I was interviewed for a Floor Tech Position at West Gate Resort on June 2nd of 2023. What made me apply for that position was they advertised a job opening for floor tech wage was 17.00 per. hr. and off on weekends. I went to the interview, and the C.E. O. over housekeeping, the supervisor, and the lead man was present. The C.E. O. mention to me that the...

Westgate Resorts Westgate Resort Time share presentation representatives

My partner and I were stopped by Westgate presentation reps with bright green shirts on the Las Vegas strip right next to the M&M world. We were told your card would be debited a $40 dollar refundable deposit that we would get back as long as we attended the presentation on the date we agreed upon. We attended the presentation and at the end we did receive our deposit but a day later I noticed my card was charged an additional $75. I called the number on my credit card statement and it hangs ups as soon as the automated operator say they'll be transferring the call. I've done multiple searches online and gotten nowhere. I did contact my dispute center on my card, hoping I at least get my $75 back. BE CAREFUL and don't let them charge your card for NOTHING because they're taking more than what their authorized to and did it sneakily by performing two different transaction and then only give you a receipt for the one you authorized. DON"T DO IT!

Desired outcome: My $75 refunded

I sent a referral and another couple to tour Westgate. Elizabeth was the sales rep. Very rude and condescending. She even asked if they weren’t going to buy then what did they come for? She was beyond unprofessional and seemed even more irritated when no one bought anything. It was her ATTITUDE! Also they did not get the items that they were supposed to...

Westgate Resorts Timeshare

As loyal customers of Westgate Resorts, we were appalled by the unprofessional behavior of one of their concierges during our prayer time. Interrupting our religious practice with a forceful knock and a persistent demeanor, they proceeded to provide us with faulty information and promises of endless travel opportunities.

Despite our repeated attempts to inquire about the proposed offer and the associated costs, the concierge spoke over us and failed to provide us with clear answers. To our disappointment, we later found out that the offer was a timeshare program that was unaffordable for our family. Despite our firm rejection of the offer, we have been denied the option to cancel and receive a full refund.

We strongly believe that Westgate Resorts was in the wrong for providing us with false and incomplete information at the time of purchase. We have been loyal customers and have paid our unit in full, and yet we feel disrespected and undervalued.

Therefore, we urge Westgate Resorts to promptly address this issue by honoring our request for cancellation and providing us with a full refund. We also bring this incident to their attention as a clear violation of professional conduct and ethics, which has caused us great distress and inconvenience.

We trust that Westgate Resorts will take the necessary actions to rectify this issue and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

Nirva Narcisse

Desired outcome: Deedback through the loyalty program

Westgate Resorts Pet Policies/Manager

Deceptive advertising on RCI. Very rude manager at Westgate Lakes resort in Branson, MO. They state on RCI they are pet friendly, but when you call its only for dogs or small horses? Our small bird with clipped wings which resides in a small carry cage was unwelcome at this resort but has been welcome and no problem at any other pet friendly resort on RCI. The manager didn't care that their ad on RCI didn't specify 60 lb dogs or small horses as the only pets they'd accept and didn't care if we could not get our money back because they didn't specify these facts on their site. Avoid these people. If they are not specifying these details, you know there are others they are hiding. And, they clearly don't care if they ruin a family vacation and cost people points and exchange fees they cannot get back.

Desired outcome: Filed a complaint with RCI. I will forever avoid your properties.

Westgate Resorts My Stay

We stayed at Westgate resort lakes in orlando florida. April 28-May 1st. It was my elderly mother and young 10 year old daughter and myself. We were apart of a cheer team. During my stay our neighbors we horribly obnoxious to early early hours in the morning. Two nights in a row we were woken up by pounding on our door and screaming profanity that lasted for hours. I did complain both nights as well as requested to be reroomed. I was told everything was sold out. I kept all documentation of the incidents as well as spoke to someone both days. Nothing was done to be proactive about it. It shouldn't of happened the first day but defiantly not the second!

