I am a daily customer of Tim Hortons and each and every time I offer my breakfast there are always mistakes!
1). Order take on mic never pays attention, I have to repeat myself more than once because she isn't paying attention.
2). I order a Beyond Meat B. E. L. T on a twelve grain bagel at 5 to 6am, and assists told "not ready"
3). I then order bacon B. E. L. T. instead, and get a MESS of a sandwich missing cheese, barely any lettuce.
4). I order 3 hash browns and more than once I was given 2 even though I paid for 3!
5). I order a BLT and specifically say "NO EGG". yet the sandwich is given with egg!
Similar mistakes because of employees NOT PAYING ATTENTION were occurring at Black Creek & Trethewey location, and I have up on that location hoping this Keele & Lawrence location would be better.
I've tried my best to remain a customer but this is extremely unacceptable when you're employees' number 1 priority should be to pay attention while on the job, to ensure busy morning customers like myself don't have to waste time waiting on line to get their order corrected, or eat what they didn't want!
