I would like to complaint about the suzuki motorcycle service centre here in (Orion Suzuki service center) JP nagar Bangalore.
I have given my vehicle (KA05LN2139 Suzuki access 125c for service to the above mentioned service center on 05-January-2024 but still the vehicle has not yet delivered to me and even the service invoice also not generated yet.
Here the service staffs are truely unprofessional & they didn't respond to any of my service related issues & calls till date.
Since that day I keep following up but there's no proper response from their end.
They gave me some sill nonsense reasons for delaying is
1. We don't have sufficient staff
2. Our internet is not working on 19-Jan-2024 whole day
3. Computer in not turning on.

He is truely unprofessional, negligence & highly irresponsible person I have ever met in these service sector.
I own 4 suzuki vehicles till date.
Being a suzuki valuable customer I would like to request kindly replace such unfit staff.
These people are spoiling Suzuki brand reputation.
Note:- I'm still waiting for Invoice & my vehicle as well.
I request kindly take action against this cause & do the needful as soon as possible.
