carrier disrespects my property
My address is 1236 Fruit Cove Rd N, St Johns Fl 32259. My mail is delivered by a carrier who drives up to the mailbox in his USPS vehicle. He approaches the mailbox as fast as possible from his previous stop and skids to a stop at my mailbox. In doing so he is damaging my property by actually running over the end of my walkway. The walkway is part of an $8000 paver installation. He has now broken and dislodged pavers on my property. I have posted signs at the mailbox asking him to approach slowly. I have personally asked him refrain from skid stops and peel-out exits. He claims my shrubs are in his way. I meticulously keep them trimmed back so they do not interfere with his path to and from the mailbox. He continues to drive the same way in spite of being asked to be more careful and considerate. This has been a problem for almost a year now.

I was going through a nasty divorce and had moved. I changed my address from my original house to my new address. Mail wasn't forwarding. I then changed my address to a P.O. Box and then updated my license with the state. I decided to keep my PO Box although I had finalized my divorce. I called my original city's Post Office to tell them about my situation with my mail. For 2years now I have NOT received ANY mail that I used to previously get - like from the IRS because I have tax issues. I do not know what is happening to all my mail for 2years now but it's not getting to me

Extremely sensitive mail is left on the floor outside in a busy NYC street instead of in the mailbox that the delivery driver has a key for.
Theyve gone as far as delivering to the neighbors at a different address on a regular basis.
We called to ask of they needed a key to the locked mailboxes and they said they had one and will make sure that it doesnt happen again. Of course it did and this time the mail came fully opened containing sensitive information...completely unacceptable.

Read your numbers, don't just assume it can be bundle in to apartment mails. Not even the same address. I have rec'd mail that go to different parts of town. Not even the same street. I have had checks from bank returned, Amazon packages returned or just downright stolen & marked by USPS as delivered to office. What a joke. They never take responsibility for their errors! Come on. Be informed that there was no effort at all by usps nigeria to deliver package with tracking no: cb152231475us to addressee at specified location. The claim that addressee not available to receive is incorrect because there is always a personnel assigned to receive packages at the stated address 24/7. If usps nigeria can not deliver, should please return to sender and refund shall be claimed legally in due course.
home delivery
waiting for my sleep apnea equipment .don't know if package was to be delivered by truck/mailman. mailbox is outside of our fence picture attached. I'm told the reason it was not left was because th receptacle was blocked. NOT true! The tracking number is 9405510200793791245441 I have requested redelivery of package for July 2. package was not delivered/attempted! If the mailman for whatever reason found there was a problem why did they not ring the doorbell. Lastly our mail was not delivered until after 7 PM. As I had gone outside to look for it and nothing was there. In addition no notice was left saying delivery was attempted. Lastly The only way I found out was by calling the company and finding out why it was not delivered as it puts my health in jeopardy to not have my medical equipment. There is no excuse whatsoever to have placed me in this situation. I would like an explanation.

Since 2013 I have had mail delivered to the General Post Office located at
88-40 164th Street, Jamaica, New York 11432.
In February 2013 I relocated from Beaufort County, South Carolina to Queens County, New York and required an immediate postal address to receive mail. For several years the General Post Office at 164th Street was a reliable source for receipt of important documents, e.g. Department of Social Services corres-pondence on which I relied for income and support. That is no longer the case.
In May 2018 the New York City Department of Social Services sent documents to recertify my benefits. When I failed to submit the documents that office sent a phone text regarding the delay to respond. I inquired at the post office about missing mail in June, and today (June 28) was told at the 'Pick-Up' window there was no person assigned at the Post Office to handle my complaint. The customer service person took my name and phone number and said they'd call if a further search discovered any additional mail.
Previously in early June, when told that mail is held for only 30 days then returned to sender, I deposited at this same office a #10 stamped-envelope, addressed to:

What recourse do I have to rectify this problem. Is General Post Office still a reliable means for postal deliveries?

Late October 2017, I received packages via USPS.
Unfortunately, my husband's mother's 100+ year old hedge clippers were taken the same day.
We are both surprised and dissappointed.
The person taking MUST have know the value of the clippers. Both financial and the user's value being priceless.
Clippers were made of long metal blades, large wooden handles.
One can instantly they are quite old.
They are one of only two items my husband received at time of her death. He has a lot of memories with these antique clippers.
I know it has been a few months, however, to whom should I have addressed this issue. It's not like it's posted where the customer knows it is. Please try to help me find these clippers.

not receiving my parcel packages
I've been told by my local po that they will no longer deliver parcel packages to my rural address, even though they were sent first class or priority mail, based on the fostoria oh post masters orders. This is very inconvenient if you work days like I do. Most of the time I don't get home until 4:45pm. This is not right! Please help fix this problem.

