I made a return from an online purchase I made with the card, I returned item in store in person, walmart money card customer service told me that my card was blocked because they need proof I bought what was returned with said card which I did but was months ago and after the return I lost receipt so they're holding the amount of the return and everything else I have on there a few hundred dollars and won't unblock my card or give me an alternate way to get my money, they said the card is blocked that's it I can't have my money!walmart money card is a rip off you lose money continuously beware do not use this card
swim bottoms
i bought a bathing suit bottom piece from walmart and when i used it for the very first time in an indoor pool i realized something wasnt right when i was swimming and once in the shallow end i reached down to discover that i was hanging out of the front as the bottoms fell apart and i couldnt get out of the pool . i waited until there wasnt anyone nearby and made a dash for my towel to cover up . when i tried to take the bottoms back i was only told i could exchange them but no refund. they told me i should have bought a larger pair but they were a large.

Walmart Kirkland store sold me a wrong prepaid phone card of 100$ on Jan 13, 2016, I asked for a Bell pre-paid phone card and they sold me a Virgin mobile card, probably because they thought Bell and Virgin belong to the same company at that time. I noticed the problem when I tried to activate the card and Bell refused it. I went back to the store to return the card, but they told me they could not do the return for prepaid phone card even though they feel sorry for the mistake of their employee made but they could not do anything about it, they let me to solve it with Bell and Virgin Mobile by myself, they told me they could not hold the responsibility for the mistake of their employee made for this case. I called Bell again and they told me it's impossible for them to fix this issue as they are different company with Virgin Mobile, and let me to return the card to the store. Now I am stuck!

I've tried to order something from Walmart two times and twice it become a real nightmare. Both times my orders were rejected for no reason. I contacted Walmart customer care and they refused to explain what was the reason. The first time they told that is was my bank who rejected my order, but when I called my bank they had no idea what was I talking about. I asked my bank to check my transaction history and was told that Walmart took my money and later put it back. Second attempt at making an order on this website also failed. Similar thing happened, but in the end they finally admitted it was them rejecting the card. They finally allowed me to make an order. Well, I made an order, but several days later received a message stating that my order was cancelled. Very strange company.
pharmacy incompetency
I'm a former customer, and upon filling my "90 day" prescriptions I was given a "30 day" supply. And the cashier argued with me like I was the stupid one and said " you've always only gotten one" which was an outright lie first of all. Second of all READ the prescription!!! I bought a sweater and a robe with the faded glory . on the sweater the pocket has come apart and the robe seam right above the hook piece has come apart. I used to buy faded glory with no issues until now. I loved my robe and my sweater but now I cant even wear them. something needs to be done about this. I bought my daughter a Walmart visa money card. and now the company wont let her activate it without her giving them her social security number. the people don't speak good English, and my daughter has been warned not to give out her social security number to anyone she don't trust. so" she cant use her card and I lost my money I spent for it. i'm now reading lots of complaints from others about this card. what I want to know is" is Walmart a part of this scheme? I have used different Walmart cards for a number of years for different things. I recently had 2 my payroll was suppose to be deposited on my card but one of the girls there decided to deactivate the card because I had 2 different cards, Which I had had before. My problem is they are not returning my payroll check to Hr so they can resend it to me... This is theft of a pay check and I can get nothing done about it . It has being going on a week. Do I go to the police and file theft charges. Do I get an attorney and sue Walmart? What do I do from here.

