Broke the dashboard of my nissan altima when replace the evaporator

On Feb 15, 2019, in agreement with Mr. Mike from Tire Kingdom, Cocoa, Fl, I dropped of my Nissan Altima for replacing the evaporator.
The work was done on Mon, 2/18/2019 and I paid $1040.36.
I observed that the front air bag icon was blinking in driving, and also, I observed glue on the dash panel and two cracks on the right side of it.
I told Mr. Mike about them, and he advised me to drive a few days to check out whether the evaporator was working properly and to return for solving the other issues.
The store fixed the blinking icon, but since then I am postponing with the dash.
Initially, Mr. Mike promised me that he would replace on his own the damaged panel and would order the part on eBay. Meanwhile, Mr. Mike recognized that the pane is not just dirty with glue, but it was cracked, and the worker tried to conceal the damage with glue that is very unaesthetic and not a durable solution.
So, the replacement of broken parts by the store should be a must because it happened during replacement of the evaporator.
I attached pictures of the dashboard that show clearly that entire dashboard was cracked, damaged and glued, so it must be replaced entirely. I will come with an estimation of the damage done by the Nissan dealership, Cocoa, Fl.
Please, help me in this case to fix my dashboard.

I am a Police Officer in Orlando Florida. On Sunday March 3, 2019 I was getting ready to go on duty when I was advised by Son that the left rear tire to my Honda Accord was low on air. I checked the tire and saw that it had a nail. I called 407-629-5656 which is the number to the store located at 2216 Aloma Ave. Winter Park, Florida 32792. I spoke with a Technician that stated that I would have to leave my vehicle for several hours. I asked when would it be a good time that I could bring it. I was advised that if the vehicle was brought in at 3 pm the tire would be repaired. Due to my being on duty I instructed my Son to take the vehicle to the said store at 3 pm which he did. Subsequently my Son called me and informed me that when he arrived at the store, the Technician was rude and seem to be "put off" saying he was working on another car. The Technician then rudely stated that he would not repair the tire because the nail was on the "safety Line." I instructed my Son to leave the store immediately.
This morning I took my vehicle to one of your competitors (Firestone) and they repaired the tire without any problems. I inquired about the said safety line and the Firestone Technician advised that the nail was just under a 1/4" away from the line on the inside of the tire. To conclude, it is apparent that professional, courteous, service from Tire Kingdom Store(s) is not a norm but questionable business (up sale) practices are. I can assure you that due to duties, and the numerous contacts I make on a daily basis, I will be advising people to take their business to another company.
tire replacement
I had a flat tire on my 2014 Cadillac CTS coupe I had it towed to Tire Kingdom in Pompano Beach to have it replaced Erie I was formed the only sold new tires I have them replace a tire with a new one I selected from their inventory. I got the vehicle home and the next day I looked at the tire which didn't appear to be new the gauges in my car also was saying that it was running low on air I got out my air compressor and it also read that it was low on there I and started some air in it and I called Tire Kingdom where I purchase a tire and I spoke with the manager and told them I did not believe that the tire was new and I was having to put air in it he said he would check the video footage and get back with me which he did not I called back and didn't get any answer 2 days later I was driving and went to get on I-95 southbound when I got onto the entrance ramp as a curved around the tire blew out causing my axle to break the car became unstable and I side-swiped concrete barrier on the side of the ramp I had the car which was now undrivable completely turn back to the Tire Kingdom where I purchase a tire I spoke with the manager and he said that I had hit something like a curb because the rim was now cracked and I explained to him the whole was on the side of the tire because it blew out cracking the room and then the actual there was nothing to hit the on ramp the are no curbs and there was nothing in the road I had two passengers with me as Witnesses and the tow truck agreed from Cadillac roadside assistance insisted that it was my fault but I left the car there overnight and they said their manager would look at it in the morning I do not want money I just want my car fixed

I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. They never called me to tell me my car was ready, when I called this morning I received instant attitude from "George" who said he did call and I had him read back my number, he called the wrong number...he never apologized. He then proceeded to tell me my battery was dead when they tried to start it to work on at 12 when I dropped it off at 10 and it was starting without any issues and was a brand new bat. I was then told I needed 2 front tires, when I got there I pointed out I had the receipt to show one was a brand new tire that was just put on and then they changed that it was only the other front tire...never felt more scammed in my entire life.

Tire Kingdom at 19571 State Road 7 (441) is a unethical. They are selling service to people that is not required and they are quoting prices that are way too high. Get quotes from other service centers on parts and ask if suggested service by Tire Kingdom managers is imminent. Customers Beware!
damage to vehicle while doing routine service

Thank you for the response "owner". I took your advise and called the store and they told me to call the corporate office and informed me they will not do anything. Brad stated that there was nothing he could do and assured me everyone that was working at that time has been fired. Great for you guys but that doesn't help my situation. Also, you hired that group of people to begin with so how can anyone be sure you hired a better group of people. Besides that, he admitted he had a terrible crew then yet Tire Kingdom still will not stand behind there work.
People, there are plenty of places to take your car for simple services like oil changes so I strongly suggest not going here, unless you have a $1, 000 or so you are ready to spend to cover their mistakes.
By far, this is the worst experience I've ever had with a retail store.

