Hello. I recently ordered two small items from Amazon. Amazon shows these items as being delivered to my address on 29 March 2019 by the USPS. This did not occur and the items have still not arrived as of this date, 7 April 2019. The tracking number is 9300120111403464542404.

Processing package delivery
On 3.14.2019 I sent a package from the post office branch on
Hallandale beach florida 33009, to israel. Usually it takes 10 days to get to the destination.
Today 3.20.2019 I received a note from usps that the package arrived to miami international airport. Florida.

This is really getting tiresome! The Roanoke, VA sorting facility has been screwing up left and right for over 2 months, and it has to stop! They send packages to other states and other Virginia cities when it should be going to an address right here in Roanoke. They have the address! They have the zip! They KNOW the package is supposed to be delivered to a Roanoke address, but they send it off to other cities in VA and even other states. I've been getting tracking on packages that have bounced around to various states. Recently, I had a package bounce around for 5 weeks because the Roanoke sorting facility kept sending it back to the sender. They blamed it on the labeling when I talked to them. When I received the package, the label was in perfect condition with the correct address. And today, AGAIN, the Roanoke sorting facility sent a package due today to Floyd. WHY?! That's an hour away! Something MUST be done about the incompetence at this facility!

12/26/2018 - I made a follow up call to Denver, co post office requesting follow up. Representative informed me letter never made it there and an email would be forwarded to Denver mail distribution center - no follow up
12/28/2018 - contacted USPS and representative stated an email would be sent to district supervisor - no follow up
12/02/2019 - 2nd follow up call to USPS - representative advised me to contact district office
12/03/2018 - 3rd follow up call made to district office - representative advised me the case was open and most likely the mail had been sent to MRC in Atlanta - not able to provide an update to any of the above requests
I would expect a courtesy call at the least with an update on my case. The envelope contained two gift cards that would have been Christmas gifts to our children.
package not being delivered in timely manner
From my local post office (Houston), I sent a package headed to New York on December 13, 2018 priorty two-day mail. I have been tracking my package and now it is not expected to arrive until December 22, 2018. The estimated arrival date was supposed to be last Monday (12/17). According to the tracking history, my package stayed in Houston post office for three days and is taking longer and longer to reach the destination. This was a Christmas gift. The person I mailed it to is leaving New York today and will not be at work (where the package was to be delivered) on Saturday (22nd). Very upset after spending a ridiculous fee of $13.65 plus insurance to be delivered and package taking over nine days.
I was suppose to get a package delivered yesterday, January 4, 2019 which was amazon prime. When the substitute carrier delivered my mail I asked where my package was. Her reply was "I didn't have room in my vehicle so it is at the post office". I then asked when it will be delivered since it was to be delivered today and was told "it won't be today"! This is unacceptable! I then tried to call the post office, but all it did was ring then sounded like somebody picked the phone up and hung up. I kept called for over an hour. I did call Amazon and they also tried to call the post office which the same happened, ring, somebody picked up the phone and hung up no voice nothing! This happens all the time in Tallahassee, Florida! USPS has completely POOR SERVICE. I then called and filed a complaint about the substitute carrier on what she said. After 8 PM Amazon sent a email stating that the post office tried to deliver the package but the building was locked! I do live in a residential neighborhood, single story home which I have lived at for 30 years. I told Amazon to give me their email and I would send a copy of my security video for the day so show that USPS didn't even try to deliver the package and that they would hear what the substitute carrier said. I think if everyone would tell Amazon to have either UPS or Fed-ex deliver packages maybe the service would be much better. USPS has the worse service I have ever seen!
Mailed box on Dec 11 and told them I needed to be delivered by Christmas so went with what clerk said was ok they will get it dec 17 . Today is Dec24 and it looks like it might take 8 more days, Thanks USPS for your not so good service
home delivery / lack thereof
December 16, 2018. USPS delivery was left on top of my mailbox sometime after 7:30 Saturday evening and not discovered until Sunday afternoon. Our driveway is 1/4 mile long. We usually have Held Mail and other packages delivered to our steps, no problem by USPS, FedEx, UPS and other couriers. Also, tracking indicates it was delivered at 5:28 yesterday but that is false documentation as we were out to dinner until 7:30 and checked the mailbox upon our return. No mail was in the box either but was today, when the box was discovered. I have attempted to find a way to file a complaint on the USPS website but to no avail. There are no options for this category. One would think the carrier would know that Penquin Random House stamped on a box probably indicates books are within and therefore could be damaged by weather. Thankfully, it did not rain overnight nor was it stolen during this holiday season when thefts are higher.

