concert tickets
On Thursday 21st December I ordered 2 tickets on the viagogo site to see
Lady Gaga in Birmingham on Wednesday 31st January. I paid a fee of £134.75.
The order no. is [protected]. When I opened the e-tickets, after payment, the date stated is for the concert that was cancelled -Sunday October 15th 2017. with a different order number. I have tried to contact Viagogo with no success.
You cannot e mail them and when you phone you get an automated answer which is of no use. I have logged into my account with them but again find no
answers there.
I would like a refund or the correct tickets sent
ticket sales
I bought three tickets for a sports event on Boxing Day £150 for 3 tickets with a face value of £25 each . That was fine. But what turned up in my e-print ticket was 3 children's tickets . A mistake, perhaps, but it's impossible to get in touch with them by either phone or email . Now I'm left with 3 useless tickets and am £150 worse off .

tickets didn't arrive
Due to attend concert, Plymouth Pavillions 29.11.17. Tickets not delivered by UPS, even though they said they had (UPS could not give me my full address when asked).
Contacted Viagogo 17 days prior to event saying no tickets and every day thereafter up until 29.11. I did not received any tickets as per their guarantee.
Did not attend event; lost £116.
I have subsequently tried to complain to, and contact Viagogo, but it is fruitless.
fraudulent internet ticket sales
Six months prior the concert, I purchased two Paul Mc Cartney tickets for $466.23 au and then found my Viagogo account had been deleted from their system, not allowing me to log into it and download or print my tickets
I had used my account previously to purchase Seinfeld tickets without a hitch
Their customer service department is terrible and attempts to talk to viagogo, even with my copies of evidence have proven futile.
I have been to the local police station to report this and it has been forwarded through the federal police to Interpol
reschedule / refund
Dear sir/madam,
At the beginning of this year, my colleague Laura bought me and my partner Tania two tickets for 136 GBP (Order 9790535) for Jamiroquai concert on the 24th of June (SATURDAY).
Unfortunately, the concert was re-scheduled from a Saturday in June to a Wednesday in December (6th December). I can't understand how is it possible to re-schedule a concert for half a year, from a weekend to a weekday, and not offer the possibility of a refund.
I don't live in London and is not that easy for me to go there.Besides losing money on the tickets I also lost the transportation and accommodation money (total 240 GBP for me and my partner).
Since I couldn't get a refund, I tried to sell them here. In order for you to get more money at my expense. I only managed to sell them for half the price I bought here (no surprise when an event changes from a summer weekend to a winter weekday). However, even after selling them on the 30th of November for a total of 68.64 GBP (Order ID: [protected]), I still haven't received the money back (After 16 days...).
It is extremely disappointed to start working with you and getting issues from the beginning to the end.
overcharge on ticket sales
I was charged in CZK rather than NZ$ as stipulated prior to sale. I was over charged double the ticket price.
I have been mislead - I was directed to viagogo when searching for tickets and thought I was buying from a primary site. I was mislead on ticket prices, and exorbitant tax and handling fees.
I have tried to contact the customer service helpline countless times, to which I do not get through and have written numerous emails that are ignored.
What are my rights on purchasing tickets from third party site?
tickets mobo awards
Purchased 3 tickets at £84 = £346, with no restrictions on viewing, paid by card. When tickets came it was for a lot less £45 each and not £84. When I contacted viagogo for misrepresentation, customer service was no help. They do not tell you the ticket price you pay is not what you are receive and that they wld be scamming half yr monies to pocket. When contacting mobo awards you then find out you purchased tickets from ticket touts. It's a ticket touting scam. Need to warn people. Viagogo need to be investigated and closed down. The young and old ate been scammed. A lot of people struggled to get monies together for a smile from there child or family member. Grandma an granddad, unsuspecting. Want to give a cool christmas present get trapped. Viagogo ticket touts need to be stopped.

I paid double the amount for the ticket
There's no contact to call them. They don't respond to emails. They made me pay in the pressure. Totally unsatisfying and cheated. Cant even sell the tickets or cancel them. Gave me e-tickets and charged me for delivery fee. The booking fee is insanely high for no god damn reason. I don't get refunds either. NEVER USE THIS STUPID WEBSITE. They suck.
ticket purchase no refund
I purchased 3 rugby tickets in August 2017. After completing the process I was charged in Euro not NZ$ as stated on ticket price. The price was far higher than the price indicated. On receiving the tickets they stated 'CHILD' ticket which we did not purchase.
