I’m writing to you because my washer machine WTW5105HW1 is only two years old and has stopped working. It starts a cycle and stops halfway and goes into sensing, then after 30 minutes shuts down. I’ve already spoken to your customer service on the phone, and they try to diagnose the problem without success. I had a Whirlpool repairmen come to the house for a service call of $125 and he recommend that because of the code (F9E1) and what he saw we should replace the drain pump #W11399437 at $165 We did and it did not resolve the issue, he’s further diagnosed was we needed to replace the Control Board at cost of $475.

And here is where I am requesting your help, all my appliances are Whirlpool brand and I have not had an issue until now. I am praying that you can warranty this part on a one-time goof will basis for me. I hope that your help will get my washing mashing working again and I do not have to spend that kind of monies on this appliance that is only two years old. I’m willing to pay for the shipping if need to. So please help me out with this issue, looking forward to hearing from you soon.