Four times in the last four months my mail has been delivered the first day of a requested hold mail day. This is not the fault of my carrier but people who substitute for her. I have talked repeatedly to the supervisor Charlie, of 1706 nw 24 street 97210 Portland Oregon. Each time I submit a hold mail request I write attention Charlie at the top of the form. This last time i removed my mail box so mail would not be delivered. Wrong, it was delived anyway the first day I was gone and sat in the rain for a week. When I complained to supervisor Charlie he told me to put a note in the mail box saying do not deliver mail. fraud and corruption at usps
One of Priority mail pieces sent to the US was undelivered returned to me after 4 months (opened, resealed with USPS tape, contents intact, with comments such as NIXIE, RETURN TO SENDER, UNABLE TO FORWARD, been sent to USPS MRC Atanta only 10 days after I mailed it, so it was sitting somewhere for 4 months past Atlanta?). The tracking record had some comment to DESTROY it actually, but 4 months later, all opened up and resealed it was finally returned to me. It's very confusing why are they doing all this?
I mailed it Priority again after verifying the delivery address, availability, awareness of the recipient etc. After some weeks it got stuck around NYC past the infamous ISC NY, where it was headed for (the recipient in the NYC area with a very simple amnd easy to find private house address). Long story short. I complained to the USPS and they expressed apology that my mail has disappeared. It's not the first time, so I sent complaints to important places including DJT and informed the USPS that I am not giving up and that I have invited investigation and audit of the USPS.
Weirdly enough the tracking record for my item has became removed from USPS website and now only the following text in red font is showing up "Status: Label Created, not yet in system" (perhaps they are sending it back to me again?).
What's even weirder that my USPS account has been removed and or my password was changed. The USPS password recovery no longer works, and it did work before!
Ever since around 2009 (or a bit earlier) there's something really sinister going on at the USPS and if this was some poor Third World country i would just block it, but the US? Internet is teeming with concerned posts about mail disappearance, severe multi-month delays, or other weird events on the USPS side, both internal and inbound international.
The problem ZIP code is 10703. Perhaps this zip is especially corrupt or useless? As they don't seem to want and to try and to be able to deliver anything to this zip code, even when a phone number is added to the envelope with an already easy street address (private residence without any confusing elements such as apartment numbers). The recipient at this ZIP code confirmed having huge problems with mail and USPS acting unprofessionally.
Dear US citizens, please get together and press your government to audit, deeply investigate the USPS and do it now, before you lose it.
I have been sending Registered mail to various Federal agencies especially to the US Courts but the USPS site says that you cannot track registered mail and the Indian Government sites shows only when the item was booked and when it left Cochin and nothing more as to what happened to the package.
On [protected] the Clerk of the US Supreme Court sent me a package which is date sensitive under tracking LC923048363US franked by the US POST OFFICE at the Clerk's Office of the US Supreme Court in D.C.in the sum of $28.52 but according to the tracking number this item was delivered in ISRAEL on 31st December 2018, while the envelop contained my correct address in India, i.e after a lapse of 4 months and 17 days late. Why this took 4 months and 17 days to reach me in India while the USPS tracking showed that the item was delivered in ISRAEL.
Secondly why cannot the USPS keep track of registered mail sent to the US as most of the mail are time sensitive in court filing. Another piece of mail sent to the US court as per tracking reached in New York and thereafter it disappeared and the Indian postal authorities refunded me peanuts, although it cost me a fortune and the contents were judicial corruption about a prominent member of a law firm whose chairman is the subject of investigation. Are there political conspiracies going on either in USA or in India or at both places when registered mail disappear and getting lost after it landed in New York.
missing/lost mail
My Saturday mail (December 1 and 8, 2018) I have not received two (2) pieces of mail from the state of Delaware. These are alimony checks from Local 199, Wilmington, DE. Also on the week of November 11, 2018 since I have Informed Delivery, there were pieces of mail from my attorney located in Dayton, OH and from Monroe that was never received.
Please help to resolve this issue as I have received zero assistance from the post office that handles my mail.

Consistently (at least 2 dozen times in last year) we have received other people's mail. We know most of our neighbors and have been able to drop off their mail and packages to them and explain it was delivered to us. We have also had our neighbors bring us packages and mail that was delivered to them. Today two prescriptions that are vital to my health were brought to us from a neighbor. This is unacceptable. What if the neighbors didn't bring it to us? The address has been correct in every instance. This leads us to the question of how many items have been just tossed out and not brought to us? And is it right that others are seeing our personal mail. Feels like an invasion of our privacy. Please help. Our entire block is becoming furious over this.

