unethical behaviour assisting customers at post office
On 12/16/2017 I went to drop a mail to USPS office located at North Miami Beach 16400W.Dixie Hwy Florida 33160.
I had an international letter and the customer service gave me a stamp Forever .
She continued processing another mail I need to send, it was a certified mail.
I asked a couple of question about the international envelope but she did not answered.
I was concern about the weight of the letter because she did not put it on the scale . I explained her my worries about the letter could be returned due to insufficient value of the stamp.
She stared to me again without to pronounce any word.
I did not know what was wrong with her.
Finally she spoke but not to me.! She was talking with somebody in her cell phone. Shame of her!
I felt so insulted. She was doing her job but she was attentively listening to her interlocutor. I did not said anything to her because she was too concentrated in her conversation .
I requested to speak with a supervisor in charge of the office and I was assisted by Ms William, who listened to me but I asked her a form to do my complaint . She gave me a plain sheet of paper to write my complaint. I handed to her and I requested a sign of acknowledge that she had received my complaint. She just answered to me that I already had her name.
I need to be sure that Sharon o whatever is her name be retrained specially in manners assisting clients.

I feel it is unacceptable for our local post office to be closed for full hour for lunch each business day. They close from 12:30-1:30 daily which is the most reasonable time of day for working people to conduct postal business.
I arrived at the window today at 12:30 on the dot to pick up a parcel and the clerk was finishing up with a customer and told me she was closed so I would be unable to pick up my package. I feel that was rude, I understand it is a busy time of year with the holidays but they have added no extra holiday employees and no extended hours.
They could stagger a half hour break amongst the crew and have no need to close down this large facility each day.

I visited a UPS store today to ship a box. The establishment closes at 2pm. I opened the door and asked the representative if they were open, she completely ignored me. I then realized I left my wallet in the car which is parked infront of the UPS store, so my friend went to get it . Instead of walking foward I waited in the building yet near the door holding a relatively big box. We then walk towards the window and she pulled the metal screen right in our faces knowing very well we were heading towards her and it was not 2:00PM yet. She then comes out of the back to lock the front door as we are inside. We confronted her and expressed how this was not appropriate, she answered us in a very disrespectful. To make matters worst she said we could of been here for the PObox she had no ways to know yet, she heard me talk to her and saw me holding a package that would never fix in a PO box with any type of logic.
She was ready to leave prior to closing time. If a customer is in the building she needs to acknowledge them until operation hours resume.

I have been trying to ship 9 identical boxes online to different addresses, using the "batch" feature. Three times I have entered the addresses, and but when I get to the cart, the batch items are gone. There is no possibility of going back to re-submit. I have to enter everything again.
Also, I made one Paypal payment, then tried to make a 2nd payment - Paypal approved (called them to verify) but USPS said "declined." Tried again several times. Also tried to pay with a credit card; same problem. VERY FRUSTRATING!
I gave 2 pkgs to my local post office for delivery. I know now that 1 was handled by fed ex

Re PKG B: only info shows it is out of p.o. hand on 10-7. Where is it - with Fed Ex?
package storage mailbox for residential client
Every Public Mail box suppose is to have additional 2 keys from Post Master when they delivery package and put it in this safe storage box and give this storage box key in the client mail box.
I have called to USPS one time reporting that that package storage box is broken and needed to repair. And I also tell the POST MASTER/Different Post Master at least 6 times about this.
They refused to talk about it and run away with his car/USPS.
IMPORTANT: is there suppose the funds to repair this kind of issue. And where is this fund now?

I live in an apartment building. Packages are not being delivered. Tracking a package on USPS.com, I see delivery was attempted on Oct. 10. No one rang my doorbell and no note was left. On Oct. 11, another delivery was attempted. Again no one rang my doorbell, but a note was left that I needed to schedule a redelivery. On Oct. 12, redelivery was scheduled for Oct. 13. On Oct. 13, package was not delivered. No one rang my doorbell or left a note.
This is a recurring problem.

My order was shipped via USPS and never arrived. I called them numerous times and each time they behave like idiots. I talked to many of their representatives and all of them were useless. I tried to do everything they advised but nothing worked. All I wanted was to reschedule. After sending my questions I don't get answers, they don't help and don't want to resolve issues.

