employee ugly attitude
Walgreens at cedar spring, dallas, texas, they have rude employee with ugly attitude, her name is nequila she is very rude, she drinks alcohol while working at the store, she dont like female customers, just flirting with men, she dont really work, the only thing she does is flirt with the men and drink alcohol and makes fun of the female customers.
manager
The Manager named Janis at 7930 Beltline Rd, Dallas, TX 75254 was very rude on 06/16/17 approx. 7:00 p.m. The lady behind the counter was being harassed by a rude customer (cust was trying to use fake coupons) and was cussing at the poor lady behind the counter. Janis the so called manager would not take up for her employee and could not handle the customer that was trying to steal using bad coupons and said she couldn't handle being yelled at by the bad customer. This customer was yelling at the cashier, instead of having the bad customer leave (even though she came in just to harass) she said she couldn't handle it. I chose not to buy my things and had her void my transaction as I do not want to shop and buy at a store where the manager will not take up for her employee. She (manager) would not show me proof that it voided and she told me to get out of her store before she gets fired (for being a rude [censor] to me). I will NEVER shop at ANY Walgreen's again due to her rudeness to her own employee. I will go to CVS, Walmart or Kroger. Kristie Mayfield

I have always filled my prescriptions before 8:00 am. I use a 24 hour Walgreens so that I can get my prescriptions before work. Today I was told all medications had to be filled after 8:00 am on the date of the prescription. The one refill was ready at 6:30 when I arrived. I have to be late for work to wait on a prescription that has never been an issue up to this point.
refusal to take order from a licensed doctor
1309 Richmond road Williamsburg, Virginia
Bobby zimmers pharmacist refused to take a order for prescription from a licensed doctor. She claims she has the right to not accept from anyone. I want to know if this is a new walgreens policy. When pharmacy business is competitive this pharmacist behavior to very rude. She is abrupt and does not care for patient who suffers glaucoma and in need of medication. She filled wrong prescription for a different medication. Would take this further to state pharmacy board and DEA. Very bad pharmacy location.
pharmacist/pharmacy and their attitudes and dispositions towards the customers that happen to need their medications
According to the pharmacy manager at the walgreens in pasadena texas at the corner of southmore and burke in the zip code of 77502 they snicker and smile and laugh at you when they tell you their not going to refill your medication for you when it's only a matter of hours before the day they are saying that you can have it filled that's the stupidist thing i've heard of to them I guess just cause your taking a control substance that you don't need your medication they walk around behind the counter there at that walgreens giving the customers stupid demands like that and smile and laugh while they tell you who in the hell gives these pharmacist this much control and power my dogs veterinarian has more education and schooling than these joker's have with their pharmacy tech. Certificates they possess and has more compassion and for people's needs than these want a bes with power trips ever could have when your stuck using garbage parmacies like walgreens cause they are the only convenient carriers of your medication is nothing short of communisism and only gives the smart [censor] the right to have you by the balls no more for me walgreens can have them smart [censor] pharmacist with the giggles and laughs when look you in the eyes and screw you out of just a matter of a few hours on getting your script filled im going elsewhere so bye carmen and you oriental non americans pharmacy technicians that want a be men pharmacist but cant im going back to walmart girls
problems filling prescriptions
I have been going to Walgreens since 2007 for all my medications and I have been on and off pain medication since that time but I have consistently been on it since 2014. every four weeks I go to the doctors and I get my prescriptions. Now, I sometimes am able to fill them after 4 weeks, I'm sometimes not able to fill them after 4 weeks, it depends on the pharmacist, it depends on what day it is, if he's having a bad day, I don't know, but I am so fed up. Several months ago I asked them exactly how it has to be worded so I can fill it every 28 days. They told me today when I went to pick it up that it wasn't worded correctly. So I have reached my limit of patience. I am on disability and am very ill and stress just exacerbates the pain, etc. All I need is to know how to word my Oxycodone 30mg tablets, my Oxyconten 40 mg SR tablets and my D-salt combo 20 mg tablets. I simply cannot keep going on like this. I know I am only one customer, but I spend A LOT OF MONEY on these scripts. Whatever happened to Customer Service? Please advise me as to what I should do moving forward. Thanking you in advance for all your help.
Sincerely, Donna White

banishment for life (I am 78) from walgreens
This is more a request based on a complaint against me. It is a valid complaint, in that unfortunately I did commit petty theft twice some weeks ago. Three days ago I was banned for life from the store on Adeline in Berkeley. I had not done anything. A life sentence seems pretty severe, especially since I am willing to sign a legal document verifying that I will never steal again...or do labor as penance. Can you help?

