I was treated very poorly at the above store on 10 08 23 and as a regular customer to be accused of creating and printing fraudulent Nutrena coupons by two employees that insisted they were printed (as if that was definitive proof of being fake) and all the same when clearly they were manufacturers coupons that I received from Nutrena by email and printed. Each coupon had a different pin number. This is how manufacturers coupons are obtained through Nutrena. rewards. I have used them many times and belonged to nutrena plaid perks and rewards which was recently ended. The guy at the register after accusing me of fraud then called the other employee who asked for proof of the coupon site online that I should pull up on my phone and then said unless the coupons have tractor store on them they are no good in the store. they were asking me to pull up the email which I printed from my home computer on my phone like I was a common thief. I had 300 dollars in feed and merchandise on a push cart which at 64 years old did a number on my back. I was parked in handicap. Like that wasnt enough punishment. I ended up after all that saying you just lost a customer permanently and a big sale and left for agway in north haven where Im treated as I should be. I have an account at tractor under my phone [protected]. These employees behaved completely disrespectfully and who ever trained them ought to be retrained for allowing them to be so ignorant and lose business. Im really upset and angry. they wasted my time and my energy and I had to come home without the feed!
Desired outcome: 20% off my next purchase for wasting my time, my gas, for the strain on my back lifting all the feed and for treating me like a thief with no just cause. Also want to know that they will be trained properly and learn customer service .
