Whataburger review: Grilled mutton burger

Hi, I had a grilled mutton burger in this branch. The food was stale and when I raised a complaint. The guy naming Sandeep Srivastav said the food is good to eat though the other guy working with him stated the burger was not in a state to eat as the mutton was not grilled and it was smelling bad. I raised a complaint to branch owner Mr Sandeep ji. And that guy started mis-behaving and said whatever you want to do, you can go ahead and do.
Serving unhygienic and stale food at one of your branch.
One more thing Mr Sandeep tried not to give the bill to the customer at the time of order and payment. Bill was given to me later when I raised the complaint.
