Whataburger food cold

Store #723, order number#343432 on 08/13/2018. I ordered a #1 with cheese, at approximately 3:11pm. A car was ahead of me, they asked them to pull up to wait on their order. I should have known that something was not right when I pulled up and my order was ready. I am disabled and wanted to enjoy a hot meal. I was too tired to go back. I live 3 minutes away, so can't blame the reason for cold food on travel time. I expected a hot, fresh food, instead cold burger and fries. Manager is Becky Baltrip.

Whataburger nasty and unhealthy looking environment

The restaurant in the front always looks nasty and unclean when I come in. Lord knows what it's like at the back so it makes me curious. I did not want to take pictures because I did not want to alert the employees. This should be handled in a sneaky manner to assure the full proof of this complaint and should be handled by secret health inspectors.

Whataburger service

09/08/2018. I was buying a mwal at about 1700 hours. I oaid fir the meal. I put the money on rhe counter. The clerk looked at me and said you're not going to put the money in my hand. Her tone and facial expression was hostile. I looked at her and made no comment. This was at the OST store in Houston Texas 77021. This was a most unpleasant experience for me. I go here often. I was upset to say the least.

Whataburger food and customer services

I called (Friday 8/3 at 2:22 am ) talked to some one by the name of Raul let him know what was wrong with my order he told me to come any day with my Receipt so today (Sunday 8/5 @ 5:43 pm) I called to see if I could get my credit order I spoke with a manager named "Blanca" she was very rude say that I was lying and she was working that night I explained to her that a guy answered the phone and gave me the credit order she continued to say i was lying and also start name calling
Now I'm a very loyal customer to Whataburger especially this Whataburger in particular since my home is only a few feet away and I've never ever been treated this way it's honestly left a very bad taste in my mouth this happened all at the Whataburger on Nolana in McAllen address 1000 e Nolana ave 78504 (store number 772) now I do have a screen shot of when I called I will include that and also a copy of my receipt

Whataburger general manager/team leader

In all of my years of working in the fast food industry never have I dealt with Rude/ Non-Proffesional Management. Whataburger in Huntsville Tx has the most Disrespectful GM she is rude to her Team members. She does not respect their opinion in any matter. Multiple false accusations. She does not have PRIDE LOVE CARE in her. Her disrespect is not tolerated nor would it ever be in her occupation. Her choice of words to you as an employee coming from a GM is very harsh and once again not tolerated in this line of work. I know there's something to be done.

Whataburger customer service, employee

Waited a long time in line. Then at intercom, employee wasn't ready to take order. I had to ask if she was ready after a long period of time. Finally she took my order. When I finally got to window to pay, she doesn't greet or even say thank you or smile. This was not quality service. Food was good. But only if they get the order right. Bottom line employees don't seem like they know what they are doing, nor are they friendly and speedy.

Whataburger chicken finger

I made a purchase of a Chicken Finger Dinner at the location on Skyland Blvd Tuscaloosa, Alabama on July 12. The chicken fingers was something I could have purchased at a wholesale meat store here in Tuscaloosa, the chicken fingers were not of excellent quality, flavor or hard of flour crust in other words hard, tough to eat. I did not complain to the store, because I knew, I did not have to return to the store again, my choice! I think I may have threw the ticket away before I decided to write this complaint. We also got a burger combo deal, the burger was ok! The total was about $15.00.

My desire solution for the chicken strips/fingers is to do better chicken fingers, better quality. When going to fast food to purchase items, we want something that taste good, is good, the first time you try it, not a horrible taste experience for your pallid. Thank you.

