UPS driver

hello,
you have a driver by the name of Donald Hicks working out of dallas, tx. He has been seen parking your trucks at his home in desoto, tx for many hours during work hours. also this driver has been saw in your uniforms during business hours smelling of and using drugs. I didn't want to get the driver in trouble however it was not hard to get the drivers information because I live on his street and have witness your trucks parked at his home several times.

UPS ups driver

USPS driver with truck number 85974 and liscense plate number GD68235 was driving extremely recklessly on Clybourn Ave. Milwaukee, Wisconsin at 5:20 PM. His plates were also out of date. This driver drove next to my car in one lane, honked at us when we were forced to stop behind a bus, and crept closer until his truck was almost hitting our bumper. The driver came very close to harming other drivers in the lane.

UPS unethical behavior, not performing complete delivery, incorrectly filling out of tickets to indicate met customer

3/12- Driver left a missed call tag and my wife and I were home all day no buzzer was rung. See attached ticket indicating tried to deliver and my wife and I had to drive to get our package. Drive lied on ticket and also ticket is not filled out correctly. Called local terminal and spoke to Tracy or Theresa never got a return call as requested. I emailed [protected]@ups.com never heard back
Per your policy expectation is delivery to my front door on all packages
https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/sri/multiunit-deliveries.page

3/14-
Driver rang alarm and we buzzed him in..I went to down to lobby to verify driver would not just leave it and complete the delivery to the door. Sure enough driver had open the lobby door and left package (See pic) in front of exit (against fire code) and left the box inn lobby vs coming to our door in our condo. UPS policy states direct delivery to the door address of unit is to be made. On going issue I need addressed [protected] my name is Don Root 409 LAgrange Ave #109 Rochester NY 14615.
Summary of the email I sent to Tracey at local terminal:
Now today Wednesday after our discussion the other day, with signs posted Mark rang the bell. We buzzed him in and he left the package right in front of door and ran off. As fyi this is a fire hazard blocking a exit by the way. I went down immediately to the door and he was in his truck. I explained to him I spoke with Tracey and expectations are you deliver and not drop $700 item blocking a exit. What is confusing is he comes to my door with an empty dell box to return a item asking us if we are setting him up.but drops a computer at the door?
We pay for delivery and expectations are package gets delivered. Not sometimes when he feels like it but all the time.
When I get my items from Va, he has to come and get a signature.
I try to go and meet him so as to respect his time, but I expect some in return as well and complete his job.
Ring and dash is not a business practice I'm sure ups would support.
I currently serve on the condo board and I can tell you numerous owners share the same concerns.
Attached are photos and again I appreciate logistics as that is my profession, so I try to meet driver half way. But this ongoing level of performance is unacceptable.
I would be glad to discuss and would appreciate some follow-up as to future expectations

UPS company drive

I was riding in the right lane when the UPS driver started to merge into my Lane which forced me off the road onto the rumble strips so I honked my horn and he continued to move over so I honk my horn again louder longer he moved back over into his Lane I sped up to pass him because I did not trust his driving and he then proceeded to flick me off. This is not professional driving or a good representation of UPS this will seriously deter me from using your service in the future I've never been flicked off by FedEx or DHL. Also your drivers skill should probably be evaluated so they're not running people off the road.

UPS truck driver safety

As we were crossing the White Eiver in AR at approximately 7:25 PM on 3/16/18, a UPS truck driver was driving VERY dangerously, changing lanes very quickly. He was going at least 80 mph across the bridge, etc. He cut over in front of one vehicle very quickly and also cut behind us unsafely as soon as we passed him. We went on ahead and then suddenly he came flying passed us and scared us (probably going 83 or 84 at that point). Very unnecessary and VERY unsafe. I could not see a truck # and did not get a plate # but suspect he drives this route and you can see what truck was on I-40 W at this time on this date.

UPS package delivery

My package was supposed to be delivered on the 13th of March 2018 and was sent back to the facility because they stated it needed an apartment number. I confirmed to them no apartment number was needed. They said it would delivered on the 15th. Still no package. I called again, they said the same thing, needs an apartment number, after i had just called to tell them it doesn't need one because i do not have one. They connected me to the area supervisor in Fresno, CA. She said she would put it on the truck for delivery for the 16th. AGAIN, no package. She never updated my information to deliver to my address. I called again, today, the 16th, and they had the same lady call me today, the 16th. She told me it wasn't deliver because I didn't confirm it to be delivered or picked up. I specifically told her I was not picking it up and that the shipping to my address was already paid and it s their job to deliver. I told her she was rude and ask why was she messing with the delivery of my package and she hung up on me.
Her name is Desiree at the Fresno location.