Desired outcome: Refund

Westgate Resorts Westgate resorts

Purchasing this timeshare was the biggest mistake of our lives & we have been trying everything to get out of it. We have only used it once since purchasing it years ago. They never have any availability when we try to use it to go on vacation so we are just paying double anyway when we still go on vacation. They are the biggest liars & don't care about anyone as long as they get their money! I will do what needs to be done to be rid of this nightmare once & for all! Westgate needs to be shut down!

Desired outcome: I want out of my contract & out of this nightmare forever

Westgate Resorts Westgate Lakes and Spa in Orlando

In October 2022 I purchased ownership in Westgate. I am on the deed by myself. I purchased this for me and my kids as I am legally separated. I recently accepted a stay for 4 days 3 nights tp learn about the timeshare program as I had no idea how to use it. I was told that for some reason my ex would have to attend the upgrade meeting as well. My stay was from April 16-19. He was supposed to arrive on April 20 but called and said he tested positive for Covid and would not be able to come He lives in Jacksonville). I went down to the clubhouse and told them I would be attending the upgrade meeting but my ex would not and since I was the only one on the deed I should be allowed to. I was told to go to the 3rd floor and I spoke to a lady in the contract room.I told her the situation and she made a phone call and said it would be fine since I am only on the deed but to go down to the first floor to hospitality to let them know. I went downstairs and talked to a young guy who said he needed to verify it with his manager. He then came back and told me that if my ex didn't show up I would be charged $500. Then a very rude woman came out and said she was a manager and said the same thing. After arguing that I was the only one on the deed she said she would call me before 9:15 ( my meeting time ) and let me know if they decided to let me tour or not. I never received a phone call so the next morning I showed up at the hospitality room only to be treated bad again until a lady stepped out of the office and I told her my story and she said she would make an 'exception' for me. I did get the chance to go to the meeting but I really did not being treated the way I did in front of other guests.

The room I stayed in 8405A was gross. When I got in last on the 16th the dishwasher was running and the kitchen floor was soaked.I turned it off and put towels down and went out to meet a friend for dinner, I got back late and the fire alarm was chirping very loudly, I called and someone came and replaced the battery. I told him about the dishwasher, he said I'd have to call maintenance in the morning. I decided to wash some clothes. I put the soap in and turned on the washer. When I went to put them in the dryer they and Kotex pads stuck to my clothes and a couple of them had exploded into little cotton balls all over my clothes. Don't the cleaning people check for things in the dryer? Then i went to get some soap from under the kitchen sink and there were roaches all over. I called and told someone about the roaches and they sent a pest control man and someone to fix the dryer. On Tuesday I went to the tour in the morning and then to Disney with my daughters. When I walked in there were roaches on the kitchen counter and the floor, and in the bathroom. I sprayed them with hairspray and killed them (about 10) . I started to go to bed and saw 2 roaches on the nightstand. I was supposed to stay until Wed morning but I packed up right then and there and left. I told the girl at check out about all of the roaches and she said she'd put it in the notes.

For this being such a nice resort I'm having second thoughts about buying now. I didn't think I would treated so rudely and have so many problems with the room. Also there was a family of at least 10 people either below me or next to me that partied until 4 am both nights and woke me up at 6am screaming at their kids to shut the *F* up and watch cartoons until they got up .

I was really looking forward to get a relaxing few days but this little vacation was a nightmare

Desired outcome: I paid $99 for the reservation and a $50 deposit at the resort for incidentals. I would like that back and maybe a redo in a nicer room

Westgate Resorts Westgate resorts account#[protected] voluntary deed back request

have been wrongfully denied a chance to cancel my timeshare property with Westgate Resorts. I came to them in early February 2021, requesting that all 3 of my contracts ([protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]) be canceled, and a refund is issued. After several months of back and forth with Westgate Resorts, they canceled 2 of the three contracts in question. When I contacted them again concerning the 3rd contract and requested the $6000 overpayment be refunded to me, this was their response:

With regard to your inquiry about the S6,000, please know that when your Account # [protected]

defaulted, you were reverted to Account # [protected]. As such, your payments to the

defaulted account were applied to your active account # [protected]. As this account was already cashed

out, these monies went towards your Maintenance dues and Taxes (M&T) for 2022, and you were left with

a credit towards a future M&T balance. Please be advised that this is not considered overpaying, as you

were contracted to make those payments. Moreover, when Account # [protected] defaulted, those

monies were forfeited, allowing Westgate the right to transfer them to your previous account. However, for

your convenience, these were applied as credit for future M&T payments. You may refer to the attached

Contract for Purchase and Sale document, page 2, line 13 for complete disclosure.

This is entirely out of line. The $6000 in question was my money, and I have the right to determine how it should be spent. It is not Westgate's decision, and I feel they have stolen this money from me and refuse to cancel the contract knowing that it will not be used and using it to keep me held hostage. These funds brought my account current; therefore, I am now considered a loyal paying customer instead of a very frustrated and unhappy one. I hope that your offices will be able to assist me with this dispute and help me resolve it amicably.

Desired outcome: Close the last contract and give me money back

Westgate Resorts Disgusting unsanitary condo

On February 18, 2023, as a Westgate Vacation Villas owner, I gave my week to my son and his family. They were given a disgusting old unit. They had to call maintenance numerous times because of the black mold in the shower, along with black mold coming out of the jet tub. Also cobwebs hanging from the ceilings, smoke detectors not working properly. Doors on bathroom cabinets falling off, microwave handle falling off, blinds missing slats, etc. This unit was disgusting and when they complained, the resort people had the audacity to set a wakeup call for 2am each night. When I complained to the front desk, they told me to send a detailed letter to owner relations. I sent the detailed letter to them and instead of calling me, they sent an email that offered a $125 resort credit! I am sickened that as an owner of 25 years and paying a ridiculous amount in maintenance fees, no one at Westgate gives a damn! I was refused to speak to management and owners relations does nothing. I even sent them photos, clearly showing the black mold.

Desired outcome: I want my week back so that I can send my family to another resort and to make sure that these units are being properly maintained.

Westgate Resorts Timeshare lies from your sales people

We like Florida and like going there often. We attended a "required presentation" which was not a presentation but a one on one meeting with a sales person. By definition: "a presentation is a speech or talk in which a new product, idea, or piece of work is shown and explained to an audience" (1st LIE).

2nd Lie: The sales person showed us beautiful renovated rooms that only owners get to stay in (LIE) (We got put into old outdated rooms).

3rd LIE: We can split our 3 bedroom week into 3 weeks of 1 bedroom or 1 week 2 and 1 week 1 bedroom at no extra cost. Nope, you can only split 2 and 1, but the 1 is a studio not a bedroom. And yes there is a fee to split

4th LIE: There are no fees if you are staying at a westgate location only if you are using the exchange. We got charged $70 fee to book at westgate lakes where we have our timeshare

5th LIE: Westgate provides shuttles to the parks. False

6th LIE: You only have to pay our $1,200 maintenance fee every other year but use the timeshare every year. False, we only get it every other year.

7th LIE: Maintenance fees don't increase. False it already increased.

8th LIE: You can easily get out of the timeshare. Westgate has a section just to help you. They require a chance to buy it from you first at market value. We followed the link, called the number, waited 1 hour for a rep, and the answer was no we don't buy back and you can't cancel

9th LIE: We were invited to a "welcome back new owner's breakfast on us" where they go over things and make sure we are understanding how to use the timeshare fully. I made sure it was not a sales pitch before committing and that it would be a nice healthy breakfast for my kids. They required a refundable $50 deposit to cover the food in case we didn't show up. They also said we would get a $150 thank you visa card. We get there, and it was a sales pitch to buy more timeshare and the breakfast was hotdogs, nachos, and canned fruit, not fresh colonial breakfast as promised. My kids were starving and they said if we didn't stay there we would loose our $50 deposit. They only let us go when we started warning people around us and sharing our experience. It wasn't worth to them to loose potential buyers. They also have security there. I wonder why? The women below in the photo is the women who lied to us, was a complete uncaring jerk and would not give us the $50 deposit back or the $150 visa card as promised. Terrible first day of vacation

There are many more lies but these are the biggest ones.

