I visit WaWa on the regular Store #8633
3360 E Princess Anne Rd Norfolk, VA 23502. I'm very disappointed with the friendliness from the staff. I hardly ever get any greeting. For example when the women preparing food calls my number and i approach the counter to get my food. Most of the time they don't make any eye contact they just slide my food in front of me and and walk away. I see these women everyday and they don't attempt to form any type relationship with the customers. I use work near another Wawa that i visited every week day and the employees got familiar with me, greeted me with a smile, wished me a good day. It encouraged me to keep coming each morning because i liked the staff. Unfortunately store #8633 doesn't care at all.

Yesterday I had bought The "seedless" red grapes cheese and crackers the package states that the grapes are seedless and every grape I ate had seeds in them! This never happened to me before with this product and I love this snack. But I couldn't even enjoy it because of the seeds in the grapes. Pictures provided.

On 9.18.18 I ordered a sandwich with avocado spread. I was charged for the addition but it was not put on my sandwich. I would like to be compensated for the sandwich that was prepared incorrectly.

Went in to the wawa on columbus with my son and the employees were behind the counter arguing yelling innapropriate language at each other, then one of the employees involved in the argument immediately started on my food, and in the end gave me a small sized portion when i ordered a large. I'm a frequent at wawa and this makes me disappointed.

Everytime I buy ice cream cone. They are always broken. Does matter. What kind you buy. How do you eat ice cream cone. In half .

I am really disappointed that Wawa has stopped selling the Greatest Pretzels ever in FL. 33772. I hope you bring them back. Everyone was so excited to see them come here. Great clean stores with the best gas and customer service, and a great snack to grab. A lot of people are disappointed down here.

I NEEDED GAS FOR MY LAWN MOWER, THEREFORE I HAD MY GAS CONTAINER .

I WAS TOLD BY THE GAS ATTENDANT THAT I HAD TO PUMP MY ON
GAS IN MY CONTAINER. I ASKED HIM WHEN DID THAT STARTED, HIS REPLY,
WHEN WE HAVE TWO OR MORE CARS I'm required to pump gas in my OWN
container.

I've NEVER complained before but I just stopped and got a sandwich and it was the smallest thing I've EVER got. I stop
At was a 4 times a week and this was the first time I've been disappointed

I went to Wawa yesterday for lunch. I got a tuna shortie. I didn't get my roll toasted but it was hard as a brick when biting down.

Supervisor shawn and two employees yacking at register about personal things even while we were trying to check out. They were still yacking at the register. Supervisor should have stopped the conversation and concentrated on his customers and sent his employees back to their jobs. This is unprofessional behavior.

This is the worst sub I've ever eaten from Wawa. There was extremely too much salt and extremely too much pepper and extremely very little vinegar and oil. This sandwich was terrible!

I bought an Italian hoagie with several toppings on it. When I left, I opened my hoagie to none of the toppings except for lettuce. They forgot to add half of my sandwhich to the order. I am extreamly dissatisfied with my order from wawa in Margate, NJ.

My daughter bought a breakfast burrito, with wrapped cheese!
they didnt even take the wrapper off this cheese!

she could have choked to death.
My daughter took photos of this as well.

This is totally wrong!

i hope someone can help fix this mess for us.

When I went inside I saw 2 rouches and felt sick to my stomach. When I told someone they said yeah we get them sometimes. I was surprised because you guys looked so clean. But looks can be deceiving. I will never get my food here again and will let everyone know how dirty Wawa really is.

My husband went too Wawa got me a 24 ounce salted caramel frozen cappuccino with extra espresso and extra flavor. Well when he came home with it it wasn't made right they never put the extra stuff in it. It taste like ice cream. I'm very mad this isn't the first time it's really getting old.

On 4/25/17 @7pm went to the Wawa on Berkley Road in Paulsboro, NJ and there was 4 lanes (8 pumps closed) that was in working order. I don't understand why this Wawa always has lanes closed when there is always a lot of cars waiting.

I got my sandwich (which is always delicious) and to quench my thirst I went to go get some wawa strawberry lemonade drink. Then I saw some white stuff dripping from the outside of atleast two containers! I had to get raspberry lemonade which I don't like! Get this together or i'm going to subway! 👿

Nov 5, 2018 0945. Wanted to buy coffee, 6 decanters empty. Ice machine would not dispense. Girl making coffee tells me she will get to coffee when she gets to it and ice is not part of her job. Cashier says he will let the manager know IF they come in late.

Each time I have come to purchase a gift card this store only has the expensive priced or worse none. Plus their attitudes suck. Very loud rude nonwawa friendly. I am used to being treated better than this at other wawas. Now I have yo purchase a 200 dollar card instead of 100. Plus only American express. What happened to visa or master card.

I walked into the bathroom and when i did i was very displeased about the sanitary of it. The bathroom stalls were very dirty. There was feces all over the toilet. Then there was this green liquid around the toilet.

I have a power stroke diesel truck i hate waiting for diesel cause of gas cars taking up all the diesel spot... Cause there gas pumps with diesel pumps they need to move the gas pump and make the diesel pump separate just like sunoco ...

Have decided to no longer be a loyal customer of WAWA do to be confronted by a cashier wearing BLM apparel. WAWA allowing associates wearing anti American marxist organization in plain view of customers is certainly not the message a US corporation should be allowing.
I called the store manager of the Hwy 56 / Bruce B Downs location here in Tampa Florida and she confirmed that the WAWA corporation supports Black Lives Matter, other wise known as “Burn Loot Murder”. And you cannot ignore that fact that their founders make no effort to hide their anti American agenda. They do so by allowing associates to wear buttons and other in a show of support of their personal cause.
Well a customer, Veteran and a proud American that supports our American way of life I have a choice to not spend my money with those who do not share the same values, as WAWA has demonstrated it firmly is anti American.

So long WAWA!

PS. Attempted to discuss with District Manager left message 3 days ago with no response, obviously management does not care about its customers either.
