air conditioning cooler
Hello,
I bought Suzuki Celerio 3 years ago, and my aircondition is not working, even my car is not old, and it is no visible hole on the air conditioning cooler (container), but in the local servis guy told me, it is necessary to by changed, but in whole Europe this device is not available (according to his info.
I think, it is error of the material, so by my opinion, it should be replaced of the expense of the manufacturer.

Dear Suzuki staff,
I was buying a new Swift on 10.07.2019 from Garage du Centre, Luxembourg. I am completely disappointed as the car was broken since the first key and even though the garage was quite responsive, I still do not have a new functional car.
Please find below the facts in a chronological order:
1. On 10.07 as I tried to power on the car for the first time, there was no battery. The mechanic came fast and recharged the battery.
2.I left from the garage and after aprox 10 km different lights started turning on: wheels air presion, ABS, ESP, steering wheel. Furthermore the steering wheel was really rigid and the speedometer was at 0 while driving. I came back at the garage and Mr kaced was telling us that the problem is possibly related to the battery (due to security reasons it might come almost empty /was quite strange for me)
3. On 11.07 Mr Kaced calls to say that the car is functional and I can come to pick it up. The same day, after 50 km the same problems start reappearing. (I cannot trust no longer the car)
4.On 12.07 I went to the garage and since then the car is there. After Mr Kaced was driving it with the laptop connected and we the help of some engineers from Suzuki they concluded that its the ABS block and that it had production problems.
Firstly, the car was broken since the beginning and I can not trust it no longer due to security reasons. I wanted to go on vacation with it and I had to postpone everything due this problem.
Secondly I can not consider it any longer as a new car as the garage was driving it for some km in order to identify the problem.
I would like that Suzuki will replace the car with a new functional one and due to personal losses i would like to have a compensation from the price or other extra option for the new one. I was paying a credit, insurance and other things in this period.

In March 2017 i bought a Suzuki Vitara 2.4 NAV for my wife. She is very satisfied with the car, actually she loves it. However, a minor problem with the rear mirror, causing it to fall 7 times while she has been driving and the dealer refuse to aply the warranty lead us to writte the following complain. The rear mirror has a problem in the articulation festing the mirror to the windshield, several times, in stead of changing the part, the joint has been put in place and stuffed with a black rubber stuff. It continue falling. All these before the car had 10.000 kms. At the dealer located in Concepcion, Salas #355, my wife was asked if she changed the windshield, question i consider fair. The following questions were, to say the least, strange. She was asked is she drives a lot during the night...she does not, and i believed changing it from day to night position is not an operation that will damaged the part, not before 10.000 km anyway. It get even more surreal. She was assured the warranty is, and i quote ...for big things only, engine, transmition, etc...I, her husband, living in Europe, was on holliday a year after and went with her to the service for the seventh time, the part was not changed and once again was sort of glued with the black stuff. I showed the part i had in my hand hanging from the rubber elastic stuff...i thought they where going to replace it...it did not happen !. Meanwhile i corroborate the answer mi wife got, to my surprise, they repeat their statement saying the warranty covers only big things. I said i was not satisfied, they said they where going to call the main office in Santiago and call my wife back...it never happened. They laughed at my wife, they laughed at me...all for a part that cost less than 50 usd.
If Suzuki decided to take action i am writting the adress of the dealer.

Issue in both adjusters. Totally Frustrated with Japanese Products. I got this for Rs. 32laks and waited for more than 2 months. But finally with all these expectations, once i completed with around 6, 000 km, a sudden sound came up with these adjusters. Once i consulted with my car service provider, SBT they were telling me that this part was not covered with warraties through car manufacture. So im helpless with this issue. - Solange (0wner): I went to the Valentus dealership in São José dos Campos to check the rear noise of the SCROSS 2015/2016
-Dealership Valentus: Open Service Order 019938, which found a rear noise with the vehicle moving. Note: Vehicle with 62, 700 km. Very premature noise due to low mileage.
June/10/2019:
-Dealership Valentus: Sent an email stating that the problem item was in the right rear wheel hub and was not covered by the warranty. Suzuki has proposed a 40% discount on the part and a 5% discount on the workforce.
-Owner (Solange): Email sent to Suzuki SAC, contesting that this item is part of the warranty according to Owner's Warranty Manual, as it is not included in the list of items "not covered by the warranty".
I didn't agree with discount because the hub replacement must be executed at no cost to me.
Note: I sent also a copy of the owner warranty manual in the email.
June/11/2019:
-Suzuki (SAC-Customer Service Attendance): Sent an e-mail informing that the message was registered under protocol # 71660 and I had wait for contact.
June/17/2019:
-Suzuki: Contact by phone, Laura, informing that until 06/26/2019, would pass the engineering position of the factory.
June/26/2019:
- Solange (0wner): Sent to SAC of Suzuki email informing that as of 06/26/2019, I have been not contacted.
-SAC Suzuki: E-mail sending informing that the complaint was directed to the responsible analyst and I had wait for contact
July/01/2019:
- Solange (0wner): Sent to SAC of Suzuki email informing that I have not yet been contacted.
-Owner (Solange): Phone contact for progress information. Reported, again, that the complaint was directed to the responsible analyst and I have to wait again for the contact