package handling and customer service
My wife mailed a pkg. to California several months ago, It was damaged in transit and we had to call to give permission to repackage it. It took over a month to get there.
Over a week ago my wife sent another Pkg. to California. A week later we received notice that the pkg. had been destroyed in transit. We got the box cover and shipping label back with a customer service phone number so we could get a reimbursement.
I called the 1-800 number and was told I would have to wait 45 min to 1 hour. I waited 2 1/2 hours and still wasn't able to talk to anyone.

package not received/cannot get anyone on the phone to address issue
I ordered an item online. According to the tracking information, the package was in Jersey City then it was 'incorrectly sorted" and sent to a post office in Illinois then to a post office in Tennessee. It finally "arrived" on Saturday (11/10/18) at 3:17 PM. I have not received the package nor have I been able to get anyone one the phone at the local post office. I wanted to find out where the delivery person put it. When I called the 1-800 number, [protected]) I have to wait for more than an hour. In the meantime, I still do not have my package! The tracking number for my package is 92748909840842583008904371. Although the item did not cost a lot, it its mine and I want to know if it has been stolen or misplaced and I want my money back. over stuffing mailbox
(1) This is an ongoing problem. The letter carrier stuffs the main in very tightly and usually catches one or more outer edges in the back door of the box. At this time of the year we, unfortunately, get lots of catalogues in the mail. It is very frustrating to have to physically rip anything out of the back door. If we miss picking up mail for a day, it is stuffed in and ruins anything put in the box. We get Netflix DVD's weekly and it is stuffed in so tightly that the DVD's are ruined. That is just carelessness.
(2) When it rains our mail gets wet. The boxes were installed in the 1980's. They need to be replaced with a newer box that will keep rain from destroying the mail.

My great aunt sent me a package containing a wood sculpture that was handmade. Before I opened the box I saw multiple wholes and lots of damage to the box. When I opened it, the wood sculpture was in pieces. Now we are trying to put the pieces back together because she didn't make a second one. It's truly frustrating that this is how people handle our people's packages. This isn't the first time I've had a package delivered that was broken and not from the same location.
waiting time always 1 to 2 hours
My only complaint is that I am usually on hold for 1 - 2 hours waiting to speak to a representative. They should give you the option to hold on - or to leave your phone number for a call back. I work for a law firm, and after being on hold for 1 hour 45 minutes, I had to take a call, and when I got back to the USPS phone, they picked up and hung up, so I had to wait another 2 hours to speak to a rep. This is unacceptable!!

This company is [censored]ing [censored]. They don't care about people's packages. They have [censored]ty customer service at their local facilities. The clerks don't know anything and give out wrong information when asking about missing packages. I ordered something from china to come to my place of business and they attempted to deliver it once on 10/2/2018 and then said it couldn't be delivered due to address being incorrect or some [censored]. I go to the local us post office and they state it's on a truck rj be delivered today. That was on 10/03/2018 and 10:15am. I wait all day and then go to check the mail at 8pm and to my surprise not a damn thing in there like the clerk stated. I check my email and what do I see an email from the post office stating your package has been sent back to the sender at 10:38am. So not even 10 mins after I leave the local facility does it go back. I didn't receive the email until 12:10pm that day. So even if I wanted to be able to find my package I couldn't. This company sucks and I hope no one uses them. They lack so much as far as customer service skills and knowledge about people's packages it ridiculous. If it was me I would've never used to post office to receive this package but since it's coming from china I don't have a choice. This isn't the first time i've had this issue. I've had this issue 3 times. It's only when I order something to come to my place of work do I have this problem. I thought maybe this time it would be different but I should not expect anything but [censored]tiness from this company. I hope someone contacts me about this issue.

Yes, I have been having mail stolen as well since August of 2018 and your Sept dates hit home. Theresa Mundy knows what is going and is going along with it. Today, after complaining to her about mail not received or "sent back to sender" Credit cards however, has never made it back. Theyve already compromised the mail and will use the send mail back not resident that is to distract from the fact that they are stealing mail. Contact the Illinois State Attorney Generals office and file a complaint. I'm here in Kankakee as well

I reside at 107 Pickett Lane, Georgetown, KY and I have a PO Box 1555, same city and state. I purchased my home in 2015. I have spoken to the local PO regarding the NON-delivery of my mail due to a vehicle that is parked near my mailbox, they tell me they do NOT have to back their vehicles up to get to my mailbox. NO policy provided supporting this information. I have packages and mail being returned because the mail person will NOT get out of their truck and put it in my mailbox. I pay taxes and I cannot change how the city set up the streets, parking, or the location of my mailbox. This is unacceptable. I'm also frustrated with the numerous "notes and letters" left behind in my mailbox telling me to move a vehicle but they will NOT leave my mail. How does that make sense? Please help.
