mrs browns boys show tickets - no tickets
Excessive pricing, bad communication & despicable customer service and still no tickets!
Purchased x5 tickets for mrs browns boys in cardiff motorpoint arena for 15.6.17 back in october 2016. Paid ticket prices plus x5 booking fees, plus x5 postage fees to be posted to one single address.
On 12.6.17 I called to say no tickets had arrived, I was informed they were being delivered by ups courier. No tickets arrived so on 15.6.17 I rang to be very ridley told there were no tickets available and they had sent an refund & email on 13.6.17 (Of which I never recieved).
When asked what happens now as it was for people with learning disabilities so specialist transport & staffing had been arranged and paid for? Absolutely no empathy from your customer service agent who put the call down when I asked to speak to management. I called back of which a different agent explained the situation and no tickets were available. I asked for a complaints number or procedures... Of which I was told "there is none just send an email from the website"
I am disgusted that tickets were sold when they were not there to sell plus not being informed and no tickets or even refund to purchase more tickets. This has had a financial cost due to interest of £360 held for 8 months, pre-paid specialist transport and staffing of which I cannot recieved a refund as less than 48hrs notice.
There is an even bigger emotional cost due to people with learning disabilities not understanding why they cannot go to a shoe that has been booked and paid for months in advance and to top it off they are going thro a bereavement of a close family member just last week.
So thank you viagogo for your emotional and financial loss today, I will not be booking through yourselves ever again and will be sure to inform others of the appaulling service. I will expect a response including an apology, I will then be forwarding invoices for fincial loss and will compensation for your irresponsible actions and service.
steely dan bluesfest october 2017
I am incredibly irritated by the atrocious lack of support I've received from viagogo customer service over the past few days.
On Tuesday (June 13th), I ordered 2 tickets to see Steely Dan perform at the O2 centre in October ([protected]) and managed to grab decent enough seats for as much as £483.79. I'm aware that these tickets are in high demand, and this will be their last concert in the UK, so I managed to scrap together enough cash for a band I've been waiting my entire life to see. However, the next day I received an email informing me that the purchase had been cancelled and I'd receive a refund in up to 10 working days.
So; I went on the hunt again, and found some more decent(ish) tickets for the extortionate price of £500.44 ([protected]) with an absolutely absurd bookin fee, but again, I'm not here about the price, I'm here because, as you can probably guess, early this morning I received another email informing me that the purchase had AGAIN been cancelled.
The thing that upsets me the most is the fact that I could have used a different website to buy the tickets, and right now I'd be going to my dream concert. Over £900 has left my account in just 2 days, and I'm appalled by such shoddy service from viagogo.
Shouldn't someone be keeping track of sales and preventing things like this from happening? I expect some advice/guidance from a customer service representative ASAP as I've put a very high level of effort and received significant financial backlash from securing these tickets.
unacceptably high handling fee
I just bought tickets (15th June 2017) for Cat Stevens in Auckland with Viagogo. During the purchase process, there was some small print saying "+vat and fees", but it wasn't until after putting in all my credit card details that the fees were actually stated. The price of 2 tickets was $290, and the fees were $100 - around one-third of the ticket price. This is not OK and I would not use Viagogo again. I think they should refund the fees, and they should CLEARLY state, along with the very first mention of the ticket price, what the handling fee is.
unpaid money from sale of wwe tickets
I recently sold 2 WWE RAW tickets for the London show through viagogo and I am still waiting for the money to be paid into my PayPal account which should have been completed the beginning of may when the event took place.
I have contacted the numerous times as they are using a slightly wrong email address for my PayPal therefore it isn't going into my account.my PayPal email is [protected]@ hotmail.co.uk but they repeatedly keep trying to send it to jenna-williams1'@hotmail.co.uk.
There's no ' in my email address I have informed them off this and made sure it's right in my account but they still keep using the wrong email.
I can't afford to lose £100 and think this company is a joke as they seem to be try to avoid payment.

adele tickets
I have been charged the cost of a third ticket in fees that were not presented at the point of sale... I cannot believe that I have been charged nearly £80 extra to what was on the final screen at confirmation of purchase. I was told on your website that the fees are made clear but they were definitely not. As the concert is yet to happen I wish to have my tickets refunded in full as the full price was kept until it showed up on my bank statement and on my confirmation email, by which time it was too late... how do two tickets at £103 each make a total of £283 ? I have researched this and found that there are many people out of pocket for the same reason so unless I am refunded fully I will take this further.
concert tickets
To Whom this may concern
Due to the change in venue which is completely understandable, It feels to me I wasn't offered / or giving adequate advice support to get my tickets amended to attend the new venue.
I have taken reasonable steps with my phone calls and emails and have no in my view a helpful response to resolve this situation
Because of this action I am now out of pocket for the train tickets and hotel booked which totals £230 excluding the ticket cost, and all I wanted was to get my tickets amended so I can attend the altered location. I have had to change my shifts and take unpaid leave in order to attend this show and I am not happy with the outcome.
I really hope I can get a speedy and suitable outcome as I feel this is not an acceptable outcome not being given this simple opportunity
please see in bul point the notes I have made which should evidence the disappointing communication
• 17th February 2017 - confirmation of ticket purchase
• 21st February 2017 - email to say event had changed starting time
• 23rd May 2017 - tickets are available to download
• 27th May 2017 - I emailed to ask about either a refund or access to new tickets if concert was relocated
• 11th June - emailed to ask if my tickets were valid for new venue as I had read online that is was being relocated
• 13th June 2017 - email received to say I was being refunded
• 13th June 2017 - made a call to the customer service and was told to email
• 14th June 2017 - was on hold for 25 minutes then told to email as event was more than 72 hours in advance
• On my account it says that customer support is no longer possible as I have been refunded (see photo attached)
• Order number: 9164448
Please contact me via email or call me.