We were advised to resell which we did. I received an email saying I should upload the tickets which I did. I was told I would receive an email when the refund was paid into my paypal account. To date 4 months later I have not had any email.
When I tried to log onto my account with the same login details it said it was not valid. When I contacted Viagogo I got a response saying my security check could not be validated and my account had been cancelled?
Since I have sent several emails and no response. All I want is the refund amount stated in the emails for the resale of my tickets.
I would appreciate a rapid response from Viagaog - disgusting customer service.
dappy tickets
Hello,
I would like to raise a complaint that I am not very happy about. Earlier this morning I had purchased 2 dappy tickets at £69 each as your site only provides me with 10minutes of holding these tickets and I was also trying to look after my 3 month old baby I felt very stressed and pressured and had to do it all very quickly. I now feel so sickened that I've been charged that much for a £11 ticket! Your site had not advised how much the face value was and I had very little time to check due to thinking I would have lost the tickets if I left the page. I am so so angry and upset about this situation! Due to me also being on maternity leave and so little money I have used my credit card to purchase these and I feel so robbed of my money. As you can also see I have put these back up for sale right away when I had realised what a mug I have been taken for. I am very upset about all this and I would like some action brought forward please? I know I won't get my full money back but is there any chance that I could just get the £150 back? I can't explain how upsetting this is, I think going forward if you stated on your site how much the face value is of the tickets it would make your site a lot more better and understanding.
I look forward to your reply.
Thank you
Jodie
My email [protected]@hotmail.com
Same happened to me Jodie. I purchased tickets from them, paid way over the odds and have put my tickets up for resale and they say that have been sold. I am trying to find out from them how I am expected to send tickets to the buyer 7 days before the concert date when I am expected to receive my tickets up to only three days before the concert.
They are a total rip off. Sorry to hear you got caught out too.
tickets for concert excessive price, booking fee and delivery
Under pressure to get tickets for my daughter for Dodie concert in Belfast instead of going directly to venue i went on this website. I was additionally charged 100 pounds for tickets that were available from venue. They use high pressure tactics, and no clear costing of booking fees and delivery charges. Outrageous! Feel totally scammed by an unethnical company and hope that others do not have to have the same expereince.
money for sales of tickets / refund
Months ago I purchased tickets for Ed Sheeran in Dubai, not realising I had confimred purchase at an extortionate rate which I admit was my fault, I sold the tickets straight away (losing over 1000aed in selling costs).
Although money was taken from my debit card for the purchase straight away, was told I would not get the money for the sale of the tickets till after the event, months later.
Now the event has passed, Vigrogo advised the refund would take up to 10 days (on a different screen on their site it says 5) but payment had failed as no payment details entered so I done this immediately. I had to add my bank details as payment could not be made to the card the tickets were originally purchased on.
On checking the status, the site advises the payment was initiated on the 28th November and in Process. However, upon checking my Account, I noticed payment had failed again.
I emailed Vigrogo unhappy that no one had contacted me to advise this, they said it was my bank and to contact them, though my bank told me no payment had been offered.
I amended my payment method to a UK account thinking this would be easier and emailed them back and since heard nothing.
Emails are getting bounce backs, contact numbers are unavailable and still no money received. This is nearly AED 5500 owed to me and I cannot afford not to have this back.
steps tickets
I had booked tickets to see steps in Liverpool from yourselves and received them no problem. But unfortunately when I got to Liverpool I realised I forgot the tickets at home and it's a 2 hour drive away. At this point I'm panicing that I'm going to miss out on something I've looked forward to for months. I called the echo arena and they explained that they couldn't do anything unless via go go emailed them with confirmation and tickets numbers to confirm that we were genuine. With hope I called via go go to be told the won't do that. They advised they couldn't help me in any way. All I needed was an email. I appreciate it was my own fault for forgetting the tickets. But surely this sort of thing happens all the time? And to be told nothing can be done by via go go when echo arena have given them a solution to the problem is bizarre and ridiculous. They were very unhelpful on the phone. Because of this I missed out on the concert which I've been waiting for all year and has cost me a lot of money! I expect this to be resolved! I can even send you back the tickets to prove that they were not used. Unless I receive a refund or credit for future use then I will take this to social media and never use via go go again. I look forward to your reply.
sold tickets no payment
I listed some tickets for a gig Saturday, they disappeared from the listing at 6pm but I've not had an email to say they've been sold and they're not in the sales section of my account or as a listing.