Priority Mail Package was mailed from Monrovia, CA Post Office on May14. It is now May 30 and I still don't know what happened to the package.
On 5/24, missingmail.usps.com told me the package was last scanned in Santa Clarita, CA on May 14, the day it was sent. On 5/18, it was sent to an unknown recovery center.
the USPS has sent me in circles from the local post office, to the 800 number, to the missing mail site, back to the local post office, and back to the 800 number again. I have been given the "run around" at every turn, I have spent hours trying seeking answers, and I still don't know what happened to may package.

residential community parcel box lock broken
This happen since last year, I have made five phone calls and write a letter and of course tell the postman at least 4 times to repair the parcel box.
And one year now, nothing is updated and nothing is repair. And so as the postal service office and the service man. This is not up to standard, they have to seriously think about it and make improvement progress.
And yes, please stick with the mind that postman is not only responsible to delivery letter. There has been changes all through this forty years, include there salary and tools they used. If they do not like it please leave and resign. Stop bring the standard down, and only feel the air through work, the air and water is polluted in usa. Everyone knows, please take care yourself before go out to work, female is not a bunch bag or yelling dolls or your lovers or your toy. Leave them along and use your brain that your family gave you. If you do not suitable for the job, a lot of people like is is looking for this kind of job. Go look for retail or something. Have a nice day!

poor delivery service
In the last two months, the postal delivery service to my house address has deteriorated significantly.
I have a mail slot in my front door and there is a second glass door with bars that opens into the front door mail slot. If the glass door is locked (very rarely), there is a huge sign asking that the mail carrier stick the mail into the metal bars on the front glass doors.
Recently, there must have been a change in mail carriers because the mail is left on the front porch steps where it may be blown away or stolen.
Today, the mail carrier stuck the mail inside of the glass front door.
My question is the following. Why cannot the mail carrier stick the mail into my front door mail slot? Are door mail slots a problem for mail carriers? Are they instructed not to use them?

I have talked to my local post office and the mail carrier herself, and have not received any help. I was told the action I am upset about is a rule the post office has. You have to change this rule, especially when the customer ask for it to stop ! The problem is that when the regular delivery person has a package that can't fit in my mailbox she is allowed to park in my driveway and HONK HER CAR HORN till we come out to her car to get it. I asked her to leave it on my front porch and sometimes she does. My husband works nights and sleeps during day. He is a federal police officer! Sleep is important to him! Please change this rude honking rule. This has been going on for about 3 years now and I need you to help me please! My last carrier who retired never honked till we came out. ! I have had a lot of other problems with this carrier, like getting other people mail at least 3 days week. And my letters return to me because of TO MANY STAMPS on the letter! And when I took the letter to the post office for a refund of the TO MANY STAMPS, they would not do it, and did not know why she does it. And I get mail some days at about 8 pm ! But I have not put a complaint in, but this honking and waking up my husband has got to stop now! She is risking his life ! Thank you!
continual lack of mail delivery

Stonebrook Montessori is located in the Glenville neighborhood of Cleveland, OH at 975 East Blvd., zip code 44108.
The school is in its 3rd operating year and has struggled the entirety of time with consistent and timely delivery of the mail. It is widely acknowledged that this is a constant frustration for all of the neighborhood. As a public school, the failure to provide timely and consistent service has led to multiple instances of late payments, service interruptions, and parent frustrations.
Over the summer of 2017 the school installed a mailbox at the corner of our property to help alleviate the issue of non-regular mail delivery personnel not wanting to leave the truck to bring mail into the building. While this has decreased some of the long absences of mail, it has not solved the issue.
Today, March 14, 2018, we had not received mail for (yet again) an entire week. Apparently, the regular mail carrier was out and despite having a drive-up, secure mail box on the corner of the property the mail was not delivered until the return of our regular carrier.
It is imperative that these issues are addressed not only for the school for the well-being of our entire community.
I am happy to speak to a USPS representative to expound on these issues.

I have a Hardship mail box attached to the side of my front door instead of the roadside. The lady who is the substitute delivery person for my regular mailman refuses to deliver my mail as that would mean she has to walk up my driveway! I have told the postmaster that she is not allowed to drive up my drive way nor is she allowed to turn around in my driveway. The Postmaster has apparently told her not to come up the drive in her vehicle so now she does not even stop at my address. There are two other substitute delivery people but they are not regulars and they deliver my mail by walking up the driveway.
I would like to know how the substitute that refuses to follow instructions, still has her job.
The lady next door to me also has a hardship mailbox, but the substitute in question just drives up her driveway then walks across the grass to the mailbox to deliver mail..
I cannot find a number or a name to go above the postmaster so now I am stuck with getting no mail at least once a week. It is four weeks since this lady even stopped in the road by my house.

