Tapjoy is a company hates associated with video games. They offer you ways to earn cash and things to use during a game. They offer the currency I'd you buy things through a website or sign up for offers. I got 2 offers. One for hair products the other for Hulu streaming video. Tapjoy never gave me the credit or won't respond to my emails showing proof of purchase. They are a scam

I completed a offer from Kill Shot Bravo. Reach citdal level 10 in Final Fantasy. I did that went back to kill shot and offer said I needed to reach 100000 power. I did that. Now the offer is gone and I have no gold. And no way to open a ticket in the game. I hope that this is a oversight and can be fixes

I had to file a support ticket for missing coins. When I check on status it says its waiting for my response but I never got any email. So I can't send proof that I completed the offer. I have made sure that my emailmis correct

Hello and respect How many days with vpn I can not see any suggestions to get a bonus for kill kill bravo on tapjoy. Of course, this was not the case before, and I received good rewards. I beg you to fix this. Thank you. I am from Iran.

I completed the task to receive a reward download sum apps and run them and have contacted them several times and they have not giving me my rewards. I have shown proof of completion also.

This company is the biggest scamout there. I am constantly completing offers and I never receive the reward. I submit a ticket gor almost ever offer and they still don't reward people. Waist of time, what a bunch of crooks

I purchased 1150 coins today for crossword with friends game. As of now i've played 5/6 puzzles & my coins total is 931. That can't possibly be correct. So please fix this.

I have completed surveys, downloaded and ran apps and taken quizzes and you do not give diamonds as promised! You are a RIP off to get clicks and making it look bad for home design and lose players as I will be doing I'd I do not get my diamonds!

I got this app worth 50, 000 gems for growtopia but I never received the reward. It said to download the app and run it. So I ddi and never received the reward. So I would like to have a refund or have you transfer the gems onto my account.

Hi I've been emailing about 2 offers in which rewards not received. One I've been waiting nearly two weeks for. I understand it's christmas etc but I've recieved rewards for other offers I've had to submit tickets for in the time I've been waiting.

Really hope to get this resolved soon

Not only do I not receive the reward but it's not even showing that I completed offers. Your automated system makes it impossible, even with proof, to receive what was promised. I've had enough.

Hi I entered a competition for Cadbury and completed a quiz for free Dino bucks on the Jurassic World game and didn't receive any reward. I've seen that people have also had the same issue and it has been resolved, hoping I can get the same result. Please advise, cheers.

It has been over 48 hours since my getting approved for a reward that required access to my credit. They have not awarded my diamonds or replied to my emails in over 2 days.

I have receipt for rewards I have not received. My email is csawyerpainting @aol.com . Went through the process to get compensation and your email system does not work. My case # is [protected] it was a purchase at nfl.com.

I played the game and reached level 11. The required level was 10. I did not receive the diamonds and it hasn't come up in the missing diamonds tab. If this could be resolved please.

I am completing survey through them and not receiving my rewards I have done several surveys through them and they never reward me or get down to fixing the problem they are using excuses why they can't resolve this matter I will no longer participate in surveys and will recommend that no one else does

I am missing 150 gems for completing offer VIP voice. It is several offers I have completed and have NOT received any of the benefits for playing the Zombie frontier 3 game. I have invested several hours completing these offers and have not been rewarded as promised on your website. I would appreciate if you would hold up your end of the bargain.

I completed a download of genies and gems and was supposed to receive 90 coins, which I never did. I thought that maybe I needed to play genies and gems so I did and am on the 11th tier. And still no coins. This is not the first time this has happened to me, but the first time I'm sending a complaint. Please look into this. Thanks

I contacted Tapjoy about a week ago as I had not received the diamonds I earned for signing up to Amazon Prime and streaming a show. I have now sent threw emails and not received a single response, yet they have responded to other emails I've sent regarding lower paying offers. My email address is erinnmarisaa@gmail.com. a response would be nice!

I completed an offer in the Design Home app for free diamonds. However, I did not receive 45000+ diamonds in Design Home I was supposed to attain for reaching level 10 on Final Fantasy XV. I met the requirements of reaching level 10. It took me almost a week to meet this goal so please repair asap.

You better stay away from this, the providers do not fulfill the rewards, like Candy Club - Delicious Gummies, Chocolate, & Sours.

I ordered, paid for these very expensive candies, never received my diamond rewards.

Offer was for 2724 gold for level 10 citadel. I never received it. You claim the reward was level 6 for 604 which I have screenshots of the level 10 offer...please resolve this

Every other offer has been good. I've emailed but no luck talking to anyone...

I have several tickets with screenshots and no response from your team.some being well over a week old.then add insult to injury you are not honoring the right amount owed for each offer.instead you are paying half of it and not actually giving me anything for it.I am just beyond upset at this point.

I did platiniums offers from tapjoy in arcane legend and none works the main offer i did was upgrade my castle to lvl 10 then got no
Rewards i sent email to this company tapjoy they ignore it thats been 1 week thats not serious at all

I have completed several rewards and have received payout for maybe five. I need to see about getting my rewards. Even if I follow the instructions, you manage to side step my rewards every single time.

I downloaded the required apps on 9/1 and emailed proof of this along with running them for long periods of time and I still have not received my reward. Please remedy this. Falsely advertising a reward for downloading anything id illegal.

I donated the required amount to Save the children and was suppose to receive 65, 509 diamonds..I have emailed 6 times and have screen shots of receipt and never have received diamonds or a response. I believe I have been scammed and demand Tapjoy looks into this

I downloaded the mobile game Lord's mobile and completed hero stages 1-3 per the instructions to get free gold for my Walking Dead game I was supposed to receive coins for downloading and running the app as well as additional coins for completing the task finishing hero stages 1-3 Where are my coins argh!

Recently completed one of your tapjoy offers for cash and was Never awarded the cash. When I followed your instructions on how to report missing cash I received an email saying I'd already been awarded the cash which is ridiculous.

Very disappointed with your response and your failure to deliver the reward which cost me time and effort to achieve

I still haven't received my diamonds for 2 offers I completed in Design Home. I tried submitting another request. I am missing over 29000 diamonds for the 2 offers. Gardenscapes Level 10 and Level 25. I also submitted the screenshots. I can't find the email. This is from July 31st, still no response.
