Title: Temu charged me twice, but they refuse to refund my money!

I am a customer from Uzbekistan.
On February 4, 2025, I placed an order on Temu. I received an SMS code to confirm the order, entered the code, but no money was deducted from my card. Later, I canceled that order and placed a new one.
When I made my second order, Temu sent another SMS code, and this time, they successfully charged my card for the new order.
However, on February 5, 2025, Temu again deducted money from my card for the first order, even though it was canceled!
Now, Temu claims that "canceled orders are not charged," but my bank has officially confirmed that the payment was taken by Temu. I even have an official bank document proving that the money was sent to Octobank for Temu.
I asked Temu to provide proof that they did not receive the money, but they refused to give me any evidence.
I have been contacting them since February 5, 2025, but they keep saying "Please wait 24 hours" every time without giving me a clear answer or solution.
This is unacceptable! I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charge. If Temu does not resolve this issue, I will report this to consumer protection organization
