By using transdirect, your using CouriersPlease, the worst couriers in Australia, just read their reviews. Obviously Transdirect has one thing on their mind, $, because couriers please are the cheapest and owned by an asian company abroad.

By teaming with CouriersPlease they are deliberately ignoring customers and the thousands of negative reviews and supporting a foreign company (singapore post) with a truly slimy policy.

Just really passionately hate this company. DO NOT USE THEM!

TransDirect is partnering with CouriersPlease, a company with a horrendous reputation. You’ve seen the reviews, and it’s clear they don’t care about customer service at all. It’s all about the money for them, teaming up with the cheapest option, no matter how terrible the service is.

CouriersPlease, owned by a foreign company, Singapore Post, is ignoring customers and racking up thousands of negative reviews. TransDirect is complicit in this mess, supporting a company with a slimy policy and zero regard for customer satisfaction.

You’re right to be outraged. Share your experience and warn others. Use social media to expose this partnership and tag TransDirect. Let everyone know that they’re choosing profit over quality service and are supporting a company that treats its customers terribly.

Don’t let them get away with this. Demand better service and accountability. Stay strong, keep pushing, and make sure your voice is heard. People deserve to know the truth, and it’s time TransDirect faces the music for their poor choices.
