I booked a one-night stay at the hotel, expecting a boutique experience as advertised on the hotel's official website. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find the room in an unacceptable condition. The bedsheets were stained and had pubic hair on them, the bathroom and bathtub were dirty, and there were ants on the bedsheets of the alternative room provided. Despite reporting the issue to the front desk, no satisfactory resolution was offered.
Given the substandard conditions and the lack of a suitable alternative, I had no choice but to endure an uncomfortable night in a room that fell far below the standards I expected for the price paid.

Using travelocity I booked a one-night stay at the hotel, expecting a boutique experience as advertised on the hotel's official website. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find the room in an unacceptable condition. The bedsheets were stained and had pubic hair on them, the bathroom and bathtub were dirty, the flooring was dirty. I called the frontdesk to report the status of the assigned room. I was told that there was one last room available, and I made the change into a new room. The new room was not better than the previous one, it also had ants on the bedsheets in addition to the stained bedsheets. Given the substandard conditions and the lack of a suitable alternative, I had no choice but to endure an uncomfortable night in a room that fell far below the standards I expected for the price paid.
I have already reached out to Travelocity via phone and email to request a refund but was informed that it was not possible. Additionally, my complaint to the Better Business Bureau regarding the hotel's poor service has gone unanswered.
As a paying customer, I urge Travelocity to take responsibility for this unsatisfactory experience. It is unacceptable to pay $200.31 for accommodation of such poor quality.