UPS driver service

Since we have a new driver on our route, I have not seen him, much less met him. My complaint is we live in the country and when we are notified by UPS we are expecting a delivery we open our gate. We had a delivery yesterday and once again he left it outside the gate instead of bring to the house which is all of 1000 feet. And we have no idea the packages have been delivered until we get our notification of delivery. We also have on My Choice UPS Notifications instructions to leave in the shed next to the house if we are not home, but we leave the gate open. In the times we live in today with people stealing packages I am so frustrated, this is exactly why we never use FED EX. The two prior drivers Ed & Sam were great about their customer service. We live on County Road 3010.

UPS a delivery

A new delivery man dropped off a package today. Our 6 pound dog was in the yard. The dog nipped the delivery man in the back of the heel. 6 pound dog, no pressure on bite. The delivery man tried to kick the dog and then threw the package he was delivering at the dog. The box had tools in it and was heavy. He did not hit the dog but was trying to. He also damaged the merchandise package when he threw the box. I don't know what started the altercation, but our normal delivery man carries dog treats which work very well. This guy was a jerk. The situation was seen by a person in the house. Train this guy better.

UPS miles jones (ups driver)

I am the manager at Brentwood Downs Apartments in Lilburn GA. The driver, Miles Jones, stopped by today to drop off packages. When he arrived instead of going to the call box like all other drivers do, he decided to come into the office to demand an access card. Several people tried to explain to him that we do not issue access cards to non residents. He asked to speak with me, I informed him that we do not issue access cards to drivers but that we would be more than happy to buzz him through at the call box. He then said that would not do because he had a lot of drops to make and would have to come back after hours. I apologized and informed him that was the best I could do. At that point he became very rude and began to curse. He stated that he would just send the items back and list my name as not allowing him to drop the items off.

I have never dealt with such a rude driver and personally do not want him coming to my property any more. He was very unprofessional. And then to ask for my name as the reason he could not drop off packages was CRAZY!

Please address this matter and assign a new driver to the route for 500 Pleasant Hill Rd Lilburn, GA 30047. I would still like to speak with someone regarding this matter. Please call [protected]

UPS delivery problems

I have been receiving service from USP at my location for over 20 years with no problems as have my immediate neighbors.

Within the last 2 months, apparently with a new driver, delivery to my location has become a burden.

1. Within the first two weeks of February an installation of new equipment was to take place and that equipment was to be delivered a few day prior.
There were three packages sent. The day the larger (all-in-one printer) was delivered, later in the day, my door was opened and the ups driver tossed in a smaller package containing my new laptop onto the top of the larger one. He was in and out not requiring a signature or even speaking.
The following week the installer arrived, proceeded to install the printer and laptop. He then asked where the third package was.
We had no knowledge of there being three packages.
The installer called my company who tracked the package to a local access point.
I drove there, retrieved it a couple day later and was able to take care of the installation myself.

During the week of February 25 we were expecting claim payment documents that had been shipped overnight. When they were not delivered we contacted our company and discovered they had also been delivered to the Access point. Again, I drove there to retrieve them.

Last week we again were looking for overnighted claim documents (including my policyholder's check) which had not arrived. Again a call to my company revealed it was a the Access point. It had been in town to be delivered before the end of the prior week!.

Again, I drove there to pick up the claim package so we could settle the claim before my policyholder had to return her rental.

All three of these items had an indication that the driver had tried to deliver them without success.
The tracking number for the last item is: [protected].
In the past if we have been out of the office the prior drivers would take the package to a neighbor and leave a notice on our door.
None of these things occurred with these situations!

Needless to say, this type of dereliction of service is unacceptable!

It is my belief that the driver never came to our location those three times.

Please contact me with information as to what you are doing to resolve this malady.

Thank you

UPS delivery driver fail

*. Renaissance apartments *. Every time I have a delivery from ups in jackson, mi., the driver never even attempts to come in to the apartment complex to deliver! I routinely see him just pull onto the property and run to the door to leave an "attempted" delivery notice! Never really attempting to deliver! Repeatedly! I have a delivery expected this week... Anxious to see his delivery "attempt"! 😡😡😡. Worse service ever!

