Bracelet with enameled blue heart
Representative said the small silver ring attachments that hold the charm break all the time and the cost is $35 to repair and $20 to ship back. Bracelet is approximately a year old. The silver part can't cost more than a dollar in materials. How can you acknowledge that this simply breaks based upon the design and customers should just pay when it breaks. The attitude and lack of costumer service was disappointing. A chick fil a employee would have addressed the situation so much better.
Desired outcome: Replace the silver circle based upon cost of material.
Heart and key pendant necklace
So I bought a necklace from you guys on Friday March 5th 2021 so not even a month ago ! I've only worn it a few times & one night as I was taking it off I realized a tarnished type of stain on it from the front that goes all the way around the back of it on the heart (it literally looks like sweat around the necklace) so I brought it back to the natick store where I bought it & the lady was very nice and told me basically yeah that does happen and they don't know why she did offer that when they open back up for free cleanings again I could get it clean but it would only take the scratches off not the tarnish. I am so DISAPPOINTED I spend 239 on your necklace and it did that in less in a month I don't even wear it anymore ! This is not ok I've bought necklaces from you guys before & worn them a lot more and that never happened!
Desired outcome: Money back or a new necklace.

I purchased the tiffany 1837 narrow ring for my son's girlfriend. She has wanted one for years. She was so incredibly excited when she received it. Unfortunately, it turned black around the edges. After multiple attempts to contact customer service to determine our options, and waiting on hold until I just gave up (4 different times), we waited for the scottsdale store to re-open after the covid-related closure. We were told by a store associate that it happens sometimes with "that" ring and that once they clean it, it should be fine. I felt this was b.S. At the time, but we just went with the flow and had them clean it in the store. Within a week later, it happened again. We took the ring back to the store (which is 40 minutes away from where we live) to exchange it for a new one. They processed the transaction and told us we owed them 44 cents for the tax difference (online purchase vs. In-store purchase). I think my jaw dropped when the associate told me that. Forty-four cents! I told her that I was not going to pay them anything and requested that it be an even exchange. I asked to speak to the manager. She came over and was a total snob telling us that there was nothing she could do about it and that they could not adjust anything in the computer to zero it out. I was flabbergasted! She walked away and the associate then said that they could mail us one instead and we wouldn't have to pay the 44 cents. We said okay. Sure enough, after changing the transaction in the computer to a mail delivery, it still said we owed 44 cents! My son's girlfriend was so upset! She waited years to get it and then another 3.5 months to get it exchanged... To be told we owed them money. The ring was $175 and it tarnishes, yet I have a tiffany bracelet, my son's girlfriend has a tiffany necklace and bracelet, her mom has a tiffany necklace, and her best friend has 3 tiffany pieces... And none of us have ever had an issue with tarnishing over and over again within a week! C'mon, tiffany! Do something about your customer service! Now that you have lost 3 tiffany customers over 44 cents, hope it was worth it! What occurred with this one transaction has spoke volumes that you don't care one bit about customer service! I don't give a crap about the blue box anymore! We will take our business elsewhere! I'm sure you don't care anyway, since you have a value of $5.34 billion dollars (in 2019) and you need that 44 cents! Taxes or not, it should have been handled without a snobby interaction with a store manager and without having to ask a customer for more money on an exchange of your faulty product! Absolutely terrible!

purchased a gift for my wedding anniversary. Paid for overnight shipping. Received a phone call that item is unavailable but they can ship it form the store (which will cause it to arrive 1 day later). I was OK with it as that would make it exactly 1 day prior to my anniversary. However it did not get delivered in Tim (its 24 hrs past that - my anniversary date and my gift is scheduled for arrival post anniversary. Totally unacceptable. Customer service is useless. I am done with shopping from them. Very nonchalant customer service agent explained that only thing I can do is send the shipment back and should get my money back within 3 weeks.