I want to raise this as an official complaint as trying to resolve this previously has simply not worked

london grammar tickets
I have recently purchased London Grammar tickets for 21/10/17. I paid £83.60 per ticket; almost £60 for VAT and booking fee and almost £10 delivery. This made a grand total of £234.15! I was unaware of this total cost until I had already purchased the tickets, as I was on a clock timer to purchase them. I was actually really shocked by the total price, by which time it was too late to change my mind.
Today, I arrived home to find that my tickets had arrived. When I opened the envelope and looked at the tickets, the face value of each ticket is £35! Plus there would be an admin charge if £6 per ticket. Whilst I accept that you are a company who sells the tickets, and are obviously going to inflate the price a little, I certainly do not expect to be ripped off in the way I feel I have. How in gods name can you add Nearly £150 onto the transaction and think it is fair and just. I am so disgusted and upset, I could cry. I work bloody hard and have waited a long time to see London Grammar again, but now I feel this has dampened my mood completely.
How is this justifiable? How can your company get away with charging people such over-inflated ticket prices and admin fees?
Of course, after the event I have googled your company further and the same thing appears to be being said over and over again, in that there are thousands of disgruntled customers whom have been sold tickets at such overinflated prices and can do nothing about it.
I have also read that your Customer Services are shocking, so I wait with baited breath to see if you will respond to this message.
My order number is: [protected]
I look forward to hearing from you with your detailed reply. If I do not hear from you within 14 days, I will be contacting my Lawyer for some advice on the way forward.
sent me damaged tickets
In February I have purchased the tickets for Ludovico Einaudi's concert and I spent about 300£. Today I finally received the tickets and they are both completely ruined. They look like forged tickets. I am pretty sure I will not gain access with these tickets, they seem fake. No way to contact the company directly to ask for an e-ticket or a refund.

aegon championship 2017
I am appalled... I have just received my two tickets for june 21st.
The value of the tickets are £130 each.
Viagago has charged me double the price of the ticket at £263 per ticket plus an extra £93 fee for each ticket plus a £4 postal fee!
That is absolutely extortion at it's finest!
If you don't do something about these charges I will go public. You are already being investigated for fraud...
Oh My God.why are all this scammer everywhere, that is how i was once scam by one so called binary options trade, i never new it was scam until i lost a lot of money to them, until i found at the great platform and broker which help me in recovering all my money...i will love to introduce to you the broker if you are interested
greatest liars!
Dear all,
Regarding the tickets prices I agree with all the previous comments.
Feedback from their side = 0.
Customer support including phone contact = 0 ( mafia style ).
When all the time I asked them when I'll receive at home the tickets the only answer by e-mail was " don't worry you'll receive the tickets no late than 3 days before the event ". In the final The put me in the position to send my family as per our flight schedule & hotel reservation & to delay one day my flight with additional costs for waiting the tickets by UPS STANDARD.
I can not understand why VIAGOGO re-scheduled the tickets sending with 2 days later. It's look like that everything is done with bad intention.
In conclusion they destroyed my trust în them & for this reason I recomand to all to not use their services.
wrong address was provided to send tickets
Hi
I had two tickets for sale for Argentina Vs brazil soccer game in Melbourne, Australia, I sent them to the address provided by Viagogo by next day delivery express post three days prior to match however they put wrong post code on the label and my express letter was lost and reached there 6 days later and my sales as cancelled.
I lodged a complaint to au post and they advised it took longer due to insufficient address.
listings & sale go missing - no contact info viagogo please help
I have sold 2 tickets on viagogo - I reported an issue with my order as I found out they were e tickets instead of printed tickets.. Once I did that the order disappeared from my account.. I tried to contact customer services but its a loop & there is no way of contacting them you just go round in a circle.. Anyhow I decided to re list an an e ticket - this sold within hours - I then had a problem to upload the ticket so I reported a problem thru the tool and my order disappeared again..
15 mins later I then get a mail to say the order has been cancelled you are being charged 40 pounds - what an absolute discgrace
I'm at my wits end trying to contact them - ive contacted ceo via mail - [protected]@viagogo.com;
Eric. [protected]@viagogo.com
Ive even tried all the phone numbers and when I put the order number in it tells me to goto the help section of the website where again it goes round in a circle without giving a contact - this website should be shut down end of ;
Ive checked with my bank & indeed they have charged me - so ive now goto get my cards cancelled so they dont take any more - i'm contacting watchdog as this company needs to be responisble for its actions... Im frustrated to hell
If anyone has any other mail or contact I would appreciate it