- Solange (0wner): Phone contact for progress information. Talked to SAC supervisor Suzuki, Melissa, who reported that Suzuki had already contacted the dealership for a final solution. She also informed that the complaint would be directed to the responsible analyst and I had to wait for contact (again).
-Owner (Solange): Contact by telephone the dealer Valentus, to confirm the above information. The dealership, Daiane attendant, reported that she was not contacted. The only information received was on 06/10/2019 about the budget (40% discount on the part and a 5% discount on the workforce)
July/09/2019:
-Suzuki (factory): Contact by phone, Patricia that soon the factory would contact me.
July/12/2019:
- Solange (0wner): Contact the dealership Vallentus. They contact the factory, the answer was that till now no solution for my request.
July/15/2019:
-Suzuki (factory): Asked to the dealership to send them a technical report.
-Dealership Valentus: Sent a report do Suzuki factory.
Concluding remarks:
Until today, July/19/2019, I was not contacted. The warranty problem was not solved and I still run the risk of accident due to the cube failure.
Suzuki is in a game of not responding properly, as if it were exempt from the responsibility of the guarantee, showing total disinterest in attending me.

Few weeks ago i tried unsaccessfuly past yearly test for my motorcycle . I got an answer that it isnt possible because this model have a critical recall of fuel pump oring .
Israel suzuki local dealer named Ofer Ovnir cant supply me this part because they dont have it and even cant tell me when this part should arrive . Right now i cant ride my bike because of test, assurance and so on .
I do not have another wheechele so need urgent solution for my issue .

My Jimny started heating up while under warranty; I took it to the dealer and they found out that there is a problem with the radiator; they fixed the readiator; I paid and left; but then again, immidiatey the next day, it started to heat up again. I took it back to them whereby they kept it at the garage overnight, and I was surprised that, once again, they didn't opt for changing the radiator (coz it is under warranty and there is no benefit for them, at least this is the way I see it), they just fixed it again in a way to serve a few more months (knowing that winter was on the doors and since they knew that my warranty period was about to finish)..
They surely succeeded with what they planned, since i didn't have a problem during our cold winter, but as soon as summer kicked in, the car started heating again.. I took it back to them and this time it was very easy for them to decide and change the radiator coz the warranty is over and i will pay for it (around 400 USD!)
I gently raised my case to the Customer Relations Manager who promised to get back to me in a couple of days; I called her after 8 days, since she never called back, and she told me that there is nothing wrong in my case; that is when I decided to use this platform hoping I could be heard..

I got my Vitara, about 3 months, ago. And almost 3 weeks ago, June 18th. while driving home with my daughter, the spotlights on the boards, went on: disabled ESP, and then mentioned to have them checked. The sales person, mentioned to take it to the work shop, but that they were going to receive it, by friday. Still, not to worry. On thursday, after getting off from training, by 8:00 pm, again, this time, I was on a stop light, the car, stopped, and all the spotlights on the board, went on: ABS, , preventive lights, went off, and the ESP sign again, too. The steering wheel was hard to move and hand brake was on. Turn it off, and was able to move aside from the street. Then, I thought I should start it again, and the engine did not started. After awhile, about 30 minutes. The crane was ing to take about 2 hrs. to get there, and the area was risky. I was alone. Took it to the shop. They re started the computer and erased everything, according to the maintenance lady. It happened again. While driving to the shop, , all the spotlights when on again, and had to drive it like that, until we got to the shop. After buying the same brand for years, I decided to give this a try. I ntend to move legally. As I was driving my car, which has a few kilometers and without any indication of a fault, it stopped taking command gears and smelled of intense fuel. Luckily, I have been not driven with high speed, otherwise I would have been killed. It should be noted that the shaft had been broken without any problem and my company fixed it because it was under warranty, that happened before a year.
I believe my car is problematic and it has a manufactures problem, with risk my life and my families.
I want to come in contact with someone, who is in charge for that cases.

