Lately, I have found the tobacco in the cigarettes to be packed very lose to the point that I'll light one up and I burns half way up because the tobacco has fallen out. Are they cutting back on the amount of tobacco in these cigarettes? This isn't a problem once in a while. It seems to happen all the time. What gives?

I bought a pack of USA gold red shorts on Dec. 2nd 2021. All but four cigarettes in the pack had small holes in them, making it so you are unable to smoke the ones with the holes. Attached is a picture of a cigarette with the holes I'm explaining. I went to the Turkey Hill in West Pittston, Pennsylvania I purchased them from to show them and to try to have the issue resolved.

the last 6 packs of cigarettes I purchased had one cigarette broken or sliced open in each pack. I only now decided to make a complaint cause I realized it was not accidentally happening but they are coming in the pack this way, as the first one i took out of this pack was broken. Cigoutfitters.com is the company that I have been using as well. They are a good company I am not sure why this person is on here saying they were scammed. I have been using them for quite a while now and have received my orders all the time.
I use a company called cigoutfitters.com to buy my cigarettes online. I buy them from that website and they ship them out of Kentucky. The prices here in Michigan dont even come close to how cheap they are on that website.

I found usa-cigarettes through a google search. The carton prices are extremely attractive, less than half what one would pay in a discount store. I did a test and ordered 1 carton. They require Western Union payment which seemed odd and I don't remember having to declare I was 18 or older. On January 15, 2018 I received an order confirmation. on January 17, 2018 WU sent an update that the money was picked up. I have not received order number 137848 nor can I check up on the order as Phillip Morris has taken over the site usa-cigarettes.com.

I ordered through cigoutfitters.com for the first time based on all these positive reviews. They never shipped my product, I can't get in touch with them. This is BS ! I notified the dept of commerce, lost $112.
I was frauded by cigoutfitters.com. I was lured to the site by all these fake reviewers here. I purchased 4 cartons and selected priority shipping. I received an email stating my order would arrive in 3 days, and was given a usps tracking number. I never received my order. I checked the tracking number, and usps says there is no such tracking number. The tracking they gave me was fake. I tried emailing the company and no response. They do not answer their phones. I have been duped. Also tobaccocapital.com gives a 404 error, no website found. I checked WHOIS on both sites. Both tobaccocapital.com and cigoutfitters.com were acquired at the exact same time. The email address listed for cigoutfitters.com is the same address I used in google pay. But not surprising, that email address does not exist, and emails are returned. People, do not use google pay either, they are in on the scam. Also, godaddy.com states that cigoutfitters.com is parked for free. I found a website which states the income for cigoutfitters.com is 15 cents a day, not a valuable company. So everything they are taking in is going into this one person's pocket, from google pay. This is all easy information to find, I just wish I had found it sooner. But it's a pity we cannot trust websites which sell things, and its a pity we have to background check everything before we buy. I will be doing that from now on, and I learned some valuable lessons. The main lesson I learned is, DO NOT BELIEVE ONLINE REVIEWS AND REVIEWERS LIKE YOU SEE ON THIS SITE.

I wire transferred the money for the Cartons on the 28th of April 2017 and have not gotten a response to my order completion. The money was paid, but, no one will respond to my requests for an answer as to where the purchased goods are or if they in fact just took my money.
The order #84006 was placed on April 27th, 2017 and the money transfer went to the CHINA EVERBRIGHT BANK, SUZHOUS BRANCH Code EVERCNBJSZH, Account #[protected] for receipt by YunXue Yu in Suzhou China with a China phone# [protected].
It is now May 23, 2017 and as yet I have gotten no reply to every single inquiry that I make.

I placed an order with this company about 8 weeks ago and so far nothing has been received. I have also tried to contact them several times, and every attempt was ignored.
I have actually ordered from other companies that required Western Union payment and all went very smoothly. Your THIRD copied comment on a website after mine, Lisa_Davidson? Yes, I have ordered from dirtcheapsmokes.com - twice - and also from their predecessor cigszone.com. On all occasions I never received my orders, they just take your money, then they block your emails so that you cannot contact them. Their customer service is pour and they never answer. I am not a separate cigarette business. It is also interesting that the day cigszone.com closed business, dirtcheapsmokes.com opened. I give the warning again to people: stay away from dirtcheapsmokes.com AND cigszone.com. They will scam you. I had the same issue. Don't worry, I completely disabled the ability of their website to accept any further orders. They can no longer scam anyone else. See it for yourself.
