Hello I’m been charge 4 times for the delivery I never gotten every time I trying to get cab from Uber money taken 57:50 and I not ever had car this was happening all the time I tried to order some thing from Uber! And this was Uber eats taken and couple times they refunded back and last Saturday again taken! I never got that order in first place but money being taken please sort this out and I need my money back!
Payment not received
I tried to cash out as usual for my pay instead of waiting for it to direct deposit.I kept getting an error message when trying to cash out. I contacted support thru the app first and they transferred me to another department. That depart also stated I had to wait to be contacted by an agent via email for them to solve my issue. I had over 200$ in my account that I worked hard for, and Uber is holding on to my money.. I need my funds now not in 48 hours. The fact that they can withhold your earnings is a shame! They have already had to settle cases for this exact reason of not paying drivers… Do Not Deliver or drive for UBER!

Yesterday I ordered Uber eats and right as I pushed order I seen how much more it was gonna be. So I tried to hit Cancel my order but you can’t just cancel it. You have to wait for customer support and it said I was 10th in line. So I called the place I ordered the food from and told them to please cancel my order (it was the manager) she said ok I did. About 20 mins later I get message saying my food was gonna be delivered so now I mesg the driver telling him I canceled it to not deliver it. Now I’m on hold with Uber eats for a very long time and they told me the could give me back some money. And it say order complete. no it is not My name Nichole [protected]
I just got done the same way. No choice of payment method or anything. I expected a confirmation of order option and choose a payment method. I did not think I had any payment methods stores but find out it was linked to Uber taxi service. This is really bad. I will be deleting anything to do with uber and never using again. no way to cancel and the store was not helpful. No uber eats contact details to complain.
Unfair to drivers
People order food I pick it up sounds easy right no. I make 2.00 a trip and pray that I get a tip. 3/10 people tip and mostly it’s a $1.00 tip. Uber doesn’t tell you this until after you take the order. I have also realized that when customers place an order the driver doesn’t get the Notification for at least 10 min after. So food is cold and now we get bad reviews and the tips get dropped. They also have us deliver to hotels. No problem but no we don’t want to bring it to your room for safety reasons Covid, being abducted, harassed. Come down and get your food it’s not hard.
So if you don’t tip you won’t get your food fast, if you call and complain we will go slower we are people doing things for you and are making $2.00. Just be nice.
Desired outcome: Better pay and make it mandatory to tip

Delivery service
We chose the option to meet the driver at the door but she decided to drop it off on to an outside table, without knocking. The order sat for 30mins before I went to query my order (online) and realised that it was just sitting there. Cold. I have it all on camera footage. First and last time of using Uber Eats! Our meal was chicken and salmon both risked becoming food poisoning, we had to microwave both to heat hot and I guess we will soon know if we get sick.

I had bought a voucher last night and I loaded it but I didn't use it it was a 200 voucher this morning when I decided to use it there was only R61. 86 I then ordered from Debonairs my order was 171 I paid cash for it I did not take a screenshot of the voucher this was on he 28th of September 8:56 pm Westwood mall Debonairs I did not use it for anything and yet it is no longer there it seems to be used tho and I didn't it if I do not get my voucher restored then uber eats has robbed me and that it pathetic

I'm currently pursuing this same kind of problem with UberEats. I paid for priority delivery and didn't get it. Driver went somewhere else first, and when my food did arrive, it was about 15 minutes colder than it would have been if my driver had come "directly to me" as advertised. I got no help from support; just a weak verbal apology. I'm digging up info on contacting corporate, and will persist with them until they make good on that failure.

9/27/22. This is the 3rd time I’ve requested to call me when delivered. I don’t. Last time food arrived 30 minutes early and internet didn’t notify. No call or doorbell. So food was cold.
I will never tip first again. A tip is earned, not to be expected for good service.
They work on my behalf. I’m handicapped, dealing with surgery issues. Phone call is not to much to request.

Advertising a restaurant that does not exist
Uber eats is advertising and collecting orders and issuing receipt for a restaurant that does not exist. The restaurant wound up according records but someone is still collecting money and not delivering food ordered. I highlighted this to Uber Eats but they took no action and did not refund. The restaurant is Firecracker Canteen in Ilford, UK. The restaurant does not exist in the address advertised in the restaurant but is acting orders and payment with no food delivered. This might be some sort of internal fraud.
Desired outcome: Refund and ensuring other customers are not scammed.

I ordered from the above Restaurant and selected the Priority Order as I needed to eat and have been tested positive with Covid 19. However, to my surpise the driver went elsewhere first as indicated by the tracker. When I called the driver he did not seem to know anything about a priority order and just said give me 5 minutes. Despite this he took a further 10 minutes.
Why does Uber have the Priority Order charge and when a customer selects it, does not deliver on the service. This is grossly wrong and I shall be moving to another delivery partner instead, despite being a regular customer of Uber. This has happened on numerous occasions and I am totally disgusted. It seems like a con to me.
In addition, the food was cold when we opened it.