I am one of the many hopefuls in the Philippines aspiring to acquire the all new suzuki jimny 2019. It is for this reason that I placed a reservation for the amount of 10, 000 pesos during the first quarter of the year. The sales person told me that the units will be available by the 3rd week of June.
Since June has arrived I heard (probably true) that units are very scarce..but this is not why I am complaining. It has been open knowledge that due to the limited units which are allotted for us and are arriving to our shores, as was confirmed to me by one of the largest auto house MANAGERS that the fastest way to be priority in getting a unit is not by being in the list who placed reservation fees early on but to agree to their terms of in house financing offering loans from 3-5 year terms and will yield almost 300, 000-400, 000 pesos in total interest making the 1, 095, 000 GLX jimny's final cost at 1, 300, 000 to 1, 400, 000 which is disgusting. Surely more income is always better for dealerships but taking too much advantage of the popularity of your commodity is abhorrent. Such a practice will definitely hurt the image and integrity of your company once this sort of thing becomes household news. If some people will agree to this in order to skip the lines then those who are in line and are trying to get it fairly will be deprived of the opportunity.
I would like to know if this sort of behaviour is authorised or even promoted by Suzuki Motors in the name of profit. If it is not then I sincerely hope you would put an end to this corrupt practice in the Philippines. The country swamped with corrupt people.

Hello my name is Boaz Dorani and I have a gsxs 750 motorcycle the year of production 2017, motorcycle number 1249131, the motorcycle I bought on 29.11.18 The license is valid until 4.6.19
I went to renew the car license on May 31, 1919, and I could not because they told me when the motorcycle had to go through a service call at the Suzuki garage, and I did not get a call . I contacted Ofer Avnir's garage, the importer, and set up a queue for the importer's garage. On Monday, 3.6.19, later that day I contacted again to find out exactly where I was supposed to go to do the repair, and then it turned out that there was not the part, in this case the part is the rubber of a fuel pump. After two weeks I was told that after I had turned back to the dealer, that the part was missing in Suzuki International. A very strange answer to me.
I do not understand why they order the repair motorcycle and the part is missing. At the moment, the problem is that I can not renew the vehicle license, and the tool is disabled, and as a result I have suffered a lot of damage because I do not have a car.

I faced last week an issue in my vitara GLX 2016; bought from Suzuki Beirut.
The issue was with the car's vitesse cooler;and the oil was mixed with the water and so the car's temperature was so high.
I did the service in Suzuki garage; and they changed several equipments. But the problem is that how come a new car can have this problem with the cooler.. Plus we were unable to have any report or reason behind this problem occurred in the car.
The service was so bad and they didn't make any effort to investigate or to at least make any discount

I am writing to you to complain about Suzuki Egypt lack of credibility, customer's manipulation and their disrespect to customers.
We are a LLC company called HealthTopia located in Egypt. 3 weeks back we contacted the sales office in Suzuki Egypt (Modern Motors), we called Mr. Karim & Mr. Mostafa Abdel Lateef as we wanted to purchased Suzuki van 7 passengers. They told us that we have the car in our stock just send us email with our company commercial registration certificate and text card, then they will finalize. We sent the required documents and call them back to make sure they received them.
What happened is really upsetting, they kept stalling the selling transaction, then they stopped attending our calls, they did not reply to our email.
We kept calling, and finally after 3 weeks they replied that they do not car in stock despite they said they are plenty at the first call.
We lost money because of we were able to fulfill business needs based on the promise from Suzuki Egypt to sell us the subject car.
We need to mention, at the beginning of our conversation, we ask them if you have a car in stock just let us know if you don't have one please let us know so we can manage to secure another car from another company. They reply were we do have huge stocks of that car and no need to worry.
In conclusion, after 3 weeks of calls and email, Suzuki Egypt manipulated us and lied us.
Moreover, in the last call with Mr. Mustafa who is the sales representative in Suzuki Egypt, he was very aggressive in his communication and told us that he does not care about us and we are not his customers and advise us in a very unpleasant way "to go and buy another brand from another company it is open market and it does not have only Suzuki" and we have voice record of that.
We filed a complaint to in Suzuki Egypt (Modern Motors) with reference number 40 636 dated 15 of May 20, 2019, the complaint center manipulated us again and told us that the issue has been resolved as a customer service called us and everything is settled down, which did not happened at all.
We were surprised by the reply as no one cared from the customer service and no one called us in fact so, and there is actually another issue with the complaint center, this is a continuation of the lack of credibility and respect from Suzuki Egypt to their customers.
What is happening in Suzuki Egypt is destroying company image and affecting the brand business and affecting exiting company loyalty and new customer's perception about Suzuki.
We are escalating the issue to you, first for us to share the huge inconvenience and disrespect and to claim our rights as customers. Second, for you to take the necessary actions to stop these events from happening in the future and to restore company trust and value from customer's perspective which you are missing currently.
