Very disappointed in Target policy. Received angel as a gift at Christmas and it worked for two week's when the light's on the top half went out. Tried to fix by their direction;s, could not. Called number on the box, no help.went to Gurnee, Il store no help, callled Minnesota no help. Because we do not have a receipt or gift receipt, no one want's to claim resposibility.Every one said it is a seasonal item and the numbers are out of the system.Now I have a 69.99 angel that doesn't work. Thought a big Corp. like Target would stand behind what they sell especially with their name printed on the box. WRONG. Myself and daughter's will not shop at Target any More.

You do know that there is a return policy on the back of every receipt. if you dont have a receipt goodluck on returning it. if you had a receipt but the item was open i believe its 15days and you cant return it. other then that its 90days unopen with a receipt. Some employee will accept it still but those that follow the strict policy dont get lecture by the higher ups.
I swear I read somewhere you said you would disown your daughter if she shopped at Target, that is kind of dramatic, especially since you are the one acting childish. You lost the receipt, next time be more responsible with it.
Agrees with whatittoyou, in a update her daughter wanted to go to Target to purchase items, she threatened to disown her daughter if she ever went to Target again.
Janr of Lakewood sounds like a three year old girl who does not think rules apply to her, results to immature name calling when she does not get her way.
Krista the same, she claimed her situation at Target made her beat her daughter in the parking lot and that her daughter is now in foster care because of this. Her sister is the "stupid" one for buying clothing in advance, way before the birthday, everyone knows that children grow up fast. unfortunately she mistook growing up as growing up mature instead of physically and it is obvious both her and her sister are growing up slowly mature.
It is a good thing Carrie's son died, she never loved him, she obviously cares more about money than him.
I am a frequent shopper at target and spend a lot of money there.I went threw the line to pay with my mom and the cashier Tara was very rude to us!I do not understand how someone would want to work there if they are that mean and unhappy!Thank You, shu.sis@hotmail.com
I am having problems with Target pharmacy refilling medication and immuzation request.Also having me assalted for shopping online and I have to shop their sometimes, I need them to accept me a little bit.

I do not appreciate the commercial target airs in spanish. This is America and the language that should be spoken here is english. We are not in Spain or any other Spanish speaking area. It's degrading to Americans who speak English. I don't visit other countries where the language isn't english. If I did, I would learn to speak that language.