We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 pm instead of 10pm because of some complications with our flight. Like I mentioned before with the lie, we didn't get a renovated best room just for owners, we received a beat up, outdated room behind the waterpark and our view was all the pool equipment. Most of the furniture especially the couch looked damaged

Our room was nasty, smudges in the furniture, microwave, walls, bath tub etc etc. There was literally a bug crawling on the master bed which looked like a bed bug but we weren't sure, we are not bug experts, but no bugs should be crawling in a clean resort room. The floors looked like they haven't been mopped in a long time. And they expected us to have our little kids stay and sleep in the room.

We complained and the second room looked very similar as the first. Finally after having a long frustrating talk with the manager (JAVAUGHN), he personally went to a room with a housekeeper and cleaned a room for us. By the time my kids had a clean room it was 3:00am. By the time my husband and I got to bed it was 3:00am and we had to wake up early the next day for the "required breakfast".

It is not letting me upload all of the pictures we took of the rooms showing how bad it was.

Desired outcome: Cancelation and full refund of my timeshare

Westgate Resorts Vacation package with preview tour

Hi,

We booked Westgate Gatlinburg, through their website. Then the site showed a promotional price if take a preview tour. (but the was no requirement on how to qualify for the tour). So we booked the promotional price with preview tour. After we booked, their website showed that Westgate will call me regarding the eligibility. The next day, instead get phone call I got an email regarding the confirmation. On their confirmation there was never mentioned that term and condition may apply. (but at the very end of the email there is a link on their term and condition).

So we went to the resort on Feb 26 2023. Went to their preview tour on Feb 28 at 9:30 am, first they claim I went there by myself. So I called my husband, then they said due to the age, my husband is not qualified. (but just the day before my friend went to the preview tour as a single.) So the resort now is trying to charge us 500 extra due to not eligible. I tried to called the customer service and went to their front desks multiple times. But most people treated us badly and kept saying term and condition was sent through email. This is very misleading. No where during booking and email mentioned that term and condition may apply and they send term and condition link at very invisible way. This is to be truly believed they did this misleading by purpose. Instead of enjoy my vacation with my kid here I had been spending whole day on the phone with them without anyone really helping.

Desired outcome: I will not pay the 500 penalty if they continue, I will seeking legal action as consumer misleading

Westgate Resorts Upgraded my timeshare and got ripped off.

I owned a deeded timeshare at Flamingo Bay Resorts and since I am retired now and a disabled veteran, I decided it is my time to travel. I took my husband there in October 2022. I enjoyed the room, and everybody was nice. We were only staying for a weekend. I had got a text message from my personal concierge who name I will not put on blast right now. He wanted to tell me some things and one thing was how the Westgate timeshares policy has changed because of a takeover. He showed us Westgate Resorts and Casino and took us on a tour. What started out as a hour ended up being like 6 hours so our whole day was ruined. Anyway, we loved the place, and they told me since I own a deed I could upgrade. I told them several times I was not interested because I don't want another bill and besides, I can use any of them. Again, was told that had changed. It started out since I got a 1 bedroom deluxe, I could get a 4 bedroom which sounded interesting. We looked at the room and it was amazing, so we decided to talk numbers. They start out with the figures of 180,000 and immediately I said no. My representative and his boss kept hounding us. They come back with a line think yawl for your service we will give it to yawl for 68,000, you will be an Elite member, we will do in-house financing. They applied the equity from the other property and put it towards my down payment. I then had to make auto payments for 1329 till March 1, 2023 and then my payments would drop down to 902 and even though I already had booked time I could start using the Presidential Suite. So I called February 17th to make reservations and my whole understanding was messed up. I was told I did not have 7 days to use.