I've the website had no email address, the phone number only works if you have a number for the listing which has now disappeared. How on earth do I get an answer on this
tickets to steps @ nottingham 28.11.17
Hi there just to let you know I enjoyed the steps concert but was discusseted with the price you charged me as I discovered at the event one of my freinds paid £43 each with ticket master and was closer to the stage I feel that you charged me a unfair price and hope you will send me a good will gesture of some partial refund. I am disgusted in what you charged me

Dear craig,
The tickets you are selling for Steps at Motorpoint Arena Nottingham (Capital FM Arena) will come off sale in 48 hours as it will be too late for you to ship tickets directly to the buyer in time for the event.
You can keep your tickets available for purchase right up until the start of the event by sending your tickets to viagogo. We will then make your tickets available for the buyer to pickup from our conveniently located collection point on the day of the event. take that tickets dubai sold to me 4 days after date had been cancelled
Take That Dubai on Thursday 30th November was rescheduled to the Wednesday 29th November on the Thursday 23rd November. On Sunday 26th I searched for online tickets and Viagogo website offered tickets for Wed 29th and Thursday 30th
I chose the 30th
I paid tickets with a booking and handling fee and tickets said 30th November.
On the 30th in the morning I realised that the band were only playing on 29th and I had been sold tickets for a date which had been cancelled
I contacted them 3 times and they told me it was not there responsibility as they are not the event organisers they just sell the tickets
misleading selling price / no communication possible
On Sunday the 3rd December I booked tickets at price indicated for cape town rugby 7's. Once I had paid it then showed the full amount which was 30% more than the selling price which was their handling fee. This was not communicated prior to payment. When I finished the payment a pop up asked me if I wanted to cancel to which I replied yes. I was then asked why to which is responded. I'm now trying to find out from Viagogo if the transaction was cancelled or not but it is impossible. I still have to book flights from Johannesburg to cape town, so I could be in cape town with no tickets and spent a hellava lot of money to see nothing. When I email Viagogo and tell them my predicament they send a reply saying the tickets are on there way. When I try and track the shipment it says invalid.
viagogo - invalid tickets and no possible communication
Viagogo
I have arrived at the Dubai 7s Rugby and I have been denied access to the venue. It is evident that Viagogo does not have rights to resell tickets in the UAE and the tickets have therefore been cancelled by Dubai Government and are all invalid as Viagogo does not have relevant rights.
I hereby demand urgent refund of all monies paid to Viagogo for Dubai 7s Rugby tickets relating to both orders under the following details; Orders [protected] and [protected] respectively. To date it is practically impossible to reach anyone or get any response from Viagogo and even the Customer Service mail just gets bounced. I am really upset by the lack of response and by the really pathetic communication tools provided on the Viagogo Website. I will escalate this matter in due course, and post to Social Media should I not have resolution within 48 hours.
W. Nosworthy
I await and expect urgent attention to this matter and I am highly upset by the outcome and additional costs that I have had to now incur as a result of these invalid tickets.
Viagogo has misrepresented itself in this transaction and has not acted in good faith or in the best interests of me; your client. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of Viagogo as a service provider, to represent its business and transactional intentions professor ally and has failed to do so in this matter. I am now out of pocket due to the unprofessional actions and misrepresentations of Viagogo.
I demand urgent action and a full refund of all.mknues paid in this respect forthwith.
Sincerely
W. Nosworthy
viagogo ticket scammers
Purchased tickets for the MOBO awards.
Paid £346.25 for 3 tickets. They showed seats at £84 with good view and vision.
When the tickets came they were £45 seats each with a £6.60 booking fee. we are upstairs sitting right at the back. Cldn't see or make out any artiste unless the side tv's was on. They false advertise, what u see is not what's received. Misrepresentation. What u see and purchase is what yr ment to received. Surely scaming £115 from there bank account is theiving. I will not stop until something is done. Which tv.
everything you do
I booked 8 tickets for queens of the stone age today 1/1/17 ( ID [protected]) a face value (on the site) of £83 each. i was assured and reminded again and agian that these were the very last tickets available and a timer forces the issue to get you to click through to the final page where in a small corner you will no notice that a booking fee of £23 has been added. not to the order to each ticket for a total of £938 for 8 tickets that should cost around £300.
at no point are you warned about the price increase and when you check the fine print discover there are no cancellations...why would that be? it s well known that Viagogo cancels tickets whenever they feel like in order to charge more for them.
It is literally impossible to speak to customer service- you have to enter your order ID and if its less than 72 hours then the call wont connect. email complaints only generate copy and paste replies.
how this is allowed is a mystery to me. a company that exists to con people whoever they can and not have to return the money.
