I'm a former employee of Wendy's. I worked for them in 2020. Everyone who is still employed at my former store has received their forms from last years earnings, but I have not received mine. My address has not changed. Is there a website I can get my W-2?

Wendy’s Fish Filet Combo Meal

I have waited all year for the return of the fish sandwich, we have always enjoyed them during the lenten season. Today my husband and I went to the Wendy's in Charlotte, Michigan and got two fish filet combo meals. When we got home (since the restaurant was not open for dining in) and sat down to enjoy our meal, I was extremely disappointed. The fish was overcooked and dry and the cheese was dry as well, as if it had been fried with the fish.

I will not be going back for another.

Wendy’s Timeliness and incorrect order

Pulled into drive-thru at 9:41pm on 2/12/2021. Ordered 2 "singles plain" and 1 medium dr. pepper. Was able to pick up food by 10:00pm. Got home to find that both singles came with cheese. I am allergic to cheese. Too late at night to go back and i do not have time to sit in a drive-thru line for 19 minutes again. I just moved to this area, and this is the first time I have stopped at this location. I normally go to the Wendy's in Norwich, CT and have had normal service there. I am upset at the wait time. The line just didn't move. Then to get home and find i couldn't even eat my burgers was very upsetting, frustrating, and should never have happened like that. A single plain does not mean a single with cheese plain.

I ordered a jalapeño popper salad with jalapeño ranch dressing. The salad I ordered was brown and wilted. I tried to complain on the website and it does not work. An error message kept popping up. I did not get a receipt; however, I took pictures.

I had went to Metro Center Wendy's in Nashville TN drive thru and ordered 2 singles mayo pickles and onions and bacon fries and a large chilli. Wendy’s Charged twice

I used your APP to order my food, it said it went through. We showed up in drive through to be told no order was placed. Now we ordered again, paid CASH. We talked to the lady in drive through and showed her our order and confirmation, as well as being charges twice on my bank card. We then persued by calling the Wendy's the following day to be told by the manager she could not help us. This was on Thursday January 7th 2021, we were told we would get a call back after calling corporate to complain. Today we get a call at 6:30 pm on Thursday January 14th 2021. It's been a week, and Lisa at Wendy's store #4260 where we ordered, told me she could only reimburse me my $20.26 one time when I got charged it twice and still had to pay in Cash a third time. That's 40.52 I am out, plus paid another $20.26 . If I do not get reimbursed for both Bank charges I will tell everyone I know to stop doing business with this company!

Desired outcome: Paid back in Full!

I spoke with the manager James and after them getting my order wrong he proceeded to say that it isn't his employees job to provide customer service and he couldn't help. I was hung up on three times prior.

You had a cook handling food without gloves. 2 mins prior to that she was talking on her personal cell phone while working the cash register again without gloves. Highly unprofessional. I decided to take a video and record other employees wearing gloves and following protocol. I feel like this is gross and highly inappropriate for the year of COVID.

Wendy’s Product

Went to the Wendy's in Albuquerque on 4800 Menaul on Saturday around 11:18 am. My husband and I ordered a #1 combo, #7 combo and a extra chicken sandwich. What we got was complete disappointment. Normally these are juicy and full of flavor. What we got was sandwiches with hard crispy buns, dry cardboard flavored meat and almost inedible chicken. So disappointing we will not be back.

I buy frostys every week I bring them home and freeze them. The last 3 times I went they told me they had no chocolate. I paid for 24 key tags, I have been doing this for at least 4 years, can I get my money back for the key tags? I would like the frostys instead but I guess someone doesn't want to do their job. Wendy’s I ordered a plain 1/4 single no cheese plain. I received a fully condimented burger with two. Jr. Patties instead of a single

The drive thru person seemed to rush me through my order and was kind of rude. I had a problem which went unresolved a few months ago and haven't returned since. I probably will not be stopping a third time. It was a Sunday and my choices were limited due to chick fil a being closed. It was Wendy's or McDonald's and I made the wrong choice again.

Went thru the pittsburgh bethel park wendy's on 12/3 at 630 order burger fries, they were so salty very salty not fresh! Jr cheeseburger was old like rubber. And not lettuce for any of the sandwich. Wth going on. And it was 2 meals that were awful.. Oh and when we paid they had no pennies no big deal just round it off.. Not hard anyways it was not good experience nor other times...
