I bought kids Nike sandals on the 16th December 2024, unfortunately when I arrived at home it did not fit my son. A week after I returned to the store to return it, the Manager didn't explain to me in a good manner that since I bought it on account and I was an additional member they can't help me I should come with the owner of the account, she just slammed the door and left for the cashier on duty to explain to me. I went back with the owner of the account, we were told that the system is down they can't refund us, they took our numbers but they did not get back to us. So till today we haven't got any help, we still have not been refunded.

Desired outcome: Please refund. I'd even appreciate an apology for bad service.
