki.
What I would like to know is:-
How much longer I must attend for information and why there have been no concrete solutions for a courtousy car.
Wishing Suzuki continual success
Kind Regards
Mr. Michele Marucci.

motorcycle regulator/rectifier units rs21 designed to fail.
Have done a autopsy of broken R/R unit fitted to Suzuki. Failure of this unit possibly cascades into failure of stator and ignition unit as well.
This is a clear example of "designed to fail" . Components on the regulator board are just missing for 1 phase completely. BS21 dual pack diode, capacitor and 300Ohm resistor and shunt SCR. The board is designed to incorporate all of these but components are just missing.
suzuki every (2015) amt (triptronic) unit
My Suzuki Every (2015) is broken due to gear box AMT (Triptronic) failure. I have not done even 6000km. Part details are :TR:845173288B1 Type :R03 P/N:23100-64PE3. This part is not available anywhere in Sri Lanka. I have heard that this is a common issue with this model. Are you in a position to help me overcome this issue. If there is no solution to the problem I may have to discard the vehicle and that would be very bad for future sales of this vehicle.

power steering recall
Hello,
I was recently sent a recall for a part in my 2006 Suzuki XL7. I made an appointment, took off work, and drove 3 hours to have my vehicle serviced. When I arrived I was told that because my part was metal and not plastic that the part did not need to be replaced, however, nowhere in the recall letter did it mention the part would not need to be replaced if it was metal. If I had known there was a chance the part would not need to be replaced I would have had a mechanic inspect my vehicle before wasting my money and my time. I took off work and wasted a full tank of gas over this recall that was not serviced. I would like to know how Suzuki Motors plans on reimbursing me for a days lost work and a tank of gas. Please understand I am a single parent working hard to support my family. A full paycheck is crucial to me making my monthly budget.
Please contact me about this matter.

poor service by suzuki dealership, islamabad
My brand new Vitara 2017, had an accident in June last year. Front headlights, grill and bumper were changed at the dealership, paid by my insurance company. The service technician did not put back the dust covers behind the head lights. This negligence lead to dust ant moisture ingress in the lights. The LED in my right light failed a few months back. The dealership now want me to pay for the replacement light.
Kind regards
Dr Rizwan Malik
I am complaining about not receiving items that I purchased on october 4, 2018 and have not received the items from your corporation.
My name is Boris Ford. I purchased4 rolls of wheel tape (68251-48G00-ETB) for my Suzuki motorcycle M109R on October 4, 2018 and have not received it yet. I have called Crossbay Suzuki for the last 6 months inquiring about my parts. Crossbay Honda Suzuki can not explain to me why it's taking 6 months to receive an item that I have paid for. I can be reached at [protected].
Repair work on 2014 suzuki dl1000a from an accident

Read full review of SuzukiI am complaining about cracked head in 2009 vitara
My dauther purchased the said second hand Suzuki Viatara about 12mths ago as her first car. She was looking for a reliable car for general travel but also for travel to University. Turns out this vehicle wasn't the right choice as the head cracked and this caused the engine to over heat. Resulting in her car being off road and needing a new engine or second option would have been to sell vehicle for parts. On researching 2008-2009 Vitaras it was noted that this year model is known for cracked heads and not recommended as a reliable vehicle of choice. It appears that Suzuki are aware of this manufactural problem but have done notthing to rectify the problem or even notify owners of this fault in 2008-2009 models. Attached are documents showing the total cost of $6 194.90 for the replacement of the engine with a secondhand engine out of a 2014 Vitara said to be a much better year model along with other consumables required for the repairs and details of the vehicle. If Suzuki are aware of this problem and have done nothing to rectify the situation then they should be prepared to pay for any damages/repairs from this fault. Hence the reason for this complaint. I would like to think Suzuki would reimburse my daugher for repairs to her car when the fault is a manufacture one and not one of the drivers. Breanna is only just starting out in the wide world and not only did she get a loan of $8000 to buy the car she has now had to get another loan of $6000 to repair the vehicle. I have attached documents and photos to support our case and hope to hear back from you in the near future otherwise I will take this matter further. Thanking you in advance.

I am complaining about not receiving items that I purchased on october 4, 2018 and have not received the items from your corporation.
On October 4, 2018 I purchased 4 Wheel Tape (68251-48G00-ETB) for my 2014 Suzuki M109R Boss at Crossbay Honda Suzuki and have not received them. According to Crossbay only 1 tape came in and the rest are on back order. For the last 6 months I have been inquiring about when I will receive my items and they can not give me a date. If an item is on back order the company should be able to give an estimated time that the item should be received. I am contacting so that you could provide me an estimated time. My name is Boris Ford and I can be reached at [protected] to help me resolve this matter.