I only have 4 days. The resort only has 4 days or 3 days. I had a 7-day deeded timeshare why would I downgraded. I can use it anytime, floating, paperwork will say Mon-Fri but because I am a floater all season that I am not held to that. I was trying to book for March for our birthdays and bring my family who was also interested all successfully people all in government sector. I was told I couldn't do that. I can't break up my visits and use lookoff's and rent the other out because I only have 4 days to use. Now I asked what since does that make. I am going to walk through all 4 bedrooms all day once a year. I have so much more to say. I have called several times, and no one was rude but kept transferring me and nobody's story was matching. Then I suppose to be getting transferred to owners' management to be on hold for a while and then the phone disconnects. I did this several times on February 17th and today the 20th. I also explained to the representative on the phone my contract is not matching what I was told, my notes I wrote down or the phone recording we discussed concerning our proposal that we signed as agreeing to the terms. I also told them I was voice recording on my phone which was laying between us on top of the table, because I wanted to make sure I got a good understanding of everything. At one point he asked was everything okay because I kept picking up the phone and turning it over, and I just said yes just getting text messages when I was really making sure it was still recording. I called my concierge person who name I wish I could say, and he stated couldn't talk at the moment in Mexico on vacation would call upon return and have not done so. I also told the representative that I told them and made it more than clear that they better not mess me over because that is why I was taking notes and stuff. I stated I am retired 100% disabled veteran that at this point in my life and my husband as well that we live on a budget and don't need anything, so a messed-up credit reports at my age at this point means nothing to me anymore because all our children our grown and college graduates with families of their own. It was our time to travel because life is too short. So, what happened, they screwed us for a commission. They took advantage of a disabled veteran on a fixed income, and they knew that. Even my payments were set up around my payment dates since I only get paid once a month. I am so angry, and I am trying to stay calm because of my health. The owner of Westgate which is public record David Segal should be embarrassed and ashamed of the people he has working for him using these tactics to mistreat people.

Gina Gibson

Desired outcome: I just want it fixed to what I was told or refund me all my money for the down payment and give my deed back for 1 bedroom deluxe at Flamingo Bay. If my deed won't be returned, then I want the full refund for this transaction.

Don't be fooled, there is no such thing as an alternative market for buying or selling timeshares.

Most of the companies that operate in the market are a scam, first they approach you saying they have a potential client and then ask you for money to make some payments on behalf of the owner, and from there they try to get money from the person interested in selling with excuses. Most companies that sell timeshares are established in Mexico, that is why the United States law cannot do much about the legal issue, it is best to contact an established Mexican company that is dedicated to canceling timeshares, NOT to buy, that does not exist.

You have to be very careful with the type of companies in Mexico, since there are many that are also scams, most of the companies that offer purchase or cancellation services in Mexico ask for money for various reasons, the main one is to request money to update the debts that you have with the company that contracted the timeshare, then they ask some more for to do the timeshare session, they say they have direct agreements with the hotels, which is a lie.

They ask for money to cover the taxes generated by the transfers from the USA to Mexico, BEWARE the Mexican government cannot collect taxes from the person who sends the money, that is out of the law, the Mexican government cannot collect money from citizens of other countries for making money transfers to Mexico. The Mexican government charges the person or company that receives the money, if the company tries to charge you taxes after you have already paid an initial amount, it is surely a fraud.

No mexican government agency can request a payment of a person living in another country if this person doesn’t have any bank accounts in the country, it is very easy for dishonest companies to create false documents using government logos to extort money from their customers. Unfortunately, the United States government cannot do much because these companies operate outside of the US territory, however, there are legitimate companies in Mexico that are dedicated to advising people who want to cancel timeshares.

To find out if a company is legitimate and not a fraud, you must request:

1. Proof of updated tax situation, generally for the month in which it is requested. This proof is issued by the Tax Administration Secretariat (IRS in Mexico).