I have got no response.
My main concern is to check if my order #503632 is under process since it is important to me to receive the gift that I have bought for my wife on time before her birthday.
I have an account under my name - Oussama el ghazali - and it shown that the order is under process but till now I have not received any notification about the shipment.
In another note, I have just checked with my bank that the amount deducted of 506.8$
was reverse to my account after I have made a payment of Last Sunday and was successfully deducted. It is mentioned that Tiffany has declined the purchase and I want to understand the reason.
If you want more secure payment, you can send me a secure payment link and I will be able to finalize the transaction but I just don't understand this delay and why the amount was reversed suddenly to my account.
I live in Dubai and I have done many shopping online abroad using my Dubai international card and this is the first time that I encounter this issue.
Please this is my second follow up email since it is important for me to get the gift for my wife and for our anniversary on time and I even paid an extra 30$ in order to get the shipment send to my aramex account in US on time.

My son purchased an necklace on 30/11/18, paid extra for engravement, item was engraved wrong, sent back on 10/12/18 they received 11/12/18 still not received purchased item back, customer service response it a busy time of year, not his mistake it's the engravers mistake, quick enough taking his £££s but not so quick fixing their mistake and returning his purchased item, awful company hopefully my son will learn from his mistakes and never purchase from them again, just a shame it was his and his girlfriends first christmas together and he wanted to give her something special as it was also their first year together, shame on you tiffany&co coz ur gifts don't come in little blue boxes on time and #believeindreams as you state in ur adverts is false advertising as i've read the reviews it looks like my son isn't the only person let down with the service you provide I only wish he had read the reviews before making a purchase

I purchased a bracelet back in 2011 and stopped wearing the bracelet back in 2014 because it was changing color and rusting. I took it back to the store several times because the bracelet kept changing color each time the store rep would clean the bracelet refusing to simply replace is. Eventually I gave up because i miss placed the receipt. I recently found the receipt and would like for Tiffany's to replace the cheap bracelet
schlumberger 16 stone ring
I purchased a platinum Schlumberger 16 stone from Tiffany & Co. two years ago for our wedding anniversary. My wife loves the ring and wears it frequently, but the ring never incurs heavy use. A couple months ago I noticed one of the diamonds was loose, so I sent it to Tiffany & Co. to be repaired and they came back with a cost estimate of $1935.00, stating that the ring needed to be remounted. Needless to say, I was shocked that a ring less than two years old and not subject to heavy wear needed these kinds of repairs and equally shocked at the cost to remount the ring. When I inquired with Tiffany & Co., I was basically brushed aside. So, I can safely say that I would not recommend this ring to anyone which is quite unfortunate because it's beautiful and has sentimental value to us, but apparently they are not well made and incredibly expensive to maintain.
Awful. Ring don't buy. It's my wedding band and it is the most pain ring to wear. It's like wearing a ring of thorns. Tiffani's have lost it.

I have never felt like I was ripped off until now and I have order from other websites that offer knockoff products and was amazed at the great quality of the products. But this was the cheapest looking you could imagine. On top of that my total on line was $109.00 including shipping... looking at the receipt I have been charged $184.00! I just picked up my parcel this morning and haven't had a chance to notify Visa to put in a dispute...the only thing that was good was the amount of time inbetween placing the order and receiving it...but I can see how they would expidite an order when they change the amount they charge you...I'm looking at $75 additional that was not mention when placing the order...wouldn't this be considered an illegal practice...

I am very upet with the fraudulent charges on my credit card. I looked on last months statement and it was very odd I had 4 unauthorized charges on my credit card statemet from 4 different websites all from Conneticut in the amount of $1.00 up to $32.95 There names Saving smart.com, pharmacygold card.com, simplyyou.com, and pmidentity.com. I believe someone needs to investigate (ARE THEY AFFILIATES) MOST LIKELY. I am in the process of going over the last 2 years of bank statements. As of know Pmidentity has been taking out $32.95 for the last 15 months.This is wrong and I would like to know how they got info. thats scary! Someone needs to get these websites shut down.They should be liable for there actions and held responsible to reimburse charges

