advanced anti colic bottles
We purchased these bottles as our little girl has bad colic, we understand that the star is supposed to have a valve to which we checked this and realised that 2 of the 3 we brought doesn't have a valve only 1 does, we are highly disappointed as these bottles cost £34.99 and does not do what they say on the box. We purchased these at mothercare but we cannot return as they have now been opened
perfect prep machine
We purchased a perfect prep machine for my daughter and we loved it, it seemed the easiest way to make our baby her bottles, we have always used the machine correctly and changed the filters as required, it has been stored up until now I am about to have our 2nd child, I re brought new filters we put the new filter in the machine and filled with water (at this point it had a red light showing) we wanted to run a few practice runs on the machine so pressed the button to make a bottle it made a noise (the kind it does when the water is about to come out) but to our dissapointment no water came out and then it didn't continue to work at all, we checked the fuse in the plug and that isn't the problem, I am very dissapointed and frustrated as now we are left without a working machine and are a matter of weeks away from having a baby, we didn't expect to be buying a new one (the machine had been only used for around 6months with my first daughter so I think this is very poor, can you please contact me asap regarding this matter I would like a replacement ideally. Please let me know what can be done about this we have always used tommee tippee from the bottle equipment and sterilising so as a valued customer I would appreciate some feedback and help regarding all of this, thank you Sarah Currell
perfect prep machine
Hi, I got a perfect prep machine as a gift around 6 months ago. Today I have went to make bottles and it has stopped working. There is nothing obvious to see why it has stopped but just isn't turning on and dispensing water. This has caused unnecessary concern for me as I use this machine for my bottles, it was working fine up until now but has just suddenly stopped. I would appreciate it if you could get this resolved!
tommee tippee colour my world bottles

I purchased the colour my world range of tommee Tippee bottles and I have been using them for 2 months and all the markings on the bottles have come off so I cannot use them as i cant put the correct amount of water for the formula.
I think they should last longer than 2 months and I feel there should be something done about this as I have had to replace them already.
Please can you get back to me about this issue and what can be done.

i purchased a pack of bottles which included 2 in not long ago maybe around 3 weeks ago, the bottles are blue with a picture on them and unfortunately the picture is coming off which i'm very upset about as the only reason i purchased these bottles is mainly for the picture and now it's come off and i haven't had them very long either which is a shame
electric steriliser
I am writing to you as my electric sterliser I bought out of argos which I dont have the receipt for is burning at the bottom leaving a nasty smell in my steraliser I am using the correct amout of water and using it as I should.. my baby now has thrush due to this steraliser and I am not happy with this product.

I spent a fortune on ur Tommee tippee bottles I brought 30 bottles and Iv not even had them a year yet which now I have to go by new ones because the writing has came of the numbers of oz has came off so now I dunno how much water I'm putting in because they have just rubbed of I think this is so upsetting because there aren't cheap and I'm a single mum so I won't be using them again now I have to go without food and essentials because I have to fork out on some more bottle my address is 48 Tipton house Warwick crescent p054pd
perfect prep machine
Had this machine for just over 7 months from brand new around October time it was bought, last week May 8th 2018 the machine started to get alot hotter than normal, I switched off immediately and when I later returned to turn it on all the dial lights had gone off and was not working at all wouldn't heat up. It was bought from Mothercare brand new paid for in cash but when I tried to return as faulty and get a replacement i was told I could not do this because of the length of time I'd had it at 7 months. I was told to contact supplier direct as i believe this product to be faulty and would like a replacement please.

After research I brought these baby bottles for my new born grandaughter.
After a while using them we begin to notice that the baby was struggling to suckle milk from them because the teats were blocking up.
We are using a steam sterlizer witch should be ok for them. but soon realised that this was an ongoing problem. This forst us to going out and buy a totally different brand of bottle. Many people have told me that tomy tippee was the very best and I am very disappointed.

perfect prep machine filter
Today 14th May 2018 I purchased a filter for my perfect prep machine from Asda in Bangor.
As I have opened the packet this evening I am shocked to see that the filter looks to be covered in black dirt.
Obviously I am unable to use this which has caused great inconvenience.
I will be returning the item to Asda tomorrow which means an unplanned journey and another inconvenience.
I would like an explanation of how this can happen and some sort of compensation for the huge inconvenience this has caused me.