STRIPPED MY OIL PAN AND OFFERED TO FIX FOR A $1.000
I had the worst experience with this Tire Kingdom. I went in for a simple oil change and they manged to strip the oil pan on my BMW X3. I went back 3 separate times and each time they said they fixed the issue and it was a simple fix. After the third time I decided to have the BMW repair shop look at the problem and they informed me they install a over-sized drain plug which ruined the oil pan.
Tire Kingdom tried to use my visit to the other facility to their advantage by saying they were not the last person to touch the vehicle and they placed a blue seal on the drain plug to know if anyone else tampered with it. My mechanic was smart enough to know their tactic so he did not touch the drain plug.
In the end, Tire Kingdom offered to replace the oil pan they damaged for just a $1.000.
I'm not sure how you could get worse service than this?

On 9/22/18 I called The Tire kingdom location located on Vine Street in Kissimmee Florida. I scheduled Tire rotations, balancing, alignment for 9/23/18 at 9:30am. I get there 1 hour later I am told iam ready and the cost is 49.99 tax I asked for what I was told an oil change. I responded I was not here for an oil change I just spent last month almost $500.00 for brakes and oil change. Apologies delivered ok we will do your Tire rotation etc. Ok another half hr I leave. I go about my business and my gut feeling kicks in check your tires I realize I am missing a tire lock and a nut is missing, I return to Tire Kingdom and ask for my tire lock and nut I am told it was missing I responded impossible I was just here last month you guys serviced my car and all my locks were on? Ok so I asked ok so what is protocol wouldn't you communicate that info to the customer if that were the case I got a response of yes but that wasn't the case. They agreed to provide me with another set of wheel locks now it's 1:30 pm an hour job turns to 4 hrs what a nightmare. My time is money and valuable as well what a disappointment after years of being a customer. I did make them aware that I didn't think I would be coming back.

Looks like tire kingdom is losing my business after 12+ years. Mike at hypoluxo t.k. didn't want anything to do with customers at 0700 on friday, sep 21. I showed-up to get oil change, wheel rotation or 4 new tires, but Mike wanted nothing to do with work. He said only one worker showed-up for the day, and unless I had an appointment, it would be a very long wait. Attitude is everything, and I KNOW what a face that doesn't want to be at work looks like. And I'm supposed to feel good about the people whi service my car ? Not.

I ordered 4 Sumitomo Tires for my 2012 Hyundai Eqqus last week from the Tire kingdom on Nova Drive in Davie Fl.
I was set up for a Last Saturday installation. I left the car all day and the tires that came we're wrong. They said bring it in Tuesday. Tuesday comes...no tires...Wednesday...no tires. Now I'm told Friday or Saturday...and that's a maybe. Something is radically wrong. In addition when the car was in Saturday the old tires were actually taken off and when the correct tires never came, they had to be put back on the car. They were put back on incorrectly which caused me to have to drive back to the shop and have them put on right. Makes me wonder what kind of people you have orking for you, Meanwhile, I'm riding on worn tires which I have tried to replace at Tire Kingdom. At this point, I want the tires ordered and in addition I believe I am entitled to something extra for my terrible inconvenience. I have never had this problem at Tire kingdom before. tire inspection
The service that my 78 year old father received at the Tire Kingdom stated above was unacceptable, my family will never go to Tire Kingdom again. What transpired is as follows. My father brought a flat and damaged tire into Tire Kingdom for an inspection report. I had already spoke to Continental. They told me that because my car was relatively new, even if it was determined that the tire failure was not due to a manufacturers defect, they would work with me on replacing the tire. I was told to get an inspection report from an authorized dealer and have them call them. My father relayed this information to YOUR EMPLOYEE and he REFUSED to call the 800 number and speak to the Continental Tire representative. He instead to my told my father it would cost over $260 to replace the tire. My father took the tire to Sears where they made the call and Continental replaced the tire for free. My father is African-American, whether race played a part in this or not, it should not have happened.
oil change appointment
Called last week and made a appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation for a retired lady that I would pay for. Jack told me have it there Tuesday (today) at 11:15. I asked could I leave it and pick up in an hour and half later and he said that would be "great"! I went in at 11:01 and there was one man there at counter on phone. I waited couple of minutes and he got off, asked could he help me and I said yes I have appointment for oil change at 11:15. He asked name. Phone rang again, he didn't say to word to me but just grabbed phone and starting talking. I waited. He asked a bunch of questions on phone and made appointment for person. Hung up, didn't say sorry for delay. He looks me up and says your appointment was a 11:00. I looked down at my watch and it said 11:06. But he went on and made work up order and I gave him keys and said going to lunch see you in a little bit. Never said another word and had already starting talking to man that had walked in after me. I come back 1 hour and fifty minutes later and said here to pick up car. He says, Oh, we are getting ready to pull it in right now. I said never mind as the elderly lady was with me and could not wait. Then I said I thought we had a appointment and I could get the car in 1.5 hours. I said your service is lousy which it was as the promised time had not been met. He says you were not here at 11:00 and I don't have to listen to your loud voice and I told him I am not loud but complaining as yes I was upset that he basically lied to me about the time. He then says to me, I only have one man back there. (Every bay was full by the why). I told him didn't you call another store for help or call someone in. He's say I'm trying. He knew he was short handed when I got there and he should have just told me that. He just starts tearing up the work order in front of me. He never said sorry, we have problems, we are behind, nothing. I know you are a huge chain and you only lost a 40 dollar deal but believe I have bought a lot of tires and service from Tire Kingdom in past years but never ever again.
alignment not done
This morning my kids mother went up to tire kingdom to have the car aligned per my request because I had to attend work earlier. This isn't something I normally do because no matter how it is frowned upon, when it comes to mechanical issues of a vehicle woman tend to get brushed off, talked into things they don't really need and sometimes just treated unfairly! Her car was driving so bad that she couldn't go past 40mph. Upon arriving she explained this info and was told ok car would be looked at! After viewing the car not driving but viewing she was told it was the tires and that's understandable but when she requested the alignment still be done because she is still under her mileage and date warranty for a free alignment she was met with resistance and kept being told that's not gonna make a difference, then told oh it's gonna throw the tires off etc... Me and my family deal with tire kingdom for tires and alingments because of it's good service... My fiance was refused the alignment when i'm on the phone with her informing her to get the alignment anyway it is still a service under warranty that needs to be honored, please understand that i'm on the phone listen to them refuse to give the alignment causing her to get fustrated and annoyed and never wants to go there again, she was not assisted in any way and forced to drive home even more unsafe instead of honoring the service requested... I'm not perfect nor is anyone but when a customer or client ask for something to be addressed, fixed, or done in any for or fashion that is still under a company warranty or promise it should be honored, and most of all it's a female trying to be safe and make her to her children safely, now she doesn't want to do any business with tire kingdom unless this can be corrected, addressed, anything this was unexceptable and poor service...