2. POSITIVE compliance opinion, is a report issued by the Tax Administration Secretariat (IRS) that allows you to instantly consult the situation of compliance with your tax obligations at the time of the consultation date.

3. Professional license of the company's litigating lawyer, the professional license is the document in which the Mexican government certifies that a person completed their studies and has the knowledge to legally practice their profession, technical specialty or postgraduate degree. This document allows the professional to prove their knowledge and practice their profession.

4. Constitutive act of the company is a mandatory document determined to legally establish the formation of an organization or business company, it has parameters that are considered essential for its preparation where all the general aspects of the company are stipulated.

This documents have a QR code, which can be easily verified. If you receive these documents, it is very important to verify that when you scan the QR code, the company data matches the documents that were sent to you, such as the name of the company, address, in which year it was founded, name of the litigating lawyer.

If the information contained in the documents does not match the information in the QR code, it is likely that you are dealing with fraud. It is very important before making any payment to verify at least these requirements issued by the Mexican government to companies.

If you need more information or help to cancel your timeshare we can help you, avoid fraud and loss of money.

Westgate Resorts Manager Francisco - Westgate flamingo bay resort

From your company's Mission Statement.
Our Motto is: "Good enough, is never good enough!"
We strive to be successful within the confines of ethical and moral standards... — THIS IS THE SHORT STORY — We are long-time Las Vegans, all graduates of UNLV, who now live in San Diego and travel to Las Vegas every two months or so.  Our family was extremely excited to stay on your property and celebrate my granddaughter's 11th birthday. The jacuzzi was the attraction for her and we had decided to let her have the Master Room for the weekend. This was a big deal for her.

Upon check-in, we were given the wrong room. We moved into the room, then realized we were given a room with 2 beds when we paid for a room with 3 beds. We had to re-pack and move into the correct room.
After moving into the new room, and getting ready for the dinner and show, we realized that there was no hot water.

The first service call occurred, repairs supposedly made... and we were advised to wait for 45 minutes for hot water.
While waiting, the water tank broke and the room began to flood. The next service call required two technicians and created a mess as we waited for privacy.

Repairs were made, or so we were told.
Once again, we were told to wait 45 minutes for hot water. We were out of time.
We had to dress, head for dinner and show reservations without the ability to shower after a full day of travel.

This absolutely destroyed the evening and Manager Francisco offered a 50% discount for the first night, which was an absolute mess. We expected a full comp, simply for the mess and stress that we had endured at the fault of the property. This should have been the minimum offered to us.

Then, after getting back in for the evening, we attempted to fill the tub with water so that my granddaughter could enjoy the bath and her birthday bath bombs as we promised her. We were assured everything was completely repaired which is why we did not need to move rooms at that time.   The water barely made it to the top of the jacuzzi jets, then ran completely out of hot water again. We called the office who wanted to have another late night service call.

We refused as we were exhausted from the day of travel and simply wanted privacy. We simply wanted what we paid for. We figured that we would get a full comp of the night for the extra trouble, then move into a new room the next morning.

Manager Francisco was offensive in his manner all night while treating us condescendingly as if it was us, who were difficult to satisfy.  Manager Francisco refused NUMEROUS requests to furnish us with his supervisor's name, email and phone number.
Manager Francisco was offensively unprofessional while telling us that he had no idea who his boss was, what his phone number was, where he worked, what his email was — simply because his boss had not given him his business card. I made numerous requests.

Manager Francisco offered to move us from the 971 square foot suite into another, but never appreciated that it took us over an hour to unpack and move comfortably into the suite, and that it would take 30 minutes to repack and another hour to settle into another room. There is no reason to believe that you're doing a favor by asking guests to undertake such activity and hardship when they are on site for a relaxing, stress-free weekend.

We wound up packing the family at 10 pm and headed to another property. The cost and difficulty of securing a room in Las Vegas at 10 pm on a busy Saturday night cannot be overstated. It is fair to say that the property we moved to understands Las Vegas hospitality and served us well.

