Wendy’s Severe Diarrhea for two days

Wendy’s Customer Service/Employees Training

I certainly hope what happened to me this morning is not the NORM or this location wont last! I took the time to stop IN and try breakfast Let me set the scene...No One inside the store...I approach the counter and place my order...Lady said What can i get you When i told her she typed it in and walked away deceided she wanted to wait on the drive thru with great accuracy and concern then got exasperated with me when my card wasnt placed in at the appropriate time. She very rudely said Put it in! Back to the drive thru! Meanwhile 3 other employess, all with headsets were standing around... When i complained about the lousy service all 3 wanted to argue The tall black guy even rolled his eyes at me and swung his hand like OH WELL Then proceeded to explain to me she was handling both but my question was WHAT was everyone else doing? What they obviously wasnt taught is...CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON THEY HAVE A JOB AND WENDYS ISNT THE ONLY PLACE TO GET BREAKFAST...The manager of Burger King who was in the parking lot when i pulled outta Wendys and straight into Burger King, He asked Why, what happened? When I told him he not only shook his head HE GAVE ME FREE BREAKFAST TO EARN MY BUSINESS and stated that his employees have went across the street only to be treated equally as rude. In closing you have a lousy crew there Whoever has trained these people needs to reevaluate their progress...Luckily for Wendys, Im not a SECRET SHOPPER but I am a consumer who will not return especially if i dont get a response i will only assume that corporate condones such behavior. I have pictures I would like to show you. @745pm I went to drive thru 1st I wasnt allowed to make 2 orders from same car...even though no one was in line...anyway I order lg fish meal.. It had to be sitting there for hours.. No fish left inside and hard as a rock and on verge of being burnt...how they could of served it...fries under done ...raw I did not have time to take it back before I went to work so I am dinner less

When did Wendy's switch to "hand cut fries"? I know they are cheaper, but they are a nasty soggy mess in the bottom of your bag. Tonight I ordered a double and got some kind of a baby burger. Of course I didn't notice until I got home. I can't even say what I paid as there was no receipt in the bag . Dinner ruined. If I ever go back (doubtful) I guess I'll have to jump the counter and fix it myself.

Unorganized. Stated the Lemonade machine was broken so we asked for Sodas . We were given soda with out ice. I asked if we could get ice then added a total different drink to coke. (Cherry/ big red). Horrible customer service !!! Very disappointed My husband had bit into a end piece of a tomato. We go there all the time and this has NEVER HAPPENED. Maybe a Bad night but come on we all deserve a decent meal.

The lady took our order and was very rushed and irritated.. we paid for our order and then proceeded to the next window to get our food the lady gave us our food and then I asked for sauce and she no because we are supposed to pay for any sauce that comes with our food and slammed the window shut so we could no longer speak with her. I come into Wendys everyday for lunch, because I enjoy the food and its close to my job. There is an employee named Erica she works days. She is very rude, disrespectful, always snapping off at employees and even customers. If she doesn't want to work around people she probably shouldn't be in fast food.