Sharp practice and/or deliberately misleading information.
Viagogo advertises 17 venue tickets left that equates to 2% in reality 799 tickets are actually available that equates to 52%
They then charge £90 + £30 VAT and Handling for a £43 ticket that the venue will send to you at face value.
They have £500 of my money that I would like back due to the dishonest and misleading methods of advertising availability and cost

I complained via email and customer service and they have never responded to me
This is fraud and outrageous. They said they would ups the ticket but as I told them I left the country june 7 and had not received the ticket by then.
I would have refused them anyway
no payment on sold tickets case id: 8538955, order id: [protected]
Order ID: [protected]
Hi, I like to raise a complain please on not getting my payment on selling this tickets and infact I got charged for it.
I have listed 2 tickets (2 children) on Viagogo and then it sold quickly then I realised that one ticket is for Adult and 1 is for children so I have informed buyer and to viagogo on 11 th May (almost 1 month before the event day) that I have 1 ADULT and 1 Child tickets for this listing and I have no response from buyer that he don't want those tickets neither from viagogo to delete my listing and then relist again.
so I have sent the tickets to buyer on time, now just on event day on 08 June I have called from viagogo that its a problem with my tickets and I am not getting paid because buyers said there is a Adult ticket and 1 Child ticket on event day while the fact was I have put the confirmation from event organiser that child can gain entry using the Adult ticket so there is no absolute reason they can’t get entry, this confirmation e-mail I have placed into my envelop to the buyer and then buyer have lot of time to read though it or change his mind but there was absolute no response from buyer or from viagogo that it’s not right or they like to return my tickets back, instead they carried on till the event day and just before 1 hour they informed me they have problem in my tickets. I have asked Viagogo that have they confirmed my tickets not used with event organiser? And they said no and without investigating the matter they charged me for it and also not paid my selling amount.
This is not right that buyer getting the tickets and have full information on tickets he bought (1 months notice )and last minute he raise the issue where I am unable to get my tickets back for relisting. If i would have informed that buyer no longer required my tickets (I informed them on 11th May 1 month almost before the event) then i would delete my listing and could have used those tickets to see the match myself.
This is a clear case of cheating. Viagog also aware about my listing (see attachment on my communication with viagogo regardingt this listing) and they not done anything.
I am accounting viagogo and my buyer to mess up the case which I am ending up paying for the actual tickets (from ICC) and also not receiving my money for sale and infact viagogo charge me £80 for it.
Thanks,
Govind.
failure to deliver tickets
Today I was suppose to be attending a blink 182 concert in Frankfurt, Germany. Five weeks ago I received an email from viagogo that my tickets had been delivered to my provided address but every time I went to check, the tickets weren't there. I eventually looked up the tracking number and found out that UPS was unable to deliver to my address. When I contacted UPS, I was told that tickets were returned to Viagogo. When I tried to call Viagogo, I got an automatic reply stating my event wasn't within 72 hours so I couldn't talk to an actual person. My event was on a Monday so I called the Friday before. The lady I spoke with told me I was not entitled to a refund because I used an "incorrect address" which was my APO address because I am military overseas. I don't understand how I was never told to use an APO and Viagogo was tracking my deliver had been made, but once they found out there was a mistake in the delivery, it was suddenly my fault. However, the lady told me she would attempt to track my tickets...which never happened but she never called back or emailed me. I called again, reached the same operator that went by Denice and was told there was no higher supervisor I could talk to and essentially nothing I could do about not receiving my tickets. I tried once more the morning of my event, and again was blamed for not providing the proper address, which was my only address because of where I am stationed. Now I am out 150 Euro and have been told it's basically my fault, even though I never read anywhere, that I couldn't use my provided address. In addition, I was told to contact them sooner even though I sent several emails that never received a response or I got sent in circles and no one would speak with me on the phone until 72 hours prior to my event. I talked to three operators in total and none of them had a supervisor or manager I could speak with. This looks like a complete scam, definitely doesn't support the military and clearly has poor procedures and processes. UPS was blaming Viagogo and Viagogo blamed me. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. If I can't go to an event I paid for, then I at least expect a refund. I am going to make higher complaints to ensure this doesn't happen to other people. I can't believe a company is allowed to operate like this and I can see a lot of other people have been having the same issues.
scam
We had purchased two tickets for French Open 2017 Women's Final - 10Jun. Name on the tickets were different but viagogo said that tickets are still valid. Naturally, we were refused entry to the Game. Now, viagogo is not responding and we had spent almost 200 EUROS on this. This website should be banned and money reimbursed to customers.
Thanks,
Shashi
tickets for roland garros men's single finals - june 11 2017
I bought tickets on viagogo for the men's single finals. The tickets did not have our names but on the website it told us we could use it and so did their customer care when we specifically asked. We were refused entry on getting there. How do organisations like this charge obscene money and then scam and con and rob customers like this. Atrocious and will scream to everyone who I can about never buying anything off this website
