On 1/7 I ordered 2 cases of "Pop Fizz Cheers" Glasses. When the glasses arrived, they were 2 cases of "Happy New Year 2020." I returned the glasses to the store on 01/20/20. I have a written note from the store manager, Rick, confirming they were received. To date I have called SEVERAL times to receive the credit as I was told they can't do a credit in the store (odd in today's day and age). Thus far, the manager is out and it seems no one else can determine I returned the glasses. On top of it, no one can call me back - I'm told every time I am required to call them back.
Never in my life have I ever experienced such poor Customer Service. I will never step foot in a Dollar General again if this is not cleared up asap and the credit issued. I am sorry to be so harsh - I am extremely frustrated after an entire week of this nonsense. Amazon, Walmart, Meijer, Kohls, etc. - none of them have such absurd policies and non customer-friendly services.