This website calimed their Tiffany items were genuine and purchased from Tiffany Hong Kong distributor with much cheap price. In fact, the products they sale are only cheap tatty replicas. When I found out the products are fake and ask for return, they refuse to refund me with excuse of having no quality problem with products.

wow do i feel ripped off, i brought a necklace&bracelete set for £87.99 for my 40th Brithday in may, & was chuffed that i then treated myself to a choker type on august £42.59, i new they was not real tiffany but just love the style & only wear silver...on the site claimed 100% genuine silver...Well i took my necklace & bracelet set to be proffessionaly cleaned for them to go brassy & so embarressed when they told me they was definately not silver& rung me & to pick them up ...I got in touch with the site & they then told me they are only 70% silver!I told them i would get legal advise, & they then offered my minimal refund on several occasions & kept all my e.mails& saying i could keep them all.
No way i kept asking for a whole refund & would report there site if they don't ammend there site by being honest & saying 70% silver& sent my good back on the 24th Nov, 2009 & by signed only to the address they gave.& the royal mail have a attempted to deliver them on the 4th Dec 2009.no luck & got in touch with them!

not recieving order
Do not order anything from this website as it is bogus. I ordered my wife an "its a boy charm braclett" cost $130 from this site and two weeks later it still had not turned up. This was my second suspition of fraud, my first was the lack of a tracking number on the confirmation e mail id recieved. I then e mailed the company to ask when my product would arrive and had no response. A few days later I sent another e mail to the same address, my hotmail account said that the address was spelt incorrectly (although it wasn't) but I sent the message anyway. moments later I got a postmaster reply saying that the message had failed to deliver as this was not an address anymore.

I have been going from review site to review site to notify everyone of my experience at this place. I had just moved to Dallas from New York and decided to get my wife a gift. She was pregnant and it had been a rough pregnancy so I thought a charm or something would cheer her up. She has lots of Tiffany's I have gotten for her over the years direct from Fifth Avenue in New York so I decided to try Northpark's Tiffany's. What a joke. The staff was rude and unprofessional. They made snide comments the entire time at my refusal to purchase anything over $3000. When I picked the charm I liked for one of my wife's MANY Tiffany chains, I was told "Ooh...the SMALL one?!" by the staff member. I was disgusted. They wrapped the charm and I decided, "You know what? No." I refused to buy it and told the sales lady never mind. No way would I spend my money there. I left and called the manager and got their voicemail. Then I called the assistant manager and got their voicemail. What a joke. I went to the Galleria instead. DON'T bother with the Tiffany's at Northpark! The mall itself seemed great, no complaints there. But Tiffany's was awful. I guess I am used to REAL service.

After purchasing a bracelet from these people I then ended up not receiving it. I contacted them via email but all emails were bounced back so I contacted them through the secure credit card company they use and eventually someone did come back to me with a tracking number. I managed to track the parcel which had no label on it just york! I managed to retrieve the parcel far too late for me to give as a gift (i'd already bought something else) to find horrendous cheap fake bracelet. I want to return the item but alas now the website has disappeared too! Very dodgy!

I orded a Tiffany & co. necklace from exactreplica.com almost a month ago. On their site it states that I should recieve my package within 3-6 business days. I called 2 weeks ago and was told that I should recieve my package before Christmas. It is now 3 days before Christmas and I still do not have my necklace (which coast $42. oo, that's a lot of money for someone with none). I called again today and told them my situation and that I am now reading all these messages from people who have had the same problem or worse and I'm getting a little worried. They finally gave me a tracking number which is going through the united states postal service. I looked the tracking number up on the usps.com web site and saw that exactreplica.com just shiped my item out this A. M! today is 12/22/08. I asked again when should I be expecting my package and I was told within 24-48 hours. If I do not recieve my package within this time I am going to call channel 5 on your side and let them know. But still something should be done about these unreliable scammers. I can't even call them people, thier not good enough for me to call them people. I can't believe that they are getting away with this, stealing other peoples money, expecially in hurtfull times like these. I just wanted to give my friend a Merry Christmas and probably so did many other people. This is not right and it should be known.
