robbie williams tickets southampton 6th june 2017
My wife contacted your office this morning, extremely upset and concerned about the tickets received from you today that she ordered from you on 11th November 2016 for the Robbie Williams concert on 6th June 2017 booking reference: 8107761.
These tickets were ordered on the day of release and nine tickets were requested together in a good location. She was quoted £135 per ticket and they would be in Block 6, 7 or 8 in the Itchen Premier East Stand. She went ahead with this order.
We have received six tickets together in the North Kingsland Stand block 36 and three tickets together in the Northam stand block 44.
The problems arising are:
1. These are not together and with juveniles attending we cannot split the party with adult accompaniment – your Viagogo Help Centre states clearly – “Tickets purchased from a single listing will be seated next to each other, unless specifically stated during the check-out process” – this was not stated.
2. They are situated furthest away from the stage in the north part of the stadium not the Itchen East stand as quoted.
3. The tickets are not in our name. Six are in the name of M Foulkes and three are in the name of Melanie Davies.
4. This begs the question “who has our tickets?”
5. The tickets received have a ‘total’ face value of £71 and we have been charged £135 a mark-up of nearly 90%. You are currently advertising tickets available for this event face value £65-£99 at £90. This means we could have got the tickets for much less than we paid on day one.
At 14.05 today I called your Customer Service Line and eventually spoke to an advisor called Sandrine. She spent five minutes locating our booking, putting me on hold three times. When I told her the problem she put me on hold for 15 minutes, eventually coming back to me saying she would have to ‘look into my problems and call me back’. I asked how long it would take her to call me back and she said about half an hour – that was over two hours ago.
Unless we receive a satisfactory reply with consecutive tickets in the Itchen Stand with the next hour, we shall commence legal proceedings against you and your company for breach of contract. We will also go to every social media site with details of how we have been treated by your company and the lack of service or response.
Both of the above I am sure you will wish to avoid. We only want the correct tickets we paid for in November last year, together and in the superior stand.
I have been charged a huge fee unfairly
Hi I advertised 4 tickets to the Europa league final being played 2 weeks ago here in Stockholm. My ticket listing sold after a few hours of it being active on the viagogo website, but then an hour later was coming another email to say they had been sold again. I tried to find a customer support contact number or email which was very difficult but did send...
Read full review of Viagogo and 4 commentshave not received tickets for free event
After purchasing tickets for the Arianna Grande concert via viagogo for 22/5 for my daughter and two of her friends I have now had huge problems with trying to get my free tickets to the event on Sunday 4/6. Initially we were unable to claim, then sent email's giving us 2 hours to register, which I did. Then another email stating I had to re register within again a few hours, which again I did! To now not received the 'link' to be able to go through to get the free tickets.
I thinks the service you offer your customers is appalling, it is practically impossible to speak to anyone on the phone being constantly redirected to the help centre, which is an ironic name as it is not helpful at all! I am yet to receive tickets and for a second time my young daughter and friends are disappointed with the prospect of not seeing Arianna again, please respond
Overcharge for tickets. Are they fake tickets?
I have been grossly over charged for X5 Grinspoon tickets for a concert on July 07 Enmore Theatre Newtown, that are $73.45 each. These tickets were purchased on 05/04/2017. Confirmation number [protected]. Account number [protected]. When going to the Grinspoon website for tickets, I was diverted to viagogo. I was charged $873.74 plus an international transaction fee. The tickets have been sent in another persons name- Damien Evans. Looking on viagogo website, it is disturbing to see people being turned away from concerts for fake tickets purchased from viagogo. I would like my money returned.
blocking number after being told they would deal with an issue and get back to me
i was selling some tickets for Parklife, which i put out for delivery yesterday, however the UPS point refused to be me a receipt, so i clicked ' report a problem' on Viagogo thinking it would bring me to contact details, however it canceled my whole page. There was no indication that in clicking this it would cancel my sale, nor did it double check with me that i meant to click that button. I cannot be the only person this has happened to.
So i contacted them straight away to see if they could get my page back, so i could get paid, as i already had sent the tickets. I spoke to a lady on the phone who said she would try and get back to me. However i have heard nothing, so i tried to call back, and it says ' we are unable to assist you over the phone'.
so they have stopped me from contact them, and are currently holding my payment, though i have proof my tickets were sent. But they have not retrieved my page.
Think it is disgusting behavior- i contacted the person i was selling tickets too, and they said they received an email letting them know the tickets were to be delivered- but whether i will receive the payment remains a mystery as i no longer can contact viagogo

