According to Temu’s policy they should be refunding me for my orders that were wrongly delivered to a neighbour. ‘Finally, if your items do not arrive, arrive damaged, or do not match the description or photos, you will be offered a full refund under Temu's Purchase Protection program’.
I have now taken matters further as the outcome I received today was unacceptable and outrageous from Temu stating that they cannot refund me.
Despite delivering my packages to a different number 61 as it clearly states on the ticket. I am 63. And also the picture shows it being left outside when I’m not in.
I have not got my packages from the [protected] and I’m now taking this further.
Temus response is unacceptable. Saying they won’t refund despite the packages delivered on the [protected] were not delivered safely.
Both the order numbers for the packages valued at £99,49 is the ENTIRE PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED AND THE £31.40 is partially recieved-Both WERE NOT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS AND ITS UNJUSTIFIED THAT TEMU IS NOT REFUNDING MY TOTAL FOR BOTH PACKAGES DELIVERED ON 30-8. Also both packages were meant to be delivered on the 31-8 as per the evri note I received instead they both came when I was out on 30-8. I need a full refund for both packages immediately