I made a purchase at Walgreens store #[protected] 34th st N St. Petersburg, Fl 33713. About two weeks after I attempted to return the item. The cashier told me that the item is not returnable. At first I thought this was a joke . He went on to bagger me about if I had made that purchase in the store. This Walgreens is the only one I ever used because it is close to my home. I spend thousands of dollars filling my prescriptions, printing photos and buying beauty products. I proceeded to ask for a manager since I didn't have my receipt I gave them my phone number which is linked to my rewards for them to attempt to return the product. The very rude shift lead Leigha still couldn't find the product. I don't understand how it is that every time I go to the store I either put my number in or scan my rewards card and they couldn't find the product? I was treated like a criminal who took the product from the store. I even offered to give my credit card i used to pay so that they may find the product. This is a blatant act to disrespect customers and someone is obviously not doing a good job of ringing up items in the store. I will transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy and I will tell my friends and family not to use them

Submitted a prescription I had to get as an emergency on may 31st, was told it had to be ordered and would be in friday june 2nd at the latest (3 different times, 2 of them after being told it would be in by june 1st). Now, after 48hrs, I just had an employee in the pharmacy tell me I should "probably just come pick up my prescription and take it somewhere else." now I am extremely sick and wondering why I ever used walgreens in the first place.

I dropped off my disposable camera over a month ago to get developed. There was a problem at fuji during development and they were mislabeled. I have talked to Fuji and multiple people at walgreens including the manager about where my pictures are and have given multiple descriptions. I keep getting told by Fuji it will be another week or walgreens staff say they will call Fuji and get back to me and they never do. I want someone to find out where my pictures are and not just tell me it will be another week. Or if they are lost I want to be compensated in some way. Thanks to Fuji and walgreens I have memories that are lost forever. I would like this matter solved immediately.