Total lack of service. Buyer beware. Thieves
On March 27 2017 I placed and order with Viagogo – Order ID: [protected], Tiziano Ferro, Section Tribune Onore Destra Row 6 (2 tickets) Stadio Olimpico, Rome 28 June 2017. The order was confirmed. On April 27th 2017 I contacted Viagogo to resell my tickets and they confirmed this by email my Listing for resale: [protected]
On May 4th 2017, Viagogo asked me to confirm that I wish to sell the tickets. I reconfirmed and I received confirmation of that. On May 31st 2017, I have received this notification from Viagogo: This is a reminder that your sale for Tiziano Ferro (Order: [protected]) must be shipped within the next week. Failure to ship by 7 June 2017, 21:59 may result in us having to cancel your sale and replace the tickets for the buyer, which may incur a fee. WELL HOW CAN I SHIP TICKETS THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED FROM VIAGOGO!? I tried to contact them but the way the site is structured doesn’t allow for any helpful resolution of issues. Dealing with Viagogo is almost impossible and most frustrating. I contacted them three times with no answers. I went into the sales section and pressed ‘report a problem’ – I pressed that button and they automatically CANCELED the sale. They are disgusting bunch of thieves with ZERO customer service. This cost 501 Euros! BUYER BEWARE
fraud
Hi
Please can someone get back to me urgently about the ticket fraud from my account? You are trying to take nearly £1000 pounds from my account and I need this stopping immediately.
Please can someone contact me to let me know that this has been stopped?
This was for an Erasure concert in Newcastle upon Tyne. I have sent an email earlier today. My name is Rachael Page. I have tried to call your offices but it will not call.
thanks
payment not received
I sold 2 tickets for Georges Brassens in Madrid on January 31, 2017 (Order Number #894272) for 253, 16€ and have still not received the payment!
I have contacted them by post in March 2017 but still no answer.
I expect payment but I have no way to reach them because they do not respond to the emails and they do not take phone calls.
Please find attached copy of the confirmation of the sale and my letter to them.
Thank You!

tickets for the rolling stones, unethical behaviour when I finally introduced my card details
I have bought tickets for the Rolling Stones on the 18th of May. The price for 2 tickets plus fees was 300 pounds, but when I finally introduced my card details, they told me that I have had paid 400 pounds. Then, I received an email telling me that, the price that I had paid was 4540 Danish krones. So I have paid 412, 38 pounds in total.
My order number is ID [protected]
I request a full refund, as the price that I have paid is not the one that initially was shown on the page.

I purchased a ticket to Marcus and Martinus concert in Helsinki 18/11/2017. The ticket was overprised and will be delivered about a week before the event. I want my money back because I have read so many stories that the tickets have been fake or not delivered at all. Other ticket companies deliver the tickets right away so I can´t understand why Viagogo isn´t able to do the same. I want an answer for this complaint latest 1/6/2017 .
Below is an e-mail I received from Viagogo on. I don´t want to rate my experience. I want my money back if the tickets aren´t delivered right away.

I purchased a 6th Row ticket to see Drake in Paris. When I got to the venue they said someone had already used my ticket. If I don't get a refund I will complain on YouTube, Instagram, and facebook about your shady business practices. Please resolve it immediately. I want my $75 and change back ASAP!

I purchased two tickets for a Jackson Browne Concert for June 24th at the Albert Hall in London. Upon receipt of the tickets they are priced at £52 each. I was over a 100 sterling per ticket. I am unable to reach Viagogo to ask for a break down of their additional charges.

My transactions have been cancelled 3 (three) times after making the payment, but my money from the account was charged.

I am disappointed at the final cost of my ticket order, my tickets were £58.95 each and my final cost £168.05, I do not know how this can be apart from having the tickets tracked. I would like to remove tracking please and I am sure this will visibly reduce the cost, could you organise this problem

Viagogo sold two tickets for the concert on 18/3/17 but have only paid me for one ticket. I have sent them copies of the original tickets but they have closed my account.
We have purchased Randy Crawford tickets in Pretoria, South Africa, 26th October 2018. The show has been cancelled, and we received an email that refunds will be credited to our account. To date, we have not received the credit on the account.