I'm an Uber driver in San Antonio. A consistent Diamond driver, month to month. The San Antonio Area is run by Greed, Low IQ, and Pubescent Management! Friday, 23 September 2022, was my last straw. People average $30 - $40 to pay for delivery. The driver gets a very small fraction of that money. Yesterday, for wear and tear of your car, for your time, which management thinks is just free, MANY offers came in for 23 min of driving time, to deliver food, and they offered the driver $2.07. That's right! For 34 min of driving time, it was a whole $3.09! At first I laughed, but the more that came in, the more upset and mad I became. At these prices, a driver would be in the hole, and some! It went all night, and I choose very, very carefully. Out of $30 - $40, the driver is expected to not only deliver for free, but PAY UBER for the privilege! There is far too much GREED, and the company is run by Uneducated, Low IQ, and Pubescent, Immature people, with so many fingers in the pie. The driver is supposed to be Uneducated, Low IQ as well. I am a retiree with 2 degrees! This industry of food delivery needs regulation from abuse, in the worst way. People need to know where their money is going! The app is a total mess with wrong addresses, wrong directions, and more. Talking to support is like talking to a wall. Really bad business plan, because this is going to backfire something fierce, given time. People talk, and now I am doing my share, plus urging Congress to REGULATE!

Driver complaint
One of your drivers, Juliana (License Plate XLA 4ZD) was parked angled towards the sidewalk but in the middle of my residential street, dropping off food at my next door neighbor’s house.
I walked by on the sidewalk and there was a driver sitting in the car with the window down so I told her it would be better if she pulled out of the street and parked along side the sidewalk. She responded and said no, she was fine where she was at. I said no, it’s not ok. The courteous thing to do and common driving etiquette would be to park along the sidewalk. At that point another girl walked back from leaving the food at my neighbors’s door and proceeded to say to me “god, get over it lady.” I responded “this is my neighborhood and I am not going to get over it.” I then vocalized that I was taking down her license plate to file a complaint.
This disrespectful and selfish behavior is unacceptable. When your drivers enter into any neighborhood they should treat that neighborhood with respect and follow the rules of the road. No one gets to just park in the middle of the street and tell others to get over it.
I hope this behavior is addressed.

Uber eats, China house
Friday 23rd September. 7PM.
I made an order with china house previously where I received the wrong item in my order. I was then told that I would receive it free next time if I put it in the comments. I did this today and was expected to receive my order between 6:50 and 7:10. When it arrived, I hadn't gotten the item in my order as I was supposed to. I called the restaurant and they said it would be sent later today, which it wasn't. I then tried calling them again multiple times and kept getting hung up on.
There is no other way to get through to them and nothing I can do through the app that actually lets me get any further with this. I am incredibly unhappy with my service as after spending about £80, I still haven't received one of the items I wanted. I will not be ordering from them again as I only ordered this time from them to get what was owed to me, so I'm not going to be spending more money to likely still not get it and to get hung up on constantly when trying to ask where my food is.
Desired outcome: I would very much like a full refund.

I placed an order on 17th September 2022 for a McDonald delivery. When the order arrived there was a cheeseburger missing and the other food was cold. I went through the app to complain. I managed to get a refund for the missing burger but was not able to complain about the cold food as I had already recieved help with the missing cheeseburger it would not allow me to get more help with that order.

Late service, abusive delivery driver
Ordered a delivery and it was major late, when the food arrived it was cold and when I asked the driver who I could complain to he said that the address was wrong. This was not the case and then he got very abusive and threatened myself when I told him that I was going to complain. He then continued to swear and get aggressive with myself while his car was rolling down the street blocking on coming traffic. This gentleman if you could call him that should not be delivering in the Bristol area. He was a vile piece of work this happened on the 14/09/22 at 17.30 pm.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and a refund on the food we had to throw out and an understanding that the guy no longer works for the company.
Sonic strawberry cheese cake shake and sonic churro shake
I ordered 4 large milkshakes from sonic but the strawberry cheese cake shake and the churro shake cups were damaged on the bottom and spilled all over so I was not able to drink them now uber refused to refund me for the two shakes, I know who ever delivered it knew they were damaged and did nothing about it.

Driver/delivery of goods full of soft drink
I purchase an order today 3/9/2022 and order number is EEC4A delivered by
Sasheesh Reddy. When I picked up my order from the front door and took it in side - my whole order was destroyed by the drinks being spilt. The driver would have know this because we had a path up to our front door of drinks stains leading up to the door and front porch was saturated by the drink. when brining this into the house it dripped all over the entrance way through to the theatre room and all over the couch when I placed the food down. I have sent a picture of my food and we have spent the last 30 minutes cleaning up.
The driver would have known that the drinks were spilt in the McDonald bag. I am after an apology and wanting to driver to told how inconsiderate he was and expect a full refund and more.