Whataburger nasty food slow service long lines

3160 south loop east 820 in forest hill tx 76140 is the nastiest to eat at at night time their meat does not be cooked right it tastes nasty I've had burgers in the day time no problem but yesterday I was sold half done burgers told the manager he said next time ask to have my meat over cooked in the day time I don't have my meat over cooked so why at night instead of him teaching his employees to run the store just like in the day

Whataburger unprofessional

On Wednesday evening between 10:30 pm - 11:30 my family and I went to the 3710 W Northwest Hwy Dallas, TX 75220 location. 1st of all, this location is the slowest of all Whataburger's in our area. Every time we go to th is location, we regret it.
Well on this night, I had to get off to let them know they put cheese on one of the burgers that was no cheese. I knocked on the side door in which a young lady immediately said, I need that burger (rudely). She took the burger and proceeded to shut the door in my face. I said, do I not wait inside since we were in the drive through? She said NO, you can't come in! I asked why was she being so rude? I didn't know what I was supposed to do, she didn't say anything, just took the burger! My husband got off and said, what's going on why are you treating us like we did something wrong? She just laughed and the manager totally ignored it too. We drove to the side of the drive through and they brought the burger out. When we got home, the cheese was just scraped off! I'm so livid. this location is the worst of them all! All are rude and service is terrible. I'm sure you all have to be getting complaints but this has been like that I can say for the past year at least the past 6 months! I decided to write instead of shaming on social media, but next time... I can't say I won't. IF there ever is a next time.

Whataburger polystyrene cups

Hello,

I love Whataburger, eat there often, and have your app. Whataburger provides excellent service. That said, has room to improve it's environmental footprint. Please see the text of a Care2 petition that I signed. Thanks for your consideration

We love Whataburger, but we hate their polystyrene (commonly known as styrofoam) cups and containers!

Polystyrene is one of the worst and most common types of plastic, but Whataburger still uses it. According to the EPA, Americans throw out 70 million polystyrene foam cups every day, and that doesn't include bowls and takeout containers. Of these, about one third end up in waterways: rivers, lakes, and especially oceans.

For a bird or fish or turtle, it's easy to mistake a small piece of polystyrene for food. When animals ingest plastic waste, it can block their digestive tracts. As a result, they starve.

Nothing we use for a few minutes should be allowed to pollute our oceans and rivers and threaten wildlife for centuries. McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts have stopped using polystyrene cups and containers. Whataburger says they're investigating alternatives, but they need to hear from customers that we want them to act now. If they don't, what a waste.

Whataburger service

Seems like every time I go here it takes longer and longer to get your food unless your in the drive thru, tonight was the last time I will visit any Whataburger. I went inside because the drive thru line was backed up I ordered 3 chicken strips with gravy 45 mins later after seeing countless people bringing orders back and only the manager doing anything and I counted 6 employees standing around laughing at customers complaining, I complained and the same employees laughing at me too really pissed me off I called them lazy don't want to learn all they want is a free paycheck at this time I will be calling the health department 3 food handlers were not wearing gloves and handling money at the register not a good practice.

Whataburger #1 meal

Order the number one with cheese and extra mayo I took a bite of the burger notice there was no cheese no mustard no onions so I told the worker she brought me back the same burger they just added the cheese I spoke to the manager and she said they didn't remake it cause I didn't tell them too I didn't even eat the burger because the cheese was not even melted it took them 5 minutes just to add the cheese and my food was cold the manager sounded like she was overwhelmed or upset if they don't like there job they should just look for another one or stay at home

Whataburger honey butter chicken biscuit

More like honey butter chicken nugget biscuit... Dissatisfied left hungrier than when I ordered.. Lady answered the phone and informed me that they wouldn't replace it cause all the chicken in the store was small and would be the same thing... Really... What ever happened to good coustomer service? How does this location stay open if coustomer is never taken care of?

Whataburger hamburgers and establishment

We were a visiting from Beeville, Texas, SanAntonio Texas and Killeen Texas. Our hamburgers were served cold, not once but twice. We sent them back and again they were served COLD!
This establishment was very dirty! Several tables needed cleaning, debris on floor, napkins thrown all over and ketchup, the restrooms were so dirty the smell made us puke! Very disappointing... This establishment is a tourist attraction and it is very sad that it is not kept clean and meals are served cold.

