Tim Hortons review: Bad service today

Hi, I visited a Tim Hortons today in Strathroy and ordered chili and a sandwich only when I wanted to dit down All the tables were really dirty I had to go to the Cashier to ask if someone could clean them. A girl came out and left everything wet so I told her I'm not going to sit in water. Anyway, she walked away like she was deaf, Secondly: I opened my sandwich and the bread was burned black, then I took it up to the counter asking them to change it as I could not eat it like this, The girl looked at me really dumb saying Oh it is the machine so I said do you not see it burned 3 times but they did not change it and in the meantime a customer was big mounting when I told her to mind her own business and I'm not going to argue with her. Left my sandwich at the stupidity of people behind but I will never support any Tim Horton's ever again. Period. Are there no managers to sort things out and make it right just steal money and serve food that wouldn't even give a pig.? What happened to a Customer is always the right Motto. Higher competent workers not idiots.