6/1/17 - Store #6762 - Employee: Glinda
I printed 15 pix, but was not satisfied with how they looked. So I returned, taking a sampling of my pix, the receipt & envelope, & asked if I could re-print them. One employee said yes.
Glinda prepared the pix, but would NOT allow me to have the all the pix, unless I brought an even exchange of pix. They will simply be thrown out anyway, however.
So petty! There's too many stores and companies where I can get pix developed.
filling prescription hostility whenever I rx narcotic pain meds
I am sick of racist pharmacists in stores like in collinsville and fairview heights, il giving me problems eg. Whenever i rx narcotics meds for patients i deem are sincere in their pains eg. Diabetic neuropathy. If they are so paranoid about these meds then the government needs to return my $700 fee for my legitimate dea license and i will gladly send any patients needing more than aleeve or ibuprofen to one of thiose pain management ctr which i think is the intentions of these racist beings at walgreens in order to force me out of business. But until then i would greatly apppreciate if these beings stop giving me and my patients a hard time and just fill the damn prescriptions and stop harassing me! i even paid for a stamp pad with my name, license number and dea number that use over my signature and still that is not enough. If this continues i will simply need to explain to patients to get the rx from their pcp and leave me alone because i am not getting paid anything for writing for rx!
You are aware of all the restrictions that walgreens HAS to follow concerning narcotics? Stop pulling the race card when you don't get your own way.
unethical behaviour / poor customer service
The purpose of this e-mail is to submit a compliant regarding pharmacist Ms. Glendali Camacho at the Walgreens in las Piedras, Puerto Rico store #945. The pharmacist failed to secure required documentation to insurance company thus noting my having to wait an additional 72-hours for medication approval. Please note that prescription was submitted 24-hours prior to today- day of pick-up but because they failed to follow protocol for insurance coverage of a medication that costs over $700.00 dollars; I was told in a condescending, rude and careless manner to move from the wait line and return when called for pick-up- possibly 72-hours.
It is important to note that I had to call the insurance line and inform pharmacy what to do since the pharmacist / manager Mr. Alexis Rodriguez were out of sorts and unsure what to do with regard to prior authorization of noted medication. As a result, I requested my prescription back- aided them in securing cancellation of scripts to submit to another pharmacy.
I will never use Walgreens' pharmacy services again since my health is paramount. The idea that persons like Ms. Glendali Camacho can come to the window and say..." well if you have $700.00 to pay for your medication you can stay in line but if not you have to leave and wait until we get to completing the process...come back with the money or within 72-hours.
I have never been treated like this and as a result; I will no longer use this service thus encourage others not to either. Please educate your staff and or replace with others that are approachable. Completely disappointed.
pharmacy/pharmacist
I went to pick-up my prescription -which my doctor had called in early for me- of Hydrocodone 10/325, Count 60 because when I called to check if it was ready at 4:00 PM on Friday, May 27, 2017, they an automated voice told me I could pick it up any time after 5:45 PM. When I got to the Pharmacy at approximately 11:00 PM, they refused to give me my prescription until they either talked to my doctor, or on June 1, 2017. They said they thought it was a refill -which in and of itself is ludicrous due to the fact that you cannot even have a reoccurring refill on a controlled substance of that class, so that just is not true- and they felt my doctor would not want me to have it until the First. Well when did your pharmacist earn an MD? And even if he had a MD, he's not MY DOCTOR. Further, since when does your pharmacist think he can either read my doctors mind, or decide what he means beyond the written prescription? In conclusion, I was denied my legal prescription and have had to be in severe pain for not just the weekend, but Memorial Day as well, and I have Aortic Aneuryisms- that's right, Two of them- and I am in an incredible amount of pain all because your rude, wrong, arrogant employee thinks he has the right to overrule my licensed physician's written order. I can guarantee you that come tomorrow morning, my doctor is going to be one angry fellow because you violated my rights, the law, and changed his orders without his permission. Oh, and I've reported this to the DEA who are always interested in people pretending to be doctors who PRACTICE MEDICINE WITHOUT A LICENSE, and they control both distribution and the doctors who write the prescriptions for them, so I am going to see to it that your unprofessional pharmacist doesn't do this to anyone else. Kimberley Mason-Widing concerning the 855 Colusa Avenue Pharmacy in Yuba City, California, 95991
I can honestly say, the Pharmacists involved in this situation, are not just wrong, but stupid. Not only was my prescription filled on the day my doctor called it in(Friday, May 26, 2017), but it was approved by my insurance company, put in the lettered bins of prescriptions that are ready to be picked-up, and evidently, that was forgotten. Because why else would the Pharmacy Manager/Supervisor call me on Tuesday afternoon, May 30, 2017 -after my doctor very aggravated and succinctly, informed them that he meant for me to get my prescription immediately, within hours of him having called it in, JUST LIKE IT ALWAYS HAS BEEN, and told them to fill my prescription and give it to me- to first make excuses and to justify his co-worker's erroneous actions, and then to inform me that I would STILL have to wait until Thursday, June 1, 2017 -despite my doctor telling them to give it to me immediately-because they were completely out of stock on their supply of Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 10/325 tablets because of the much heavier traffic due to the extended 3 Day Holiday Weekend, they hadn't had enough inventory, and would not be receiving ANY more until June 1, 2017. I am so not kidding; I wish I was. I had been in hurting pretty badly since Saturday morning, and saw the dawn of Tuesday morning with great relief and
was anticipating, and extremely grateful that I would finally have my meds and be getting a break from the unrelenting, debilitating pain.
So when this man, this Pharmacy Supervisor/Manager said this to me, I really thought I hadn't heard him correctly. Then when he assured me that I had heard him correctly and despite my doctor telling them to fill it immediately, they could not until June 1, 2017, late in the afternoon. When I lost my composure and quite loudly and angrily told him he had better get them from another Walgreen's Pharmacy, because as far as I was concerned -and is Standard Operating Procedure and COMPANY POLICY- all NEW Rx's were to be filled right away. And this WAS a New Prescription. Because you cannot get Vicodan refilled. It must be a new script every 30 days at least; it's been that way for about 2 years now with the tightened regulation and distribution by the FDA. And he said their was nothing he could do, I wasn't going to be getting any pills no matter what until Thursday June 1, 2017. Then he said: just like you were told. JUST LIKE I WAS TOLD.
You mean like I was erroneously and negligently told by your fellow Pharmacist? When he was acting as if he had the right -and the responsibility- to CHANGE my doctors orders? That was exactly what he meant. And that was what happened. I was forced to suffer through another 2 days of increasingly worsening pain due to not ever being able to get comfortable and get any good sleep, and because I wasn't able to even do everyday, simple, necessary things due to that pain. The Vicodan bring a decent amount of relief -the only relief I get from my condition now- and without them, I am effectively an invalid. So I was given my prescription(or rather, my Fiance went and got it for me) on Thursday at 5:28 PM. And the very first thing I did was to check the paper receipt and drug information paper, and the bottle itself of my Rx, for the date it was filled. And that date was Friday, May 26, 2017, with the notation that it should be available for pick-up by the customer by 5:45 PM. And just to make absolutely sure that there was no way they could get out of this, I checked when it hE been run through and approved by my insurance company. And that date was Friday, May 26, 2017. So if that was not just malicious and cruel, but a blatant abuse of power and violation of the public trust, I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS.
Bravo! I see someone is catching on to the erosion of the MD's authority. They do this junk a lot. Always call your doctor if they don't cough up your script. That's a doctor's order, and that's the law! Always has been...still is.

