Mr Alex, I tried for several hours each day on 2/17 and 2/18. Your customer reps created this problem and refuse to fix it. Even told me the case was closed. Disconnected calls several times,when they couldn't answer questions . I started 2/17 with about 6500 talk time, 680 text and 3.7 gb data. I responded to an email to cash in reward points for text. The rep set everything at zero for all. So much for reward points. After several calls and hours of talking with your reps., they would only put 2000 min. talk and 2000 text back and closed the case. I got screwed over big time and nobody gave a dang. Even asked them to do the math . There are only 1440 minutes in a day. It would take several days of constant talking to wipe all my time out. They didn't care and stated I could not prove that is what I started with. Surely you can see my records over the years i dont use my phone much. Your people win I can't fight anymore you beat this 69 year old man down. But I will never forget how this was handled. Will look for different carrier come my end date won't spend another dime to tracfone for me or my wife's phone needs. You need a better system badly. wow im so not supprised as same is happening to us. Calls and CS lies to us claiming will help refund our missing DATA and then hangs up on us, also had them telling us to go into settings to change our network settings which deleted us completely off the network. Luckly i knew how to reset it and they were hatefull when i called back letting them know i got it back into the network, the so called Manager said well nothing else we can do. what a MESS THIS COMPANY IS