I hate USPS. They are terrible and irresponsible. I sent a parcel to Germany with a tracking number and was said that it would be delivered within 7 or 8 business days. It's already been a month since that and still, there's nothing. When I phoned them they said that they couldn't track it and there was nothing they could do. But how is that possible? You lost a package and...?
If you don't want to lose your money and time you better use other services that much faster and cheaper. never use USPS.

I thought that FedEx was the worst shipping company ever, but it was a mistake because the winner is ... USPS!
I ordered an item on amazon that was shipped by express delivery, so it means I would get in within 3-4 days. So I placed the order on the 4th of August where its delivery date was 7th or 8th August. Sooooo now it's the middle of August and still nothing.
The customer service is garbage just like the company itself.

Each time I buy something and use your service to get my orders delivered something always happens. For example, my tracking number is often wrong or I just can't track it.
I think your tracking system is really a waste of customers' money and time. I can explain why. First of all, it simply doesn't work. Second, it's useless. Third, your website doesn't work either, so it's hard to leave a complaint or to email. Fourth I had a hard time trying to contact the company via phone, but nobody answered. I think many people would agree that's it's just a nonsense...
You have so many bad reviews, why don't you just start working properly and do what's needed?

I have talked to 5 people now about my mail not being delivered. It is being "returned to sender" according to all my creditors. This has been going on since May '17. I get some mail, but none of my bills.
My zip is 08759 for a year. Change of address according to P.O. folks was okay. Mail not being sent to former address (my sons home).
So I NEED HELP GETTING MY BILLS DELIVERED AT MY HOME. WHAT else can I do? Called po, talked to carrier and supervisor, filed on line for no delivery, and followed all the "USPS" rules.

not receiving my mail
I have not been receiving any mail, at all, for the past week/week n a half. I am not even receiving junk mail. I know my aunt mailed a check, for me about that time frame so I should be getting some kind of mail. She did say she didn't put the proper apartment number on it, so that could be a reason why I didn't get that piece of mail. But I was hoping that the carrier would recognize that I recently moved in, and would put it in that mail box.

mail carrier refusing to deliver to multiple homes in neighborhood
Our neighborhood mail carrier is leaving notes in our mailbox tell us he will soon refuse to deliver our mail due to blocked mail box and that he is not allowed to leave his delivery truck.
I do not know his name but he walks to each of our neighbors doors and complains about vehicles blocking boxes, I have tried to explain to him that my wife and I work 9a-5p monday - friday and we obviously are not the culprits, the only day we can somewhat control parking is on saturday. We don't know who may be blocking the box during the week, and therefore cannot be of assistance. This answer is echoed via several homeowners in our area and his response is that he will refuse to deliver our mail.
It is interesting that he will exit to walk to our front doors to voice his displeasure and also to deliver items that will not fit in the box after telling several of us that he is not allowed nor required to exit his vehicle.
We do not know what the solution is but being threatened to not be able to receive our mail seems unreasonable and illogical.
He had mentioned that he is from pittsburgh pa. and that somehow was a reflection of his displeasure with how things operate in our area.
misdelivery of mail continuously
We have lived here for 16 years, with a mail box at the road. Since 2012, when our regular carrier retired, we have had nothing but problems getting our mail. I have made a complaint with Oklahoma City a couple of years ago for constant issues. The postmaster then called me in to discuss the issues but her solution is to get a P.O.Box. which would be a 7 mile drive for us, one way.
Two years ago, we put a locking business mailbox in, where mail goes in and cannot be removed without a key, and in large letters on both sides of the box, we have put our address and name. Unfortunately, we still are having multiple issues. We have talked with the post office on several occasions about these issues, but they keep happening.
The carrier doesn’t drop the mail all the way and leaves mail sticking up out of the door, misdelivers our mail to others and we get other people's mail, at least once a week. I had a business that was 3 miles away, call me to say they had our mail and one was a check for $10, 000.00!
On May 25th, 2017, I picked up our mail. There was only 3 pieces and none were ours. Two pieces of mail were for someone down the street a block, and the third piece was for another person on our road. We never found out where our mail went. After complaining to the Mannford Post office again, we never heard anything back. I will attach a picture of that days mail.
The last issue is the fact that we are getting our mail delivery as late as 8:30 p.m. and no that isn’t an unusual time. We have cameras on our business with one pointing to our gate which picks up the mailbox also. I don’t expect our mail to arrive until after 5:30 pm anymore. I don’t mail anything out through my box unless I don’t care when it gets delivered and it doesn’t involve money. We cannot trust the carrier. I have had too many checks never show up from well established customers, invoices that never reach customers and payments never reach the intended person. The reason I contacted the Oklahoma Post master was due to the same issues plus an incident where a birthday card that didn’t show up for my son until after making a complaint to the Mannford Post Office. My father had sent a card with a check in it from California. It hadn’t showed up three weeks after it was mailed on 02/17/2014. After complaining to the Mannford post master, it was in our mailbox the following day with the postmark of 02/17/2014.
This is just not acceptable.
We have all but quit using the Mannford post office to do our business with. I will go out of our way to do business with other post offices and companies.
I ran a rural route for 9 years in California. I know what the procedures and responsibilities are for delivering and picking up mail.
We tried to keep our business with Mannford to help them out but we have lost trust in the Postal Service.

