I ordered 2 Items over a month ago and I still have not got it and the site told me it would be here sometime early this month. So then I went to customer support which is just bull-s*** it said write a question which I did and then it wound not let me send it because apparently I did not ask a question, and they don't even have a number to call someone to help you out I am very unhappy with this site and I will not be ordering anything off it again!
non delivery of several items ordered
I have enailed called and done everything I can to contact wish.con In the past few weeks several items bot delivered. If I try and track them so are in chinese. Others May 30 say intent to deliver. Its June 21st. I had 3 items waited extra day as Wishes request never got here. So got refunds. I have several items coming from same seller tracking says in YM USA and that was wks ago. Not sure what YM even is. Wy? I use to get an email back from om a real person now if u have issue u get some auto support. It tells u the same info u already looked up. And asks if i will wait. If u sayno it asks why and hiw was support. Then it puts u through email. Well numerous times I have tried this and the form will not go through. Says u need a title or something. I have tried everything! Nothing sends the request. When u do get a refund they tell u 5-15 business days. They have yr money for a month and a half and u dont get credit for interest on cc for those items! They dont have yr back they dont care! U have no contact with the supposed sellers at all. Ebay u do and ebay tells u about translating issues. Also ebay has full tracking to yr house. Not like wish where its in there countries and hits USA you r on yr own. Clothes dont fit smell terribly items come broken or jewelrytarnish. Or brokenchains. Beads advertised as European are so tiny u can not see detail. Barely big enough for pan chain Or they are thread type beads advertised under European sizes. Or you wait over a month and they tell you to wait longer or company changes shipping date. Totally unexceptionable! I have spent over $400 and get treated like my input does not matter. On California BBB they gove them A plus rating but tons on negative reviews on that site. Is BBB getting kickback from them? Negative reviews over and ovet again means u shouldn't have A plus on BBB.
return issues
Trying to return two items that are unopened. Following all of the instructions to essentially select an order to print an attached shipping label that is attached to an email. Except no shipping label is attached and no hyperlink is given. Asking for a supervisor is useless. Worst company that I have ever dealt with. There is no customer support phone number.

I want to return items. I found them to be very poor quality. I went through the steps you put on line and was unable to make contact. I was sent back to the beginning of the return process.

I have been trying to return items ordered. I found that they were of poor quality. I contacted the place I was sent too, I never got to ask someone what I have to do to return. They did ask for a picture, I had already put items back in package. Since I am returning for poor quality, I don't think a picture would help. I am getting close to a return date and just want to send back.

I purchased a 1080 camcorder on may 12, 2018 order # 5af6e71fac5a4e17b10798db and when I checked to see when it was going to arrive my order says that I received it but it did not arrive. This has been happening to many times and I am not impressed. My id # 5aa846a26d4cf3a2943a1f6l. Anna luz from customer support wrote me a letter stating that my original order was damaged in transit and another one was being sent in replacement of the broken one, she then wrote closed on my order and when I looked it said delivered june 1, 2018. It is now june 21, 2018 and I am still waiting for my camcorder,. I don't want to be refunded, I just want what I ordered and that is a 1080 16x 16m digital zoom video camcorder dv camera. Tracking # lz328548705cn. I have spent a great deal of my money at wish so I would like for you to get this matter resolved on your end and get back to me asap. The camcorder is a gift to my nephew who is going to tour europe for three months and I told him I had one ordered for him, now you make me out to be an [censored] to my nephew. I was on my wish app waiting for the 9:00-9:15 giveaway to start but i nevet got a notification that the giveaway started and once i went into the giveaway section after 9:15 to check it said that there were no items left which told me the giveaway did happen but it never told me it did amd this is the second time this has happened and I'd like you to fix this so i can actually take part in the giveaway
not being refunded for order I never received
March 16-2018 I placed an order with wish.com in which the delivery date was set for the first week in april then it was pushed up to april 18-2018 after the delivery date kept being moved up into may and I had been clicking on where's my package in the wish page and customer service, I was finally urged by them to get a refund which I did through their app on my account with them. Finally on may19 they sent me a message to my email saying it was refunded and would take at least 7-14 business days to show up in my account give it til june 1st or 2nd. This dates came and still no refund credited back to my account. They assured me they confirmed it was refunded. When I looked at the store items supposedly came from the status said closed.. They then ask for my order number for the order of which I provided and they keep redirecting me to my wish account page for customer service then back to my email. By this time they are telling me they had a 30 day return policy for refunds and that I exceeded my time for a refund although they are the ones who caused the delays and besides that I had nothing to return for my refund. As it turns out I did check my bank account and found they had refunded $3.61 on may 19- 2018 for a completely different order and order number... I have done and provided everything they ask for along with the order number and took pictures of the order that included the order number and a summary of the amount paid and the type of payment used because they had earlier ask for a picture of the transaction... I have supplied them with more than enough information even detail of the items... And dates where the delivery dates kept being pushed up...$64.00 may not seem a lot to some to just let them have because they can't honor doing the right thing and use fraudulent tactics to keep money for themselves for products they don't deliver but it is to me since my disability is less than $800.00 a month... Evidently this practice has been going on for a while because I researched fraudulent practices from wish.com and the number is so over-whelming of other customers they have done this to that it's hard to believe they are legally able to carry on their business... I also saw where a sight is on going for a class action law suit due to insurmountable customers they have swindled money out of wrong orders, flimsy orders and money not refunded for purchases never recieved.. The bulk of their profits must come from their deceptive ways...

it said the android phone had 32 gigs of space and was a good phone. when i got it, i couldn't download 2 megabytes of anything. you can't use the google play store, hell, you can't even insert a sim card and the back is glued to the front. do NOT order a phone from this pos company i tried to complain to this company, but they stop their purchase history at, maybe, two months. it took a month and a half to get here. you can't call the company and there is no link to get in touch with a company representative. pos company.