Whataburger line at whataburger

I know food is cooked to order but this is ridiculous at Whataburger on the expressway right off 75 in McKinney...this one particular manager I'm guessing he is a manager is making this restaurant look and feel like a completely different place...no problems when the mexican guy is there ...ive been late to work 3 times amd every time he was on schedule that day ...frail white guy with glasses...its just fast-food bro it aint that hard

Whataburger several meal

I went to whataburger off of saratoga and cimeron in corpus christi tx. I order 3 #1, 1 patty melt and a kids meal which cost over 30 some bucks. I usually just let things go but this is the 3rd time they made the same mistake over and over. It seems that when they are busy they rush people's orders without double checking if everything was correct. I went home and have to eat 2 of my meal with no fries. My poor daughter ate chicken strip with no fries and ofcourse as usual they didnt put her favorite snack in her bag. I called right away to talk to the manager and let her know what was happening and all she could say was okay come by and I will give you your fries and desert. Very dissapointed that she think I will go back there which was far from my house just to get a medium fries and a snack. This is not the first time it happens so disappointed

Whataburger drive thru service

About 3 times a week I go thru the drive thru at the Lindale, Tx. Whataburger to order a Whataburger, all the way, with mustard, and that's all. As soon as I drive up, they ask me if I would like to try something (I don't know what, because the speaker is so bad, I can't understand them.) They then ask if I want fries, and then if I want a drink with the order, and then if I want some kind of pie. All this after I have specifically said I want a burger, and that's all. Now they have added another question, something about do I want to use an app. Why do I have to answer 5 or 6 questions just to order a hamburger?

Whataburger triple meat burger

I usually go everyday to get my food, but yester I got the triple meat and cheese burger my patty's were raw and not done..It was so greasy the bread was soggy.. I never complain but I called back and the manager was very rude stating if I wanted it fixed right bring It back and watch them fix it. I won't be eating there for a while because I feel that was so rude and nasty for my food to be that way...by the way I ordered sprite and got carbonated water..

Whataburger price issues on the same product and order.

Even though both indoor and outdoor boards say that a Jalapeño Chedder Biscuit is $.99 we have been paying more including 2 exact orders that have a diffrence of $2.71. I have added photos of the receipts. Im just trying to figure out why I'm being charged more than $.99 per biscuit and why 2 identical orders are almost $3.00 different.

Whataburger the gm

I come in to Whataburger every morning for my senior coffee with no hassles for years. Well, this morning I was informed that I can not get a free coffee anymore, when I asked why she told me that the new GM said not to give the homeless free drinks any more, excuse me, am I being stereo typed because I do not dress up? Because I look poor. I work 60 hours a week, I just lost my husband 4 years ago and have had a hard time with my son, keeping a roof over his head. So, tell your new GM Brian that he needs to stop stereotype people and judgeing people. I only want my coffee in the morning. It's not like I don't eat here bc I do. This is the one on LBJ.

It's not that she's being a "cheapskate", she is just using what every Whataburger has to offer, senior drinks to all seniors. Regardless of looking like a "homeless" person or someone who can't afford a drink, Whataburger should treat every customer and I mean every customer like family. We don't know what people go through everyday or what has happened over the past 5, 10, 15 years of their life. That's why friendliness of employees is the top priority of Whataburger, because the employees are the appearance of the Whataburger franchise. If the employees are acting negatively or playing around, or if in this case the GM is stereotyping, then changes need to be made, because that is not the vision of Harmon Dobson when he founded Whataburger, the GM should be the one that sets the goals, priorities, and standards of their store by following the policies set by Whataburger. Notify Whataburger at (+[protected]) or at (+[protected]) to explain how the GM is acting, and actions will be taken accordingly by the Director of Operations and the Area Manager. I hope this helps you out, and I'm sorry about what happened at your visit at Whataburger.

I had to repeat myself 3 times today at Whataburger, 5600 Montana, El Paso, TX. I ordered the #1 with NO mustard, NO pickles and ADD mayo & cheese. Remember, I told her 3 times very clearly. Instead, I received a plain old hamburger WITH MUSTARD & PICKLES! NO MAYO, NO CHEESE, NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATO! A plain old hamburger with nothing on it except the dreaded mustard & pickles. Exactly what I did not want! Then, when paying the cashier she forgot to give me my change and I had to ask for it ($1.00). Will never go back to this store again!