The mail carrier continuously leaves multiple mailboxes open in the rain, damaging bills and other mail. It wasn't until it happened with my mailbox three times that I left a note asking to please keep the mailbox closed and thanking them in advance. It was a very pleasant note - not rude or anything, as I'm aware the carrier may not have realized they'd done it. After my first note, it happened three more times so I placed another of the same note in a hard to miss place, and the very next day I recieved more mail still getting rained on. I can't even find any information about where I can seriously put in a complaint about this.

When I order an item on line some sellers will not ship to a P O Box which I have. I do not have home delivery, I have had this P O Box for 45 years and have received all my mail and packages this way until the PO made the contract with UPS and Fedx. Now I can not receive home delivery from UPS or Fedx.
USPS sends the package back because they will not deliver to my street address because I do not have street delivery.
If they would only put a note at the return package area with my name and POB # they could put a notice in my box like they do for all my other packages.
This is not like Statham Georgia is a big City PO they only have a few thousand customers. What can I do?

On Jan 8th an Ins company mailed a refund to me. On Jan. 4th my Ohio Direction Card was mailed to me . I have called both back and they assure me it was mailed and has NOT been returned to them. I contacted the Salem ave and e fifth st branches and found out that this just happens! My postal carrier said all mail has a barcode and be looked into where it is suppose to be. My name is Walter Sutton. On Jan 4, 2018 I went to the Capitol Heights Post Office to mail a letter to my sister in time of arrival for her birthday on Jan 9. I arrived in lobby of Post Office at 4:35pm to hand write a letter to my sister on her birthday card. I completed the birthday letter at 4:55pm and attempted to acquire postage for shipment before the 5:00pm closing. When I got in line at 4:55pm, there was no postal employee behind the glass counter. The only people that were there were me and one other person ahead of me that appeared to be being helped. At 4:58pm, another customer arrived and she patiently waited behind me in line.
We all waited for 7 minutes for a postal employee to arrive behind the glass counter. At 5:02pm, a black male postal employee finally arrived back behind the counter. He specifically pointed me out and forcefully told me that they were now closed. I told him that me and the lady behind me were there well before 5:00pm and that we been in line waiting for someone to service us. He again responded by saying that they were closed. I asked him if he could simply just put a stamp on my sisters birthday letter... And in a very negative tone, he told me to go over to the mailbox and mail it myself. Then I asked him if he could simply provide the postage that I was trying to pay so I could 'mail it myself' ... he refused and told me 'NO" in a very negative tone.
By this time, I was in total shock and disbelief that I was being turned away like this. I had arrived at the lobby of that post office at 4:35pm then got in line at 4:55pm waiting for an employee to help me. Then after 7 minutes, this bad employee arrives saying that they are now closed. SMH. I spent my whole day arranging my schedule to complete this post office task before 5:00pm and I did my part in front of 2 witnesses. I have never arrived someplace this far ahead of closing and be turned away from service. What kind of person does such a thing like this? I arrived well before closing and I still got turned away.
If I had arrived after 5:00pm, then he would clearly have a point and be correct in not servicing me. If an employee were there when I got in line at 4:55pm, then I could had shown proof that it was not 5:00pm yet and that the Post Office should still be open. But there was no employee behind the counter at 4:55pm and no employee arrived until after 5:00pm. What else was I supposed to do? Now I worry that my sister will not get her card in time for her birthday and it is all at the fault of that negative postal employee. That guy working at the Capitol Heights Post Office needs to be dealt with. He was wrong for going in the back for 7+ minutes then reappearing at 5:02pm stating that they were closed. I have never been treated so obviously wrong at any post office ever in my entire life. I really hope something is done about this because he was wrong and being intentionally unkind. I have already paid for that necklace on my Visa Debit Card ending in 4668. This necklace was never delivered to this address and instead it was sent back to you! driving too fast

Postal truck was exiting private drive back onto McTweed Lane and speed was about 35-40 miles per hour. This is a private drive that is graveled and one lane. Traveling at fast speeds throws gravel & dust every where, not to mention the safety hazard for animals & people...especially a neighbor that was at his trash can this morning around the corner on McTweed and I was pulling out of my driveway as the postal truck "screamed" past me!