When I advised Manager Francisco that I would be reaching out to senior management; In his own way, Manager Francisco told me that he would make sure that management heard all about this event and would appreciate "his side of the story" as if to suggest that it was my family that was being unreasonable.

Two points should be taken away here. Manager Francisco, while representing Westgate Flamingo Resorts went out of his way to be offensive and ruin my family's weekend.
Manager Francisco either had a very bad day, or is underqualified to work in the hotel and hospitality industry.

Our concierge picked us up and 1st he basically downgraded us saying we honestly should not be staying here that this for the elite and we should be staying at the sister hotels. Then we were suppose to be on the trip because we became members in Sept with the travel club. So we recived a free stay here and was only suppose to have somone come talk to us to...

Westgate Resorts Lied to about travel club and the weekend we were promised

To whom it may concern;

I went on a tour on January 7,2023. I went on the tour because I was being called a lot. I was sick and told the man that kept calling I would not be able to buy anything he said that would be okay. He said I have some gifts for you to attend. I attended with my granddaughter. I took the tour and spoke with Brian and the lady that gave the presentation. She was not happy with me not being able to buy anything right now. I was told by Brian and that lady that I would receive a two night three day westgate weekend. The coupon that I got was for a vacation of a lifetime. This site is a complete scam and takes people's money and does not deliver the westgate weekend. The reviews are horrible. I tried to call them and ask about the weekend I was trying to book and was told that I have to pay 50.00 first and that it was only for motel 6 and that I could not book anything this weekend. When I questioned the fact that it was supposed to be a Westgate weekend she laughed and said that is not going to happen. I wanted to book this weekend like we were told at the Westgate Lakes like we were told so my granddaughter could have a very special birthday weekend. I spent over three days being told to call this number and that number only to be put on hold and told there is nothing they could do. This is a little girl that has been through enough and should have the weekend that only did the salesperson promise but so did the presenter. Please contact me about this. Or at least put her in another resort that has similar stuff.

Desired outcome: The stay that I was told I would get

Westgate Resorts Reservation # [protected]

Good morning... We are not happy campers. At Westgate resort this time.

1) The room we got was in a construction area, too much noise of the construction (Cars uploading and downloading.)
2) Our room smelled old, and that smells stay all week. But
3) We have to call or go to the front desk, because our keys didn't work. Your staff blame cellular or the CC cards, but we keep it separate. THE LOCK LOOKS OLD.
4) While we asked for the supplies, and the job was well done... Our room, was never clean (Sweep and Mop the floor)
5) Our restroom smelled real bad... Like urine every single time we flushed.
6) Our coffee maker was old, two days after we arrived, I have to called asking for a new one, because what we got didn't work.
7) The power outlets in the kitchen, by the Ranger, Didn't work.
8) There were ants in the kitchen, pest control come, but the and never went away...
9) Our front door looks old, maybe that's the problem for the keys?
10) Why if we are owners, were sent to a room, that looks old, smell bad and didn't have a Porsche? Or patio.
11) Our lamp outside the room (Hallway) was off, didn't work.
12) In one week, bathrooms were not clean it. Of course, we every day use (twice) they were dirty.
13) In the bathroom, the ceiling around the light lamp is falling apart
14) The bathroom door, when is open start dripping water to the floor, it's get wet and anyone could have an accident.
15) The handler to flush the toilet, is not working properly stayed down and each time we flushed, we had to go back to put it up, if not keep leaking all the time.
16) We went to the POOL bar at 3:30 PM, order a margarita with a fancy plastic glass, and went back to get a refill at 3:40 PM and the bartender "Anthony" A Latino man who told us he doesn't speak Spanish, refused to give us a refill (Of course we were paying) Because according to him, the bar was close, but he told us, the par close at 4 PM... So why he could not serve us at 3:40 PM?

This apartment was not what we are expecting or showing to our friends.
Our friends that come to visited us, didn't like how our building, room looks... And we're trying to have them buy.
This time was a really bad experience for owners.
