Taco John's review: they are not making their food right 23

I don't order potato olays much, but every time I do it is like eating a salt pill, , maybe that's why, I just forget between times or hope it was a fluke! As I remember years ago they were lightly seasoned and differently better than salty fries. Now as bad or worse because they are harder to wipe off.

The manager, Greg, is very rude, yells at teen workers constantly and has a very bad attitude. Tells people in the drive thru to go home and cook for themselves. Very unprofessional and is causing business to lose a lot of customers and workers. Will not go back.

Getting my teeth pulled today wanted 1 good breakfast before and taco John's couldn't make it happen, had to go to mcdonalds. McDonald's. If I If I If I, taco bell from now on

Three times in a row now, while going through the drive thru, my cashier has forgotten my sauce and hasn't given me any napkins in the bag. It's not that big of a deal, but if you're going to ask me if I want sauce and I say yes, I expect there to be some in the bag is all..

The taco Johns on Washington Ave in Evansville, indiana... Employee's in wife beaters, and making drug deals outside and smoking weed in parking lot. No manager anywhere. I've never felt so out of place, why is this even taking place in front of all customers, and staff and nobody is doing anything about it...

My 1st time to try taco John's on taco Tuesday. Was so very disappointed. I ordered 2 /.89 tacos and small potato ole. I specifically asked does the cheese come with so I also ordered a side of sour cream. I noticed my receipt charged me for cheese also. I asked why, they said we made mistake. The tacos were pittyfull. Taco bell for me. Not happy

The flavor was great but each taco of the 6 tacos we had 3 pieces of meat so They are not worth the price. It was all tortilla and not much anything in the taco! Taco Bell puts twice or more the meat and they cost less! I

I ordered queso and chips today andwhat I got was nacho cheese with tomatoes and beans and junk thrown in it. I also order an extra queso and was giving plain nacho cheese, lol. Queso is white and doesnt have tomatoe or beans or yellow cheese. Horrible.

$9.99 for 3 tacos with 4 tiny chunks of steak on it and my tacos are cold I won't be back ... paying $3 per taco I expect some meat on it! It shouldn't be cold either... if you can make me a believer by making it right we will visit again.

Employees bullied my husband in front of customers at the line to get food I found This very unprofessional and the boss refuses to do anything

My complaint is customer service I had ordered 5 tacos and a large Pepsi and I did not get my large Pepsi which I felt she should not of tried to charge me for her mistake I feel that she should have just went ahead and gave it to me

I stopped in at Taco johns at 1115 South saddle creek in omaha Nebraska for lunch I ordered 5 super hot tacos and a large Pepsi and the cashier ignored me at the counter when I told I wanted large Pepsi I did not get my large pepsi which I feel she should have just given it to me feel free to contact me at [protected] regarding this matter

I ordered a six pack and a pound with an extra taco and with nacho cheese upon opening the bag at home discovered I had only one taco and no cheese and was charged for them

I ordered 2 Oles with cheese and sour cream, what I got instead was extra salty potatoes. I was disappointed when I got home and no cheese or sour cream on potatoes.

I ordered 2 steak boss bowls. I went threw the drive thru got home there is no steak on them. I don't have my receipt because she didn't give me one. My name is Robert Tipton I was an employee at taco John's here in Kearney NE at 419 e east 25th. On Tuesday luiz sota leaves work during a taco Tuesday rush he an doesn't come back like he told us. he's also constantly sitting on his butt in the office when we have an order

Employee young kid major attitude because heaven forbid they get busy and he has to work instead of being on his phone. He needs his [censored] kicked like all these entitled young brats. Do something with your employees. Been here 20 min waiting on couple tacos and olays absolutely ridiculous.

I'm not able to go to Taco Johns much but I'll tell you that my favorite is potato oles with hot sauce so you can imagine my disappointment when I tasted the new recipe. Yuck is all I have to say. They ruined it. Why, why why. It was good. All it tastes like now is taco seasoning. Totally disappointed.

The packets are smaller and the ingredients have changed as has the flavor.

The original sauce is why I shop at Taco John's.

This revised Mild sauce sucks.

Is Taco John's trying to emulate Tace Bell's crappy sauce?

I have been eating at this Des Moines, IA location for 45 years or so, through its many store remodels.

went through drive through at 2:19pm on 2/22/2024 and ordered 2 soft shell tacos and potato oles and they all all were ice cold... it was terrible and person working the window was very rude

I was overcharged for my order. My receipt says #16.75 but my bank says $30.49 was taken out. It would request a refund of $14.37.

It was very busy that Saturday and there was only one person taking orders and one person preparing orders.
