Very unprofessional service centre, being there for car service on 10thJul 2023, paid for car balancing and alignment but bad thing was, the car steering was shacking even only speed for 100km/h. Went back during July again and they told me maybe due to 1 of my car tyre was scratched and they adjusted the alignment again in July. Yesterday 31 Aug 2023 when I drove again in highway with speed 100-110 km/h, the steering shacked again. So I arranged to resend to check on 1st Sep 2023, and the result was, they adjusted the alignment again. So I asked, why in July no alignment done? She told me they did adjusted the alignment in July, then I asked why now need adjust again? She said u all drive got problem then we adjust. Hey, u think we are so [censored]ing free to always send the car to check? Why are u all so proactive? Need customer feedback again and again still do not know what are the [censored]ING problem? So if I have the same problem I need to go back again to the laozy centre and they did the same containment action again and again? Until customer no energy to complaint? Is this their strategy?
Desired outcome: Can have professional to help to solve the car issue if repeated and repeated again?
