I placed an order through the Ulta app (the 2nd order for me through the app in less than 30 days). I followed the delivery status and it showed it was delivered to front door on Dec 30, 2019. It was never received and I checked with my neighbors of which none received it. I contact Ulta and at first I was told they could either credit my account or reship the items. I asked them to please reship as I really wanted these items. The next email I received asked what address my order was to be shipped to and I told them. They then proceed to tell me it was shipped to a different address. The address it was shipped to is one I have not lived at in many years. I have ordered and received at least 6 orders since I moved from that address. Upon looking at my Ulta profile, I see that old address is checked as my default shipping address. I did not choose that option as I obviously do not reside there and have received many packages from Ulta at my correct address. Ulta's customer service then said they could not do anything since it shows it was delivered. They can clearly see my order history and shipping especially since this was the 2nd order in less than 30 days. The total order was $38.08 so I understand it is not a large order but still an order I wanted and paid for and did not receive due to no error on my part.

Tried to place an order on line 11/15/19 website was having issues the order did not go through, however they have a pendig hold on my debit card that they refuse to release. I have made numerous calls all answered (after long hold times) with rudeness and no lack of caring. I am so done I will NEVER set foot in a store or order on line. I have called ULTA Customer Service Twice & have been on hold longer than I talked to a person. After 2 different phones numbers I still have NOT received my Return Refund even though I have a tracking number and it was received on 10/2/19 & today is 10/31/19. The package had 2 returns inside. I did get credit for one but not the other and all I get is put on hold and told to wait . I have waited almost a month and no refund. SO HELP ME, when & IF I get this resolved & pay this card off I will NEVER purchase from ULTA again and I will burn the card.
I thought the lack of customer care was only in the store. That's why I only shop online and NOW I will not do that anymore either.

Ok, first off, I understand by having a credit card I've agreed to pay every month on time. However, things in life do happen that sometimes cause people to be a bit late on their payments. I've been pretty decent about paying on time, so WHY THE HELL are you guys calling my phone up to 5 times a day from an unknown number (even on effing Saturdays?) just because I'm late on one payment, that I've paid half, not even by a month? THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND IS HARASSMENT. IT NEEDS TO SERIOUSLY STOP. You guys want your money, I get it, but stuff in life comes up and I'm not even a month late, so back off and stop calling me from unknown numbers so many times a day. I feel like you're one of my ex boyfriends, and that's sad. This has really made me have a total different outlook on you guys now, so thanks for that.

Ulta is nothing but scamming company that lures you in with free samples for a certain amount of money spent only to have glitchy website that disappears your free samples on your order.Calling their customer service is a joke.They been advise by the higher up not to help the customers so the company hangs on to making more of a profit.The reps lie give you the run around as if you did something wrong.I hope Ulta loses all their customers.Maybe if enough people report this scheming company they can get investigated and close down.

Had appt for hair color for $75. After arriving I asked the lady if she could just "dust" the ends on the length only. Nothing else cut. I figured I'd have to pay for a trim. When I left I was charged $45 for a dusting. She never told me I'd have to pay for a full haircut. If I'd known that, I wouldn't have had her do it. It took all of 3 min to do it...for $45. When I asked the mgr, she just shook her shoulders and said oh well, there's nothing I can do. She didn't even TRY to make the customer happy. That was my first experience at ulta for the salon and it wasn't a good experience!
firing and harassments
This company I thought I loved it. I adored it with a passion. When I first started I was very much discriminated against though from a manager that is now fired after I went to HR. I got rehired and witnessed a store set up and a house clean of managers... because I don't think the DM liked the style of the old managers, etc.
I fought through for a year and earned a manager position but when I say earned, I MEAN 4 months with no managers but 1 left from the original crew and having other store managers beg and promote me to the DM, to have her finally give me the PSM position.
She is a new DM... she already discriminated once and I think she had it very much out for me. I was not her first choice. Also every new manager was hired around the same time as me and two managers were brand new to the company. We were completely set up to fail again... no training was done and I was the most knowledgeable of every new manager. The last manager quit who was apart of the original team bc she was put the the runner.
I was attacked and grouped by employees and bullied and I took the to the GM bc people were upset I got the position. I organized and coached and talked and helped everywhere I could.
I was fired after two months on a policy that I wasn't trained on for manager. No written, no verbal, straight to term.
I found out that a manager told her fiancé who talked to friends a t the bar that she did everything she could to get me fired.
This is not okay and I think the DM was just looking to get me out and finish the house clean.

I was mislead into applying for a charge care at Ulta. I was there to use a $75 gift certificate from my daughter. They used that and then on the receipt I received yesterday is a balance. I just want to pay it off. But they saw you have to have a check, I have not used checks in years. I could talk to someone else and pay an additonal $9.
