products order have not been delivered in over 2 months
On the 1st april 2018, I had placed an order with wish.com for over r1000.00 only 4 products came through at the end of may 2018. I have not received the balance of my stuff, I have updated teh site when requested if I have received my items and still no response.
I would like to have a refund of the balance of my items placed as I cannot wait any more longer.
The site is cheap but horrible on delivery.

It is absolutely appalling to find sexually graphic content on your website. That is completely unnecessary when looking for a simple product. I have been a customer for years now and have spent hundreds on your site. As of today, I have deleted the app and will no longer be shopping at wish.
Sell what you want but graphic photos of how your product is used is disgusting and I don't need my kids looking at that while trying to find a product.

The ad clearly stated six pieces, picture of the product showed six pieces, and in the picture it also said six pieces. When ordered, it asks for quantity. The ad leads one to believe that they are ordering one set of six pieces since the ad specifically states six pieces. So when I ordered two, I was expecting two sets of six pieces. I received only two pieces but customer support says I received the right amount regardless of the fact that the ad states / shows in three places six pieces. This is fraudulent misrepresentation.
unauthorized debit card charges
My Debit card was used by someone without my knowledge or authorization on June 11, 2018. I emailed the customer service department and asked for a call or an email to get this money back in my account.
No Response other than putting $45.00 dollars of the $109.00 that was taken out.
Once Again, It has happened again on June 23, 2018 in the amounts of $90.00 and one for $57.00 totaling $147.00 without my permission.
A Total Refund in the amount of $211.00 will be expected.
I have had to cancel my debit card which is hard since I live 200 miles from my bank.

I see so many complaints against wish. I have a complaint myself. They are defrauding people. File a complaint, just a simple letter or you may be able to do it online as well, with the Attorney General of the State of California. When the attorney general in any state receives enough complaints they will go after the company. I have begun a campaign to have people file a complaint with the attorney general in California. Also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in California.
jewelry returns
I returned Two jewelry products back to Wish. The returns department. They refused the package. I lost over $9.20 sending the packages. This is so frustrating for me. The returns department sent it right back to me. I feel you should reemburse my $9.20 back to me. I followed the instructions. Not a good returns policy you have.Sent to Atlanta. Now what? I am furious with Wish.

I ordered as many as 4 items on with that were ranged pretty low in prices. It never exceeded $9 including shipping costs. The problem is that it has been 8 MONTHS since I've purchased my first item that hasn't arrived along with others as well. Someone needs to shut down this website because they are stealing money and getting away with it. I'll be getting a lawyer soon.
Don't forget once you order they limit our time to return but don't get the product in time to be able to return. They also limit the description when you order but once they ship the description changes. They got me several times. I've received some items I was happy with but most were a dissapointment.

I ordered something from Wish. Most of these things are from China and I knew that going in. I have ordered things from China before and know that it takes 1-2 months to receive it. After two months I realized I never got the item I paid for. I checked the tracking and it said it arrived in the USA but it never reached my address. Proof that I never received it. I messaged Wish to get an answer and all they keep telling me is that I was supposed to bring this to their attention within 30 days for a refund and now they are not going to do anything about it. Seriously?!?!? This was of no fault of my own. The Wish representative said I clearly did not receive the item yet they will do nothing to help me. They stole my money and I am furious.

I ordered a mobile Eliphone S7 5.5inch Helio it is stating that it was delivered over 2 weeks ago. I have not received it. Tracking number.: LZ 403086029CN. I have had no contact with your so called Customer service and have send several messages.

I ordered a LKT mini thermal printer and payed £135 for it and i never received wish keep telling me it will be here the 18th of june they said it has been delivered but ive been to post office and checked with them and they told me they havent got my order but they said they havent and now when i try to talk to them they keep blanking me and keep saying it will be here the 18th of june and today is the 25th of june and still nothing ive ordered other stuff from them after i ordered the thermal printer and they came but that hasnt and now wish dont want to talk to me or refund me

I have a product purchased from wish and the delivery is supposed to be made through you. The tracking number provided to me for the product is RC135767802MY. It seems like there is an issue with the tracking number as it shows the product belongs to someone else as the address mentioned on the package is different. Please check the problem and give the correct tracking number or get the address on the package changed.
price advertised is not the price charged, is 3 times more!
I have been adding to my cart items based on the price and picture advertized. When added to the cart, the $15 advertised became $49 plus $10 shipping. The same with other items, including shoes, coats, etc.. This is false- advertising! I suggest someone contact me and let me know how I can get the price advertised and why are you, as a company advertise one price, then charge another.
3 pair of sandals.
I was charged shipping for each item. That means that I was overcharged for shipping. My shipping charge was $21 for 3 pairs of sandals. The sandals were $10 each. It should have been shipping charges for the entire order not individual items. So, I should be refunded some of my shipping charges. I can be reached [protected] Eastern Standard time. Many items I will add to the cart thinking the price advertised plus shipping is accurate. Once in the cart the shippibg cost is often one or more dollars above the quoted shipping price for the item. Going to the bbb, pretty sure the bait and switch is illegal. This company used to be good, now i think it must have new management because its gone downhill.

I have received emails informing me of credits, but the have not been added to my account. No one disputes that I am owed credits, but I cannot get them added to my account to use them. Mmthey charged some money on my bank account that do not match with my orders! When I made a complain they said I have done it from another login (Facebook) but when I login with Facebook it shows no orders has been done. I have been around 2 months trying to deal with them, by email every day because the phone number they provide is just a record telling you to contact by email. Pure scam! Fraud! daily giveaway
I have claimed a smart watch on the daily giveaway 3 times now and every time it has said the item is out of stock. I always look at the product, read reviews, ect. the day before the giveaway. Right before the giveaway starts, like 8:59pm, I check again to make sure that the item I am going for is in stock. How is this item in stock at 8:59pm but a minute later, giveaway was at like 9:02pm today, when I claim the item it is out of stock?! I have won many other items from wish so I know it is legit but this is really starting to annoy me.