Good Afternoon
On May 03, 2017 I went to the Chicago USPS office located at 3319 North Cicero Ave (60641) and paid a total of $81.28 for two packages to be delivered to my daughter's new home address (relocated to Tampa, Florida). My daughter has not yet received her packages. Unfortunately I miss located the receipt with the tracking number and despite my receipt and video recording from US Post office on that date mention (Debit Card /Bank statement) the package has not been located. I file a complaint id #2042374. I have yet to heard anything. My daughter will begin College in August all her personal belongs where in those two boxes and the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE irresponsibility has yet to provided the missing packages.

I moved to Union, NJ 07083 in December 2016. I kept receiving a ton of mail from various individuals that do not live in my apartment. I put 'Return To Sender' on all of the mail and even crossed out the address only to have them put the mail back in my box. This has also caused my legitimate mail to not come through, which I find rather odd since I put in a change of address TWICE! Well, after 2 months someone from the Union office called me 'Ingrid' who asked me to do the job of the Post Office by confirming my address with the leasing office. Why should I do that when some of the real mail came through with the address that's on my lease. She came up with an answer that was so elementary that I decided to humor her. So, of course as I call the number she gave no one is answering. I doubt if this gets anywhere because this is a cycle, a game to place undo responsibility on the public they serve while heading out to lunch for their happy meal. I have mail that I need to receive and I'm at wits end trying to get them to DO THEIR JOB.

I was making the move from Chicago, back to San Diego late March. I decided it was cheapest to ship my items, as I didn't have a whole lotta of stuff, just primarily books. I checked the requirements of media mail which is there cheapest option, and what was a reasonable amount of weight I could have in each box. In the end I had 5 boxes weighing about 27-30lbs each. I went to the post office with all the boxes, the lady at the counter, was awfully suspicious, and kinda rude. She explained to me that boxes could be screened to make sure the contents fit the requirements of media mail. I was fine if the were to screened them, as I had already made sure they fit the post office requirements. They took my boxes, and it seemed everything would be good.
When I arrived in San Diego, and inspected the boxes, they were completely thrashed. I wasn't even too bothered by that honestly. Several boxes were significantly lighter then I had shipped them, and upon closer inspection discovered a large number of books were missing. One box also contained a book, that I didn't even ship! Several of the missing/stolen books are out of print and goes for hundreds of dollars, and i won't probably ever obtain again.

I contacted several people in the United States Postal Service, constantly being referred dept to dept until getting Post Master Inspector General, and filed a report over the phone. I have yet to hear, and seems extremely unlikely anything will be resolved. I would hope the post office, can find and return these items to me.

First off the employees are very rude including supervisors. I have been with this post office for a few years now. I originally complained to them in the beginning about how the mail person would not deliver mail to my house door. They would constantly make up excuses not to get out of their vehicle and walk to my door. I complained several times over the years. I finally took down my mail box because it was getting broken into every day. I pay for a box at my post office with regret. At first it was good. Now I am very dissatisfied with them. I pay online for a forward because a lot of companies will not take a po box so I give them my street address but my mail/packages constantly get returned because the say I don't have a forward to my po box. I have email confirmations that I purchased the forward several times but today 02/15/2017 when I went to the post office to try and find my p0ackage the supervisor stated to me ( well I can give you your dollar back if its that important to you)... Very unprofessional of a supervisor and I'm sorry It wasn't about the money it was about where my package was. She embarrassed me in the lobby of the post office infront of many customers. No one should be treated that way or embarrassed...