I have been in several of your stores in the CT area. This incident happend in New Haven, Bridgeport and Hartford. Myself and associates have smelled marijuana on staff. They were all no older than 35. I hope for future references you can implement a drug testing policy or a drug awareness program so that they will no about the long term effects of this drug.
walk in clinic apopka fl
Came in on a Sunday 10:20, two people ahead and went to sign in at the computer station directed to. After giving all of my information to the computer; First appointment was showing for 1:45. I said what, and the girl behind the counter said there is something wrong with that machine and to just select it and I would be in line. I selected it and then the machine said it could not process the request and to go to the counter. The same woman then said she could not help me as they were not Walgreens. I said the computer and all of the signs say Walgreens but you say it's not. She said sorry we can't help you and to try going on line to make the reservations. If the computer is not working and they know it's not working then why is there not a sign on it? If they are not really Walgreens then why do all of the signs for the clinic say Walgreens ? Why was there zero assistance from the host store for the independent company ?

passport photos
On Thursday evening I called the store to ask if they did passport photos. The associate said yes and confirmed that they could do photos anytime the store was open. We then came to the store and got there at 9:33. The associate from the phone greeted us but told us that they in fact couldn't do the photos because it was after 9:30. Rosie the store manager said she was already doing closing procedures and refused to assist us. It took her 15 minutes to come tell her this and then she wouldn't have the other manager Johana even talk to us because she said it was after 930. The customer service and attitude we received from Rosie and disrespect from Johana are unacceptable and they should've honored the fact that their associate told us on the phone pictures could be taken at any time. I am writing this compliant for the following location:

Complaint on Walgreens store 10199 located at 1100 East Main Street, Russellville, Arkansas 72801. Pharmacist (Carl K) refused to fill prescription even though they had doctors prescription with doctors signature and seal, and had filled the same prescription for the last two years from the same doctor, same clinic, same medicine. Took prescription to Walgreens on other side of town and they filled it with no problem. Customer service at store on East Main is horrible! I've used the same store for years and had the same prescription s filled. It was the pharmacist poor customer service that has me changing pharmacy. There is no excuse for someone abusing their power to supply a needed medication to another. Pharmacist should be held to the hiparatic oath the same as doctors. This pharmacist clearly needs to be recramanded.
pharmacy
Everytime I take my pain medication refill in to be filled, the pharmacist gives me a hard time about something. Constantly coming up with "new rules" for me just to get it filled. I have chronic pain and I am tired of being treated like some drug addict. Living with chronic pain is hard enough; a person shouldn't have to deal with this kind of stuff. It's so unnecessary! The pharmacist talks down to me and makes me feel like Im doing something wrong. I will now be switching to a different pharmacy. I would rather drive 5 miles to a different pharmacy than drive 3 blocks to Walgreens. When I complained to my Dr. about Walgreens, he told me to go somewhere else as they are known to be a horrible pharmacy. Maybe soon Walgreens will get another multi-million dollar fine for being so horrible.
