Wendy’s the consistency

Two days ago I ordered a crispy chicken 4 for four, and because I'm allergic to beef and pork I asked for no bacon. I ordered the sandwich as I usually do, and went home to eat. To my surprise the burger was actually a junior bacon which is beef and the bacon (even though I said no bacon) was on there as well. Tonight I ordered the same thing and there was a fly in my chicken sandwich. At least my order was correct today, but after having two bad instances I thought it'd be best to call the restaurant back. When I did the woman that answered tried to deflect the situation by first stating they didn't have a car in over an hour which was clearly incorrect, and then on top of everything her attitude was disgusting. The last thing I wanted was to return to that Wendy's after my bad experiences, this only highlighting two, but she attempted to force a free 4 for four down my throat rather than admitting fault and asking ME what it was that I would like.

Wendy’s consistently poor customer service

I went to my local Wendy's for a large Frosty, I went through the drive through as there was no waiting, I heard quickly, welcome to Wendy's, be with you shortly, then nothing for 5 minuets, the person finally came back after 2 more cars got in line behind me and asked for my order, no apology for the extensive wait, no total for my order, just pull up to the second window. Once at the second window, I saw a young African American woman at the window, she looked as if she didn't know how to open the window. She stated abruptly the amount I owed, I gave her the money and she handed me my Frosty and change, but no receipt, or spoon. As She abruptly turned to walk away, I asked her for a spoon, she looked right at me and walked away. As I looked through the window thinking she would come back, an African American man said, " can I help you? " I asked if I could have a spoon, he responded with " What " I said a spoon, can I get a spoon. He said sure, here.
Every time I go to this Wendy's I get poor service and attitude, I don't know if it is because I am a White male, or they just don't care, one thing is certain, I will never come back to that Wendy's again. Furthermore, if I receive the same kind of treatment at any Wendy's in the future, You will lose my business entirely.
The store was devoid of customers and there was plenty of staff behind the counter, so it wasn't because they were busy, with this incident, it is not a surprise to me that they were not busy.

Wendy’s missing item

I was a customer at the drive threw window and as i began to drive off i noticed that i was missing my frosty so i pulled over and went in. As i arrived to the counter i told the cashier that i had paid for the frosty but did not recieve it. The cashier told the manager (Treshun) and she responded with a negative attitude stating that i would have to purchase another frosty. After i told her that i had already paid for it at the window she rolled her eyes and then yelled to the cashier to give me my frosty so that i could go. Although the food was good the managers behavior was unacceptable and i will not countinue to go to a restaurant where the manager is DISRESPECTFUL!

Wendy’s discrimination

Its a lot if racism favoritism going on in the store they have relatives in there mother and son husband and wife they getting all the hours not being at work getting clocked in the mangers have nasty attitude especially the general manager you can not go to them with a problem they will not resolve it i have complained several times nothing is done about it no one has reached out to me i will be contacted labor board and international

Wendy’s drive thru traffic

Location at 2501 Lee Blvd Lehigh Acres, FL 33971
the drive thru is too close to the main entrance, and no one wants to go around the building to get in the proper lane for the drive thru--they just totally block off the exit instead. It is a breeding ground for accidents and road rage. They at least need to put up a sign that says "Do not block the exit, go around Please" Why do they design these store locations so poorly?

Wendy’s long wait for food and quality of food

The customer service at Wendy's in Quinton VA (New Kent area) is terrible. The wait time for food is ridiculous long and when you do get the food its cold and not fresh. The workers have attitudes and take their time getting food. This is an everyday thing for this store and they can never keep employees.

Wendy’s burgers

I've been a Wendy's fan for years! Used to be my fav fast food. Used to eat there every week. This past yesr or so, the burgers are so old and small, bacon old and burnt, and the fries are cold with very little salt, I only eat there every few months. I'm so sad. I don't mind paying extra for a good meal, but now you guys are charging a lot for bad quality food. Very disappointed and now I'll have to stop eating here all together. And post on social media about the downfall of the quality of your food so my friends/family don't waste their hard earned money on cold, falsely advertised food.