tire
I went to Tire Kingdom at 2601 State Road 7, Lauderdale Lakes, FL. 33313 to get a new tire at 3:30 pm on Saturday because my old one went flat. Not only did I do business directly with the store manager it took four hours to get the new tire and the recommended alignment but the tire that was changed was not the original flat tire. I immediately went back inside to speak with the employees but was turned away by the employee Tamika whom was listening to music and told me to please leave because they are about to close and the technician who did my repair has gone for the day.
bad experience/customer service
Appointments are pointless, more than 25hrs in 3 consecutive Mondays in repeated repairs. Both Customer service and communication is non existent. Charged for repairs that have not been successful and both Mgr and Service Mgr are always gone, dont show up on time, are never around or making personal phone calls for very long periods at a time. Told one thing, then nothing is done. GM is useless! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
clogged radiator
My name is Beverly Fields. I filed a complaint several months ago about the cost of repairs to replace the radiator in my 2011 Hyundai Accent. It turns out the radiator that tire kingdom put in my car clogged up and did not allow coolant to flow to the engine. I had my car towed to the Hyundai dealership. The estimated cost of repairs is $4100.
Check your records you will see where I took my car back 3 times because the car was running hot. The first time I was told there was a leak which the mechanic supposedly fixed. The second and third times I was told by the mechanic they had no idea what was causing my car to run hot. It was suggested that I take my car to the Hyundai dealership for an analysis. I did exactly that. Hyundai told me the radiator was clogged that tire kingdom put on my car causing it to overheat.
Please let me know who I need to speak with to get this issue resolved. I need my car to get back and forth to work.

wheel balancing
I took my car to Tire Kingdom #6214 at 2705 Blanding Blvd. in Middleburg FL on 7/20/2018 for tire rotation and wheel balancing. I asked for a 'load force' balance which was done along with complimentary wheel alignment check. I had an appointment but still waited nearly 3 hours for the service to be completed. After being told I needed wheel alignment, I gave the 'OK' to perform the additional work. The alignment seems fine but wheel balance is unacceptable. After returning the car for re-balance on 7-30 I still have a distinct wheel hop at various speeds. and it is worse now than it was. Again, I had an appointment but waited more than 2 hours for my car. While waiting, I observed my car was up on a rack and no one was doing anything. It stayed this way for about an hour, after which I queried the service manager who told me 'there is nothing wrong with the tires' and when I asked what was done to my car, he said 'nothing was done, I drove the car and it is fine'. At this point I left the store, only to discover the wheel balance is still off. I called back to inform of my dissatisfaction & indicated I'd be contacting Tire Kingdom's corporate office for resolution. I do not want to go back there again.
Attached is my paid receipt and work order. Since I paid cash, I'm asking for a refund of expense for tire balancing, $75.96 + taxes. Please forward check payment to me at my address of record so I may get this work performed correctly elsewhere. Thank You.