I am wanting to reallocate my seats for the amount i paid. I paid $350.00 for row V tickets i purchased last saturday evening. Today(monday) i can see tickets in the second row from stage for the same price! I am not happy and would like to have my seats reallocated to the 2nd row immediately OR I would like a refund. If not, i will proceed with a further complaint with ACCC or fair trading. the site on saturday evening was misleading and will not purchase from viagogo in the future - Date of show is Tuesday 4th July- see attached.
roland garros tickets
It was eye opening to print off my tickets for Roland Garros and see clearly marked on the ticket the price of a ticket 65 euros.
So 2 tickets bought 2*65 =130
Total price charged = 482.30
I wish to have a full refund. I am in the process of making an official complaint to the Trading Standards.
The most interesting fact is that I have no idea how I ended up on your site I registered on the official Roland Garros site in order to be informed about ticket sales and ended up being scammed.
resale of tickets I purchased
I purchased 3 tickets for an event due to be held in January 2017 I bought the tickets in November 2016 but due to a double booking was unable to attend so was advised by your site to sell them which I did, I received the confirmation my tickets had been bought before Christmas 2016. I followed the instructions in the shipping details email which said to not print the label until i was ready to send the tickets as this would start the tracking automatically. When I received the tickets 1 week before the event I printed the label and as I was on my way to drop them off at the UPS office I got a call from your customer services to tell me not to send the tickets as this was not a UK address and that I would here back from you with a UK address to send the tickets too. After 2 days of not hearing anything I called the number back and was told that you still did not have a UK address and that I should just wait a few more days. After another 2 days with nothing I called again and asked if I could send the tickets to the venue for the buyer to collect and was told no I then asked if I could get e tickets sent to me and the buyers email address to send them on to and was told no and again was told to wait even after I explained that due to where I lived it at the very top of Scotland and it would take 2 days for the tickets to get to London so I really needed to find a way to send them. I called again the next day but the number was constantly busy I emailed but no reply. On the date of the event I noticed that a selling fee was deducted from my credit card and when I tried to contact you again I got nothing back. After weeks of sending countless emails I finally got a reply that said as I didn't send the tickets I would not get any sort of refund which I think is totally absurd as it was your company who stopped me sending the tickets and did not let me offer the buyer any other way to collect the tickets. Totally outrageous customer service and such poor communication I will never use this company again
viagogo - selling fake tickets
3 x tickets purchased May 24th for Australian AFL match on Richmond v Essendon on 27/05/17. E-tickets received and tickets are completely fake. They look as if they have been created on "Paint" on someones home computer. Meant to be high quality seats and was intending on paying $135 per ticket. Also didn't see their added $35+ per ticket addition to my order before submission and didn't realise until I checked my order email. Order ID: [protected].
Would like a full refund.
credit card charged additionally without explanation. no response to emails.
Hi,
I bought tickets for coldplay, Singapore from this website. I paid for them using my credit card.
I put them back up for sale because the price was astronomical. However, they kept pressuring me to send tickets to them for the buyer while they had not even sent me the tickets yet. I even got a few phone calls from them from their office from this gentleman called Brian following up for the tickets.
By the time I got the tickets, the buyer had already taken a refund from them and not asked Viagogo to replace the tickets at an additional cost. Viagogo sent me an email informing me of this and said no further action was requirement from my side.
After the concert was over, they charged my credit card for US$ 1069. I have been emailing them since then but there is no response on emails and there is no response on any of their listed numbers.
I would like them to refund the money that they have wrongfully charged to my account for this but it is impossible to get through to this company because no customer care contact point responds and no alternate is available. All their phone numbers are fake.
My order number is 8256355.
Please help. I am desperate and don't know who to reach out to.
Best regards,
Hanisha
europa cup final
I ordered tickets for the Ajax - Man United final in Stockholm and paid over $1750 per ticket. They were supposedly shipped via UPS but never arrived. Viagogo provided a valid tracking number but UPS said they could not find the envelope and advised that the sender needed to request a search. I tried to get a hold of Viagogo support via email and phone, but neither approach was successful. Unbelievably bad support for a service business! Now pursuing a refund via credit card company. Never using Viagogo again. BTW, I bought replacement tickets via FootballTicketNet for half the Viagogo price and, while the delivery was later than promised, their support was very accessible and helpful.
not receiving tickets purchased for the monaco f1 grand prix 2017
I ordered 2 tickets for the Monaco Grand Prix from Australia. I changed the delivery address to an apartment in France with my mobile number as the contact. Viagogo accepted and confirmed the order (order ID 8462070 $896.75 Aud). The delivery failed as I was not in France when the tickets were attempted to be delivered. I contacted UPS to try and arrange a new delivery but they would not deliver the tickets unless I provided them with a French phone number. While in discussions via email with UPS to try and arrange pick up or delivery of the tickets UPS returned the tickets to the supplier. I contacted Viagogo and the promptly replied that they should be able to help me if I provided them with a French phone number. I replied that I do not have a French phone number and are contactable on the phone number registered on the confirmed order. Since then I cannot get a reply to my emails from Viagogo. Viagogo just ignore any email I send and I have not heard from them for 3 days. I have informed them via email that if I don't receive my tickets prior to the event then I expect a full refund as UPs and Viagogo's refusal to use the register phone number for contact is the direct reason for the contract (tickets) not being honored.
order id [protected] - ed sheeran tickets
Hi
I purchased tickets on the 23 of May to the Ed Sheeran Concert in Sydney, on the 16th March 2018.
You have overcharged me for the tickets, and I request an immediate refund. I had no intention of purchasing the tickets at an over inflated price of $AUD400 per ticket.
I request a refund by no later than the 2nd June or I will report the overcharge to the following;
- The Australian Federal Policy Cyber Crime Team
- The Australian Fair Trade Commssion and
- The Financial Ombudsman
Legislation in Australia requires that any company reselling tickets should at the point of sale indicate the particular seat, row number and restrictions and these were not.
I have in fact paid for poor seats and an inflated price of 400%.
Should you have any queries, please do contact me, otherwise I will expect a refund within the next two weeks. Failure to do so will mean that I will contact the above.
Yours sincerely
Stephen Dula
Hi Stephen,
I am in the same boat mate. I got ripped off also using Viagogo for Ed Sheeran. I did not realise the true cost of the tickets until I spoke to friends that were lucky enough to purchase through ticketek. I got charged $60 each for booking fee. This is fraud and I have demanded a refund also. They have refused and they refuse to call me it is all done via email. I'm not sure what our options are from here?
Cheers Suzy.
