I am being charged for a subscription or something. I did that buy three books for $1 and that was it now I'm being charged almost $22 and I didn't want nor did I subscribe to more. Now it's taking money from my account away from money needed this week for bills please let me know how I can get my money back. It's pending in my account right now and I would like to keep my money and not pay for something I had no idea was happening thank you

Same here, happened to me aswell the 22 dollars is pending in my account... Weeks later after they took the dollar out for the 4 disney books i received... Any word about getting your money back?

Same thing happend here I’m paying 21$! For what I never signed up for a subcription I want my money back ! I thought it was a cool website to get some books for my kids so there not allways on there tablet I got 4 books for 4 dollars and there was no shipment cost so I was sold and now I’m checking my bank account and you are taking money from me that I don’t even know off or even approve off I saw nowhere on the website about any subscriptions I picked out books and checked out I am infurated I have bills to pay mouths to feed can I please have my money back !

This sems to be a great deal but it was just a thief. None has the authorization to use a visa with out permition.

I was pnline and was asked to answer a survey. Then it said I was going to be charged only $1.00 for three disney books. And know I have been charged $22.00 from my visa card that I did not authorized any subscription. I can't afford this and not interested on any montly subscription. I need my mpney back.

They but my account in the hole $56 and now I can't pay my bills they took $21 i need that money very bad they didn't send me anything no text or email I want my money back

money is being taking out of my account also sometimes its 10$ and some change a few days after that its 26$ and some change and other times it will be 21$ and some change I need that money for my bills not something im not getting I want my money back

Everyone, contact Early Moments. You can cancel your subscription. I just did.

Like all of you, I paid the $1.00 for 4 books, and they charged me an additional $21.95, for 4 more books. I googled SVK Disney Books and Early Moments kept popping up. Turns out they are the ones behind SVK Disney Books. I called their customer service number. They did ask for an account number, but I didn't have one (because I never got an invoice). I gave them my home address and they verified my name and email address. The customer service rep told me that once you signed up for the 4 books for the $1.00 you are subscribed to received their books and therefore, they will take the money out the account. However, they will continue sending books.

I only wanted the forst 4 books for a dollar now they keep taking more out of my account when i didnt give permission to take it and i never even ordered more books. I want it to stop and i want my money back. I dont want all there books that i didnt want. I shouldnt have to pay for 23 dollars worth of books when i never eanted them to begin with.

i bought 3 books from them a few weeks ago and the same thing has happened to me...how do i cancel a subscription i never even had nor wanted and how do i get my money back this is a load of Bull...honestly thought this was gonna be a one time thing but apparently not.

I can't believe they put you in a subscription automatically!
I had to get a new debit card thinking someone hacked into it.
this is crazy!
I hope I get my money back

Yo pague 4libros por 1 dolar y me estan cobrando una suscripción que yo no hice y estan tomando dinero de mi cuenta y tengo emergencias y biles que pagar me tomaron $23.87 y asi sean 1 o 2 dlls no tienen porque hacerlo si tu no diste autorización quiero mi dinero para atras gracias

They shouldn't be charging 25 dollars to anyone's account. People do not sign up to pay that much for books nowadays. They won't let me cancel the subscription manually. I would like to cancel my subscription, permanently.

I am having the same problem. I have been charged twice. Both charges were $23.75 and I did the purchase three books for $1. I did not subscribe to anything and am furious that this is now taking $58 out of my bank account for only buying three books for $1. I wish for my money returned to me, how do I go about this refund?

I'm juts going to get a new debit card like this is dumb I owe 59 dollars and they're trying to charge me 24 more for sending books and I can't stop it so I'm just going to get a new debit card its basically stolen at this point

I want my money back and I want it now.