UPS delivery service: mail tampering and stealing packing slips w/intent to commit id fraud/theft

On or about 3-5-18, I placed an on-line order with a vendor (Mediabridge) through Amazon Prime. The product was packed in a corrugated box with a sealed label affixed to the carton lid. The corrugated box was packaged in a laminated heat sealed plastic carrier, with the inside liner coated in bubble protective material.
The product was sent via UPS from the original delivery point of San Marcos Texas; and subsequently handled through the following delivery routes of: Austin Texas: Mesquite Texas; Vinita Oklahoma; Earth City Missouri; Chelmsford Massachusetts; Shrewsbury Massachusetts, North Haven Connecticut to Stratford Connecticut; where it was then transferred over to the United States Postal Service for final delivery.
Someone, somewhere along the delivery route process, cut open the exterior package, removed the corrugated box and packing slip.
The box's seal was cut to expose the contents.
The packing slip with the purchaser's personal order info is missing, including the payment method, and other personal data.
I had to take extreme measures to protect my personal info from identity theft/fraud in case UPS employs unscrupulous employees who go about searching packages entrusted to them for delivery; not necessarily for property theft - but for identity theft. (Talk about civil liberty privacy violations for searching personal property without the owner's knowledge and permission to do so!) - or even informing the addressee that the package had to be opened for security reasons and articulating those reasons... but the mere fact that it was cut open and UPS failed to properly reseal the package is proof that something wrong is going on at the UPS delivery facilities. Customers beware-do not trust united parcel service!

UPS delivery not happen

I had a deliver of Wine scheduled unfortunately I am not home during the hours of delivery. I called and tried to get it changed to after 5PM - NO HELP AT ALL then asked about pick up. They said pick up is in Maryland, BUT I live in West Virginia. Sent email in asking for a delivery after 5 and was told I would get call - no one calls. Then I get two more attempts to deliver package - DUH, I am not home and I explained this over and over again yet UPS does nothing at all. What is wrong with you all, do you care or is it just the big accounts matter and the normal person is nothing to you at all

Ren M.
UPS Customer Support
Wrote to me telling me someone would call - NOTHING!

I explained I am not home but I will pick up if it closer to my home - cannot do but your in area of my home for delivery. As I have read more and more about UPS, you all seem to have many complaints and I guess you do not care about customer service just provide lip service.

This needs to be read who someone who can make a decision and not some clerk who you push into patronizing customers on line. Do something, better yet, do the right thing!

UPS Shipping

I recently ordered from rue 21. I noticed they had my package going to my billing address from my card. I request for a change on march 3rd to ga bc I no longer live at that addres, which is in sc. On the 8th, according to my access point profile, it was approved. On sat. It still got ship to that billing address. Smh. I have been on the phone with ups for several hours and still nothing. From 2pm-8pm
1. They are giving me all types of run around. (call the shipper, call this and that, oh it's nothing we can do) I spoke to 5 diff. Reps and the last one is currently assisting me.
2. They don't feel the need to reimburse me for the delivery change that was never sent me. How? Their excuse is oh we have to find the package, knowing good and well if it was sent to that address, that new resident has that package. The only thing I want, is to reimbursed for paying $20 something to have them request an address change, but they so call claim they can't do that either. I am sooooo pissed with ups right now and I probably would never order offline again, with this experience.

UPS usps

I have no idea why such an efficient delivery business like yours would partner with the most disorganized delivery service like the USPS. I hate the delays since you have started doing this. This is my current UPS tracking number: 1Z570770YW75613946
The USPS number is:
92612924911462571171222321
The tracking for the USPS shows: Status
USPS Currently Awaiting Package
UPS tracking shows:
Edison, NJ, United States 03/08/2018 4:24 P.M. Origin Scan
United States 03/08/2018 6:12 P.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS
As far as I know the package is still in New Jersey for four days! This is so unlike your service and I would be most appreciative if someone would start driving it west so I may eventually receive my package...
Please stop using you least efficient competitor in the package delivery business to deliver your packages!

UPS delivery issue

I had a package delivered yesterday from Amazon where the driver did not set the package outside of my gate. My German Shepherd got the package since I was not home and completely destroyed the package containing two photo cell 123 batteries. I found one battery on the deck that had tooth marks on it but I was unable to find the second one after searching well into the dark with a flashlight concerned that my dog may have swallowed the other one. I searched again all day today to no avail and then called by vet. Due to the carelessness of the driver, I had to take my dog to the vet and spend over $120 on x-rays to make sure that he had not swallowed the other battery. This is totally unacceptable since the driver left the larger package by the garage completely out of reach of my dog. I would like to have my vet fees reimbursed by UPS since this was such a careless act.

UPS our ups driver is the worst of all time

The ups driver for the island walk shopping center in palm coast, fl is the absolute worst. Every single store owner complains about him and nobody can understand how he still has a job. He throws boxes to the ground. Not drops them... Throws them to the ground. Scrapes his metal dolly all along the floors and hits things in the store and laughs while doing so. He frequently leaves boxes in the back of his truck saying he cannot reach them and we will get them tomorrow. He is rude, and lazy, and sits in the back of the shopping center eating. I asked i'm why he goes back there, he said he was still on shift and can hide back there. How is this guy employed?