When I saw that this order - made by 10 year old son, was £36, I immediately cancelled the order. I emailed wish many times to be assured that my order WAS cancelled, only to find that £36 had been taken from my account. I've emailed wish again with no reply. I'm very ill at the moment & this stress has affected my health even more. I am dismayed & angry at the customer services at wish & will never shop there again. I would like my money back. Hello.
I paid for various items on 05/04/2018 for the total of approx AUD$161.00: order No. 5ac60703f5289e387c12c4e6 by my ANZ Debit Visa Card expiry 30/04/18. This was deducted from my card yet I was notified by Wish stating "there was an issue processing your payment. Please tao the button below to go to your cart and checkout again".
I only recieved some of the items purchased and the rest of my order never arrived, nor has my refund (apparently sent 4/5/18) of USD $120.32 ever been returned to me.
I have been emailing Wish (in total approx 29 emails between us) since early April 2018 (over 10 weeks ago now) to try to have them fix this problem (they tell stories and provide unbelievable various excusses why funds have not been received including & maintaining that it has nothing to do with them as refund was sent to my bank 4/5/18 (can take 14 days to process) so I will need to contact them which ive done.
Bank confirms no refund ever received and it has nothing to do with my bank! So this problem can only be fixed by the sellers (Wish) & not anyone else! They have not been easy to deal with and offer no help rectifying this matter, they blame my bank who have also contacted them confirming no refund has been sent or recieved...
So there is a problem here, which no one wants to fix so im getting more frustrated and angrier...
I have requested that they need to provide proof & suggested the following because if refunded it wasnt to me!
1. Investigate where my refund went too as it wasnt to me? Who was it sent to and why? Request they return money if sent in error?
2. Why cant they cancel that payment error (if sent on 4/5/18) and reissue it to my correct bank account/card?
3. Provide proof that money did actually leave their account on 4/5/18 & details of where it was sent too?
4. Provide and confirm that this amount was deduced from their Trust or bank account or did funds bounce back and maybe being held in one of their accounts?
Please investigate this matter for me as its been over 10+ weeks since I made payment and this is totally unaccetable to still be waiting for a refund and extemely unprofessional to be treating customers in this poor manner!
I request that my refund be sent immediately...
I cant attach for your information copies of all email correspondence regarding my refund nor a copy of the invoice paid so please email me so I can forward this to you?

I never received one of my items.
This item says it was delivered to me on Jane 18th. It is now June 20th. I have not received this package. I tracked the package and it does confirm that it was delivered but it shows it has been delivered to a city that I'm not even in! It shows it was delivered in Nokomis Florida, and I am not in Nokomis. My address, as shown in the wish app, is 1121 Oakwater Dr. Royal palm beach, Florida, 33411. I want my item. I am a regular of wish.com and purchased over a hundred items from them. However their customer support it literally unacceptable. There was this day that I had received a text message on my mobile phone that my items has been delivered but iyem is nowhere I sight. Not on my door step nor in my mailbox. Being curious, I called up my local post Singapore to check on my tracking number. I provided all my details and the service staff understand my situation. The tracking number given to me in wish.com does not match with the name and address. Which means the seller have made a mistake and send my item to someone else. My name and address are input into wish.com profile page and I have been getting my items without problems. While trying to relate the issue back to wish support, I simply get copy and paste answers. The answers have no relation with the question I asked. I simply just want wish to ask the seller what is the address posted to on my package and if they admit their mistake just send me a replacement. Incident happen on the 18th Jun 2018, why do I need to wait till 12th July to get back to them regarding a refund. They are making things so frustrating answering back absolutely something none related to what I am asking for.

I was getting refunds for orders that never arrived however now the wish site wont even let me click on refund request buttons. Tech support just plays games by telling me over and over to just "click" on the refund button while ignoring my repeated complaints that the site will not allow me to click on the refund button.
They obviously know whats going on and let it or make it happen. This site is a ripoff and they are crooks.

My partner had recently ordered a 24 piece slug terra set from japan off the wish website which stated that it was on special for $4.80 for the set.. We received it today only to find one toy one! I have ordered many items from Wish .com and I am not receiving my purchases.They are being delivered to the wrong address and the person is keeping them. With Wish they offer a customer a tracking number and I can monitor my items from my phone so I can see when a item is being delivered and I can track it. Well twice now it has showed me that an item has been delivered but it has not come to me. Then I try to explain this to Wish and they do not contact me with a response to my questions. I have been waiting for over a week now! I really do not think that this very good customer care! I want them to know what is happening with my purchases but I haven't been able to do this as they do not respond! Why is it that an item will be !isted for $13, but when I check out it shows that the item is $18 plus $8 shipping which equals $26?
