I went through drive thru this morning with my partner and 2 year old as we were getting my partner to work. The woman in the drive thru (extremely rude) told me my card didn’t work, and when I asked to try again she said no I already punched in $50 so here’s your change. I told her I wanted to use my Tim Hortons card because I had money on there that I wanted to spend. She then tells me no and gets a manager or supervisor who was also even more disgustingly rude. She tells me to come inside for a refund. So I go inside and they both act oblivious. The one from the drive thru is laughing and saying “the [censored] is here for her refund” and i was not the only guest in the restaurant but if I’m able to hear that then I’m sure many others heard also. The supervisors or manager that was assisting with my refund was mocking me the whole time and basically laughing that I asked for a refund. I explained myself 3 times and she laughs and said keep explaining yourself I might not even give you a refund if you keep going. I said why don’t you just refund me so I can go take my child to daycare? I leave the restaurant and she comes out to take my license plate down and so does the other drive thru lady. I’m putting my son in his car seat while the manager/supervisor was shoving me away from my car telling me I’m assaulting her when I was trying to get into my vehicle and leave. She kept pushing me and blocked my door from my driver side and wrote “[censored]” across the window of my driver seat. I have a photo of this if needed with a time stamp and location. I had to enter my vehicle from the back seat because of this psycho woman not letting me enter my car. It’s disgusting that this is the kind of employees you have representing your company.