I purchased a TV from Walmart back in July 2015, and it is now January 2016! Like only 6 months passed and it is not working already! I try to turn in on, but it just doesn’t work. I even unplugged it and waited a few seconds and when I plugged it up again, some strange noise came from the speakers. I contacted Walmart customer service through their live chat, and their rep offered me a refund. I was extremely happy and felt lucky. Later I received a message from a rep and was told that it had been too long to give a refund. Well, that is actually the end of the story. They really does not care that they gave me a 2 year guarantee.
toaster oven
A product, a toaster oven, on the shelf at Walmart store in Tomball, TX was priced at 1 cent. It was a display item and there were no others like it in stock. There were 5 or 6 other brands priced the same way. There were no other toaster ovens on display the color and size I needed for my kitchen. When I tried to purchase it, the assistant manager would not let me purchase it, saying Walmart doesn't sell display items and that the 1cent price was for the employees to know that item was not to be sold. She lied. I know for a fact that in the past, Walmart has sold me display items. And why would a price be on display items only for other employees to understand? And Customers having no clue? How ridiculous! In the past, I have tried to purchase items that have had a price, and was told at the check out, I had to pay more than the displayed price. Walmart used to be one of my favorite places to shop, but more and more it's becoming my least favorite because of the habitual bait and switch tactics that are being practiced. I purchased something on December 11, 2015. It is now January 14, but I haven't received anything yet! I haven't even received a confirmation email that the item has shipped. I called Walmart many times and every time they promised to send me an email and my tracking number. But still heard nothing from them. Three days ago called again and the young lady told me I would receive an email within 48 hours. No e-mail was sent! The customer service is disgusting.

poor quality not what bounty paper towels are known for
I recently puchased a pkg of 6 rolls bounty basic paper towels from walmart fairfield ca. 94533- Very disgusted with the quality. I have bought bounty paper towels since the 1970's. The quality is worse than the ones in the .99 cent store. towels are like total garbage, don't even seperate on perforations, also state that they are 50% stronger! more like 50% weak. This is one of the few american products i always counted on. If this is the new quallity, You lost me as a customer for almost 1/2 a century. contact me please... On the night of january 9th around 9:30 at night I was at the walmart on windward parkway in alpharetta picking up diapers on the way home from work. While walking around I noticed a man following me and approached him asking that he stop and why in fact he was following me to begin with he proceeded to tell me I can leave if I have a problem and I just finished my shopping and carried on only for him to turn another corner and laugh and say I outta kick you out. I left the diaper section and proceeded to customer service and asked for a manager. I asks why her undercover security was harassing me and she sent the security manager to talk to me. She literally yelled at me and accused me of being the one to follow him! It was messed up if you ask me some people should be fired cause I definitely felt attacked and iv never stolen iv shopped here for 5 years!

I was told by Wal-mart when I tried to go through the service department to exchange some curtains my wife got for Christmas because they are the wrong size. Couldn't find any in the same price range so I got more expensive ones and since I didn't have a receipt they asked for my DL and when they ran it was showing that I have a bad check. Well for one thing we do not shop at Walmart the only reason I was there was because that's where they were purchased from and for the second problem with this is that we don't have a checking account at all. They gave me a number to call and that is worthless because you cant get a human on the phone at all. How can I have a bad check with no checking account and I don't shop at there crappy stores.

I purchased a ps3 and extra controller several months ago. I also paid extra money to have it delivered sooner. Few months passed and It did not arrive, so I contacted Walmart to see what was going on. I was told they had some problems, so I decided to give them some additional time. As an apology they gave me a discount and offered a free shipping. Several days later I checked my Walmart account and fond out my order was cancelled. I contacted them and was told my discount was also cancelled. Well, they returned my money, but that was very strange experience.
repeatedly denying purchase attempts
I have had purchases declined numerous times. This is embarrassing. I have gone thru the prompts and addressed the last 5 purchase attempts, as instructed. The nice recording assures me this is for my protection, and my card is now good to go. After a couple of days of use, I start getting declined again. (Oh good, let's humiliate Nicki some more.) Oddly enough, the attempted purchases are mostly for Facebook games. It seems to me, the computer should recognize that I've routinely made purchases at this site. I use this card STRICTLY for on-line purchases and donations, rather than use my actual credit card. I figure if I'm going to be ripped off, it's better to lose a limited amount of funds. I thought all businesses are to provide for the disabled. Older blind people must not be disabled, because the Walmart in Mt. Pocono PA only has motorized scooters. HAHA can you imagine a blind person with a scooter? It is like giving your car keys to them. Would you like to be in that store? It really is not funny or anything to laugh about. But Walmart needs to get their act together. I have asked for a few months and still no wheel chair. When I complained to the mgr., he told me "it has not been that long". My 90 year old father who is blind can't shop there because Walmart does not accommodate the disable old blind. I really don't think you care for your customer just putting other businesses out like KMart across the street. They had a wheel chair. You should of bought it from them you could of got it cheep...
