Hello yesterday morning before heading to work, I dropped by the Tim Hortons Drive Thru @ 8129 Sheppard Avenue East / intersecting Morningside Avenue as I normally have often when the "full-time" or regular staff worked whom are 2 very efficient guyanese ladies.

Anyhow, I paid around $30 for my order which consisted of (1) Pumpkin Spice Latte, (2) toasted bagels, (1) turkey sandwich, and (2) peach bottled juices and as I felt extremely rushed by a "Filipino female employee" whom shoves everything at me even though I have something in my hand. Anyhow, upon driving away waiting at the stop light only did I notice the Pumpkin Spice Latte was cold and stale as it must've been sitting on their counter for hours so I drove back though I was already on the late side as I was supposed to be close to work.

When I brought the Pumpkin Spice Latte back, I told the Manager whom was a middle-eastern male that I want a proper PUmpkin spice Latte in which he was very sarcastic and arrogant stating, "Oh did you ask for a Cold or Hot pumpkin Spice Latte"? At which point already late for work by him asking such nonsense questions, I replied, "Obviously a Pumpkin Spice Latte is HOT and further stated if it was meant to be a Pumpkin Spice Frap/ Cold Beverage then why is it in this type of "CUP for HOT beverages"?

He was very rude and trying to antagonize me stating with a Giggle and smirk on his face to the filipino female employee whom expedited the order...He was really trying to further piss me off instead of apologizing on his Team's behalf, he asked me such a dumb-founded snarky question which wasn''t necessary as clearly Lattes are supposed to be HOT not cold...so he said,"Would you like sugar Lady?" I replied, No I just want a regular latte however it is originally made...Then he again started laughing as though he didn't care that I'm already late for work with tons of traffic and still enjoying to waste my time stating sarcastically, "Oh I just want to make the best Latte in the whole world"! So i'm waiting patiently for it which was about 5 mins and as he gave it to me, he continued laughing and getting his staff to all GIGGLE along with him too!

I've noticed this new staff (Filipino woman with a man's haircut and this Middle Eastern Male New Manager} are not the usual whom work mornings. Prior to this there were many times at this location at Drive Thru when rightafter we order through the "Drive Thru Speakers" and drive up to the window to pay, the same FILIPINO WOMAN puts both her HANDS OUT with an "X" telling us not to drive by right in front of the window as their being timed...I find this SO SO annoying, unprofessional, unncessary, and rude making me (a regular customer) 2nd guess myself if I've done anything wrong when I haven't as all she wants to do is cheat the TIMING post placing our order at DRIVE THRU...A few other times this same FILIPINO employee had given me coffee instead of Peppermint tea which I didn't bother driving back for the more wasted time and aggravation that I didn't need especially first thing in the morning before I start my day and to be late for their mistake is another thing I wasn't going to risk...

Desired outcome: I would like an apology letter. I don't want to have to deal with this "so-called" unprofessional Manager so please don't let me call me. I am asking for a Tim HOrton giftcard based on such BAD UNPROFESSIONAL, ARROGANT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