Wendy’s service and food item

Let me start off first by saying never have I walked into a business where the service was so horrible, people so rude and disrespectful unhelpful with no manager available. I ordered a spicy queso bacon chicken sandwich size med. $8.59 was the cost. What I was given was a chicken sandwich with cheese. I ended up driving back to get my order corrected. When I spoke with the cashier and showed him my sandwich he said that my order was correct. I told him no the order is wrong it is nothing like the picture with a jalapeno broached bun, there is no bacon and no salsa how is that correct. My first sandwich came just with cheese and a few onions. He said he would go ask but responded I got what I ordered. The person in the kitchen said they will remake it and asked if I wanted everything on it to which I replied yes. The second sandwich was a grilled chicken honey mustard sandwich. I went back to the cashier and told him that and he again said I got what I ordered. This was completely different and still no bacon. I asked for a manager however with a smerk the cashier responded that at this time none were available. How can a company offer a sandwich but not make it as pictured? You charge extra for a limited time sandwich and it's wrong. When you want further assistance there is no help. Your staff talks down on the customers and conversed with other people inline like I was crazy complaining about my sandwich but your staff are the ignorant ones who can not get a simple order correct. I have attached photos of the two sandwiches and just kept the nasty honey mustard sandwich because I was already done with this quick service restaurant. I am a blogger for travel companies and this location should no longer be standing it will get one of the worst reviews possible especially when you pay for something you expect to get what you order or some sort of resolution. I don't done out or eat fast food on a regular only when something feeds my appeitie such as the ghost pepper sandwich and the spicy queso bacon if this location could make it correctly.

Wendy’s a simple coke

I had a very nasty coke that was all carbonated, I simply went inside 25/30 minutes later after my family was done eating and asked for a new one. Where the cashier was very very nice and tried to help was getting horrible attitude and yelled at by manager Megan. I was not trying to cause problems for the poor girl. I just wanted a new coke. Horrible management.

Wendy’s spicy chicken caesar salad

We purchased this salad yesterday (8/17) about 4:15 PM at the location on US 64 in Murphy, NC. Additional items purchased were a combo meal (eaten my me), chicken nuggets (eaten by my husband) and we each had a frosty. My husband ate and a few hours later became very ill. We ate as soon as we got home as neither of us had eaten that day since breakfast so there was nothing in his stomach other than the Wendy's food. He began feeling sick and started vomiting a few hours later. This went on for about 4 hours and he was still nauseated this morning.

We expect to be compensated for the food and his resulting physical distress.

I have attempted to upload the receipt but can only do pdf format and you don't seem to allow that. If needed please provide alternate way to send you the pdf.

Wendy’s everything is bad

Wendy's store in Cincinnati, OH.
I and my family used to visit their restaurants every week because of their tasty food. But everything has changed. The food is often cold, maybe because of a bad equipment. Their service is terrible, employees are rude and don't care what quality of their food is. The restaurant is dirty sometimes and there's trash all over the floor. It's sad.

Wendy’s employee professionalism

My husband and I just flew back in town from a lengthy flight that came in about midnight. While driving we saw that Wendy's was still open. We decided to stop to get a late bite to eat. When we came through the drive thru it was 12:54. We did not realize the restaurant closed at 1:00. Nevertheless we ordered and as we drove to the pay window we could hear a female employee saying, "Who comes to Wendy's 7 minutes before they close?" She made us feel bad for coming to order. Then as we approached the pickup window the female employee told other workers to turn off the lights. It was truly embarrassing because you could tell the female employee did not want to wait on us. The female employee was approximately in her late 30's or early 40's. This store is located at 4280 W. Vienna Road [protected]. Store #[protected] Host Ginisha

Wendy’s the food I ordered (fries) had a soap/chemical taste and I spit out.

I ordered a drink and fries in the drive-through. The fries were not even filled and cold but that is not my major issue. I ate a few on top and they were fine. I bit into one towards the middle and I got some sort of chemical taste (dish soap or cleaning agent) in my mouth and spit out. My mouth became numb. I have never, ever complained about any sort of fast -food as I dont have time but this is dangerous.

Wendy’s disgusted with the food

About two days ago my boyfriend and I stopped at a Wendy's location absolutely starving. Right before I took a bite of the sandwich, my boyfriend stopped me and pulled a long blonde hair from the burger...We both have dark hair. We were already on the road someplace and couldn't turn around to even have another made for us. After we seen the hair in our food we were afraid to eat any of the other items we purchased so not only did we waste about 15$, but we wasted 15$ and drove hungry until we could find another place to get food; that didn't have any one else's hair in it.