I bought my babies tommee tippee bottle in say feb amd I am using it ever since but the writting has come off within a few months I cannot see most of the numbers and the entire tommee tippee name is out.
This slis really unacceptable due to the fact that we pay so much for the bottles to have to not be able to use it after a few months because the writting and measurements are out. How do we use the bottle after that. Really dissappointing because my baby only uses that type of bottle and now I have to buy a new bottle because I am unable to see the measurements.

I purchased the steam sterilers last year around july/August time from [removed] toys r us store when I was 12 weeks pregnant. My wee girl is now 12 weeks old and the steriliser isn't working great. I have to descale more than every 2 weeks and it leaves the tommee tippee bottles with black spots. I am extremely disappointed in this as toys r us are shut down now and because I purchased this last year I don't have the receipt although it will be on my bank statement with the card i used to buy this product. I am upset as this could make my wee girl unwell with it not sterilizing properly. I always clean the bottles first then sterilize them, then clean the machine afterwards straight away so it can't be down to anything I am doing. I would like a refund or atleast a replacement product. I have read many of the feed backs and I am not the only one with this issue. I would be grateful for a reply with help.

I bought my son and his partner 2 Tommie tippee prep machines one for upstairs and one for downstairs, the model is EP2262 VB.
The one is perfectly fine and they have had the notification that the filter needs to be changed, but the other one has mould in the water tank, I bought these from toys r us and as I can't find my receipt and they are closing down they are not interested at all. I have been out and bought another one from Mothercare but would like your comments on what you are going to do about this faulty one please.

5 bottle sterilizer
I was giving the 5 bottle sterilizer 6 months ago for my baby shower and it was working fine until last night 3-19/2028, it stopped working. It does not turn on. For my oldest I use to have the 6 bottle one and never had any problems (that was 4 years ago). I tried connecting the new one to 3 other outlets and it still does not work. What should I do? Help

cups with straw
I bought 2 new cups with straws in them . I took them out of the packaging and removed the straws to prepare cups for first time use . I am unable to put straws back in and have tried for over two weeks . I am unable to return them to the store I purchased them bc I didn't keep the receipt . I am reaching out in the hopes of the company helping me figure out the magic trick of putting the straw back into the lid or reimbursement for the cups . They have never been used . Only washed to be prepared to use for the first time .

I have had the product for 7 months (bought as a gift for my second child) we have the same monitor got my first. We did have issues with the battery with this one but received a replacement car are having battery issues again with the new one but this time when the charger is connected the screen goes off? Can you pleas advise what to do as I am unable to use it for my little one which is quite distressing.

I have bought 2 packs of your animal print slim neck baby bottles for my newborn Daughter. It has come to my attention that the measurements on the side are not accurate, they are 10mm out and because of this I was overfeeding my 5 week premature baby. This is unacceptable to not have these measurements accurate. The health risks you have created for my newborn child is not a risk I am willing to take. Her stomach is so small and that extra 10mm can have effects on her ability to thrive, not to mention the extra interrupted sleep it caused myself and her father as a result of the wind in her belly from the extra feed.

My complaint pertains to a recent advert placed in the "babies r us" booklet in which an electric sterilizer and electric breast pump was advertised as a combo deal for R1499.90
Upon my arrival at the Cradlestone branch, I was advised that they have not received the product as yet, to which I advised that it's odd as the special has been running since the 25th of January, and will come to an end on the 5th of February 2018. The manager of the store advised that there had been a miss-print on the pamphlet regarding the dates and suggested that I approach a different branch. At this stage, it is crucial to mention that the apology pamphlet merely stated that the wrong image and description was used in the pamphlet. The manager seemingly had no interest in entertaining my complaint and I headed towards Clearwater.
Upon my arrival at the Clearwater branch, I was advised that they had one set in stock. The lady whom assisted me, advised that the neither the breast pump or the sterlizer is electric.
The manager at the Cradlestone branch did not see the necessity in informing me of the fact that the items were not as they are portrayed to be in the pamphlet and merely sent me to a different branch.
I feel that this pamphlet is misleading and constitutes false advertising which infringes on a consumer's rights when taking the consumer protection act into consideration.

I am experiencing the same issue with the new bottle. I am very upset as my money is being taken for granted.
I have sent a response in November and no-one has bothered to contact me regarding this matter.
I have used your products perilously and did not experience and issues.