Wendy’s drive they service

I recently went thru the drive thru at the Franklin mills Philadelphia loacation. I ordered a number 9 and a kids meal. The manager who was on duty I think his name was Robert was very polite on the headset. Get around to the window and he looked as if he didn't want to be bothered with me. I asked for BBQ sauce I didn't not receive any. There was no tot in the kids meal which made my daughter extremely upset when we got home and figured it out. There was also no straws in the bags for our drinks. I go to this location frequently because I refuse to go to the academy plaza location anymore. But it seems as though none of these stores can get orders right and make me rethink going to Wendy's all together. They need to start paying attention to the orders they are handing out instead of just talking to each other and acting like they don't want to be there.

Wendy’s bacon in my chili

Good Morning my name is Angela Love and I visited your Wendy's located at 3460 Madison Hwy. Valdosta, Georgia on lastnite and the baddest experience ever after driving 8 hours all you want to do is relax and have a nice meal. Not at this Wendy's Customer Service need to be worked on here with your manager who would not say her name ok I order my food I ask can I order a three slices of bacon for my chilli the cashier say .99 cent I say ok so I get all of my food walk to the truck sit down to start eating and no bacon in my chilli walk back in and tell them it's not in it the manager it is in it because I made it me I no bacon ground beef and beans and bacon is not in it she made me three pieces of bacon and put it in a potato bowl with no top gave it to me and said she is done I said wow can I have a top she never gave me the top great Customer Service is the Key I can be reach at [protected] or my email is [protected]@icloud.com

Wendy’s I am not at all pleased with a manager at horsham wendy's named lela stevenson

The manager in this wendys is particularly disrespectful to her employees.. I have been here on several occasions and she is always being rude and just plain nasty to them.. One particular day one of her employees named janae which is a very sweet girl and I come in and talk with her while ordering my food.. Janae called her over to fix a mistake she made on the register when she came over she said "don't call me over here no more your irkin me.. The [censor] you think this is"... Janae is very nice she is always polite to costumers and she always had a smile on her face.. I feel bad for her because she shouldn't have to be treated like that and she is so good work people...

Wendy’s this is the worst experience

Visited Wendy's recently. We waited over 20 minutes before anyone came up and asked if we been helped. I don't know why but looked like other customers were served as fast as it was possible, and no one paid attention to us. The waiter was very surprised and apologized for a long waiting. But then it occurred that 2 other waiters were informed about us and they had to help us. We didn't want to wait for them to serve us and just went away.

Wendy’s wendy's in opelika, al

So I visit Auburn, AL frequently and I have visited this Wendy's off E. Glenn Rd. in Opelika on 3 seperate occasions and I was very disappointed. Not only was the service bad, the food was worst! The cashiers at the drive thru were rude and Don't say 'Hello, may I take your order' nothing of the sort. I drive up to the drive thru and I hear 'Order when you ready' that alone would have drove me away- but I said I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Again, and again same scenario's. The last straw was my last visit with them at 10:40 pm. I went there and again the inconsiderate greeting, then I asked for a frosty and the cashier told me they were out of frosty-however as I drove by and looked in their window- that same cashier was a the frosty machine. So either she told me that prematurely before checking it or she didn't want to serve me because they were closing soon (11pm). Either way that was poor customer service. I asked the cashier for their STORE # and she just shut the window in my face and a few minutes later the so called MANAGER comes to and was very ignorant and did not give me the store #. This restaurant at this location has got to be one of the worst Wendy's I have visited yet. DO NOT GO THERE! PASS THEM BY! RUN! DRIVE BY!

Wendy’s employee eating while serving food/piece of ice machine in soda

Bend, Oregon store - employee: Leni
To begin my drive through experience, the cashier, Leni, was rude and was eating french fries while she was boxing them up. She knew I could see her from the drive up window, but she obviously didn't care because she continued to feed her face.
We only ordered a small cheeseburger meal and a kids meal, but it took a very long time to get our order. If they hadn't already debited my account, I would have cancelled the order.
Then when we got home and poured the cup full of ice out, there was a piece of what I'm guessing was from the ice machine, in the cup. Very disgusting! I hope my son doesn't get sick from the greasy part. If he does, I will be contacting an attorney.
The workers didn't look clean and they obviously did not have customer service training.
I won't ever return to that Wendy's in Bend and possibly never another store.
I will be calling corporate as well. At that point, I will send them a picture of their missing piece from the ice machine.
